We traveled with our two teenage boys and stayed two nights in a suite at the Hotel Vista Pattaya. It was an excellent stay with a really nice pool (including swim up bar). Very close to the beach and night market. Lots of fun. The staff were really helpful with bags and helping us get taxis when needed. Would return again!

Hotel is on small street or lane, lobby had leaking and moulded ceiling, awkward bathroom, low water pressure. There is the chart of damage cost list for every item in the room. My room had cracked glass which i don’t know how as i didn’t use it but they will charge me $10 .. staffs are lovely tho

Very courteous and efficient staff and convenient location to Soi 6 nightlife and Beach Road. Morning breakfast buffet was incredible in its variety and quality. For tobacco users, the ability to smoke on the balcony was delightful. The price was a bargain and the beds were super-comfortable. The only issues were the air conditioning that refused to turn on in the middle of the night and the fact that Soi 4 is sketchy at night (but then so is most of central Pattaya). Definitely would stay again.

Stayed here to see if it has improved from two years ago. About the same, acceptable for an older property, appears to be about twenty years old. They did install USB ports. Hallways are very dark. Good service makes up for negatives, ok for short stay. Breakfast decent with good selection.

Good value for money overall. Nicely decorated. Friendly service. Excellent breakfasts. Delicious lunch in restaurant. A few niggles though. The swimming pool is uninviting and barely used, probably because it is located at the front of the hotel in full view of allcomers. Room service is not 24 hours, it ends at 6PM. The hotel gym is small and cramped with equipment. No iron and ironing board in the room.

Jacky and his team are among the greatest ever.
Our stay was beyond exemplary due to the excellent service.

Can’t thank Jacky enough,
He was so accomodating and even managed to help me out with an extra night when I had to return home.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough.
The breakfast is very very good and the the Pad Ko Pao is the best in town.

At check-in, our suite was not ready but we were pleasantly surprised with a guests lounge that is pretty comfortable.
Staff is polite and friendly. The room is pretty dark at night, it might be a good idea to add more lights.

Lastly, i recommend that safety of bathroom to be reviewed. There are steps leading up to a platform and the bath-tub is a drop. It might be good idea to add railings to for elderly / children to balance themselves when getting in / out of the bathtub or up/down the steps.

televisoins did NOT work. came to repair 3 times, complete incompitance, Never enough towels, or
bathroom tissue. I had to buy Toilet paper for two days out of three. We are a family of FOUR!!
Unbelievable noise from partiers, in the next room! No sleep for my wife or I!! For 2 0f our 3 nights!
They say family freindly hotel, thats a joke. Oh yes the pool water was disscusting at best.
Tt check out, the made us wait because the clown inspecting our room they thought we stole a coffee spoon! then finally they found it. If that wasnt all bad enough, the bell hop practiclly attacked me to get my bag, and roll it the additional 20 feet or so to our cab, all in a pathetic attempt to get a tip!!! HE LET MY WIFE AND CHILDREN CARRY THE REST OF THE HEAVIER BAGS FOR THEMSELF. I will never recomend this dump!

At check-in was told room wasn't ready come back in 30 minutes it was only the concierge guy who come to me and took my to the lounge for a coffee, all the male staff who worked there, very polite and friendly
Lounge is only open on the afternoon for a few hours, no light breakfast of cocktails,canapes.Many,many signs all over your room telling you how much you have to pay if you damage or stain anything, from towels to bed linen etc.Swimming pool was ok but next to the street.

On check out the staff was unable to help ,but next day the receptionist Kan who was very polite and courteous helped to fix the issue.
The rooms are good in size but the bathroom is not good as one has to first climb and then one step down for toilet and for shower one has to climb and enter bathtub which is not very friendly to use. No rooms available with walkin shower.

First, don't stay in Pattaya. It is the armpit of Thailand. If your going there to rub yourself in the smelly armpit, then this is in a hotel is in a fair location. Close enough to a red light area and evidently \"guest\" friendly, while far enough to stay away from the noise.

The rooms are nice, the staff is really great. The staff is exceptional actually.

Pool is ground level without direct sunlight and a bit chilly.

If you are there to party and you are a picky eater or have allergies then don't even bother getting up for breakfast. (I'm sure not everyone agrees with me about the breakfast.)

For the beach go to Jontien. Better yet, stay there.

I booked 3 rooms for 7 adults, generally the stay was fantastic, buffet breakfast was sensational. Staff were all friendly and welcoming.
One one disappointment, otherwise I would give a full five star rating. One room was booked for 3 adults who were all in there 60's, it was a clear booking but a additional bed had to be rushed into the room leaving no space between beds not like advertised pictures, also the shower joins the sleeping area with smoked glass allowing a image of those in the shower, no really appropriate for 3 elderly persons sharing a room

This was my second stay at Hotel Vista. The location is perfect - close to Big C for any supplies you may need for your trip. I can't speak enough about the staff. They of course remembered me from my last stay, and they offered more great advice about things to see and great places in the nearby area. The check in and check out process was easy. The staff is professional and always looking to make things easier. Kik, and another staff member (I did not get her name), made sure it was smooth. They also wanted to make sure I didn't have any issues during my stay. I will stay there again, hopefully soon.

Excellent hotel. Very close to everything yet far enough away from all the noise and hustle and bustle.

Just a couple of things to say about the room, not complaints at all just observations. The electronic ‘Do not disturb button’ if you leave it on by mistake in the morning, the room is not cleaned. Every electrical devise turns off except that !! Check all the itinerary in the room with the check list supplied, we were 2 hand towels short one day but I reported it at reception and all was sorted, I got all my deposit back. Lastly the bathroom, fab as it is but it’s full of different levels and just a tad awkward if you use the bathroom in the night and forget the levels , no complaints, it is a very good , clean hotel I will be going back there again soon

Like fine art, te beauty is in the details! Management’s vision and theirs staff’s efforts are 2nd to none. In the 6 months interval between my 4 visits I’ve seen this quiet little hotel transpire into a work of art. I hate to give them a great rating because when I return i will be more unlikely to get a room. But the staff is superb at their jobs and a pleasure to know. The facility is kept exceptionally immaculate. And management keeps the vision dynamic and fresh. I could go on and on, instead, I’ll enjoy the pool and the incredible seafood bbq Buffett. If you miss this hotel its your loss! And they will have a room on my return for me. Lol. Bravo Hotel Vista

Beautiful and wonderful staff : Front desk, concierge, securities, doormen, housekeeping, pool , bar ….. Thank you so much for your awesome service and hospitality. Thank you for the gift , it was very thoughtful. Obviously, Management team is doing great job hiring cheerful, caring and smiley personnel and how to run a hospitality organization. Back to back reservation for awesome three weeks. Never met the MGMT but looking forward to it. I need MGMT team help: Please help covering staff shifts for few hours with pay because I promised all front desk staff and people in the lobby to be my guests for sea food buffet one night. If the MGMT has other alternative, they are more than welcome to join us too. I am looking forward to that day in a foreseeable future. My special gratitude to Nuck , Mark, Tisha and other wonderful staff ( forgive me for not remembering all names) for making my trip to be memorable one.
