Very disappointed by choosing this hotel. Firstly the pic of double room I selected did not match by far therefore I had to upgrade costing me an extra 800 baht per night for the remaining 12 nights stay. Furthermore I had to extend my holiday by two extra nights and I was not going to change hotel for just two nights and I asked to stay in the same room but they moved me into their biggest room on same floor two doors down costing me 5600 baht and did not allow me to stay in my already upgraded room which I saw during my last two nights was unoccupied therefore they scammed me for extra money. I would understand if my old room was booked. I have been coming to pattaya for 15 years now Ive used multiple hotels this has to the worst hotel. Lastly do not be deceived by the pics you see of the hotel room they dont match and you will be disappointed. Find another hotel do yourself a favour. Another thing to add the breakfast was also rubbish normally I get up have breakfast and go back to my room, but their variety was poor so most days I did not bother.

When I booked the property, I didn't know what to expect, and when I got there I was blown away. The room was huge and beautifully decorated. We had not one, but TWO balconies. One had a drying rack for our towels, bathing suits, etc, which was a really nice touch. Then the bed had a beautiful canopy, and the color scheme and art work everywhere really helped bring it all together. They gave us slippers, which helped avoid tracking in sand. The bathroom had a massive waterfall shower. I'm not sure about other rooms, but unfortunately our waterfall was a bit more like a trickle. Not a deal breaker, but something that could have been improved. Their toilet paper also left much to be desired, but if those are my only complaints, I'd say they're doing a pretty good job. In addition to the room being amazing, their breakfast is not something you'll want to miss. There are 3 buffet tables, an assortment of drinks and coffees, and the variety of options each day was welcomed. We tried to make breakfast every morning. We went in their pool one afternoon and wished we had time to stay there longer. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and accommodating. The fact we found such a lovely place right on the main strip for such a low price still boggles my mind. If we could go back, we would choose this place in a heartbeat. I sincerely think you will not be disappointed.

I thought the hotel was old and outdated. I was very disappointed and embarrassed because I was with someone, that I was trying to impress. Bath tub had mold in it. They only gave you 1 room key, so when you return to your room it was hot. Free breakfast buffet, but not impressive. Very limited items to eat. Overall, I feel if this hotel takes on a renovation it could improve its image. It has potential with a great location from the beach and 2 malls close.

we have stayed here a few times and got the room we had asked for, the hotel is a little bit dated but just across the road from the beach.
breakfast was good but didn't use the restaurant as the band they have was to loud to enjoy your meal or talk.
fortunately the band stopped around 11.30 each night so we could sleep but often woken up by young tour groups running up the hallways and banging doors.

Location is lil far away from walking street but you can get on songthaw,. And close(?!) to big C mart(for me),. Swimming pool is good with leaves,. You can feel like swimming in urban jungle. But restaurant doesn’t give you discount even if you stat that resort. Breakfast is good. Not more not less,. Just good. TV is,....hmmmm you won’t stay in the resort all day? Then it would be fine. The most good thing is shower tap!!! You can feel water cutter’s pain but you will enjoy.

Pro: great location (literally off the main road across the bridge)

Con: very poorly lit room. No proper ceiling lights. Hot water only worked on occasions with both the hot and cold water pipes making a lot of noise everytime you turned it on. The air conditioning unit didn’t really work well for the room size - got quite hot in the room at times. The worst thing is the music noise from other hotels/bars which is outside of the hotel’s control but worth noting. There’s a few much larger hotels on both side which plays live music - it’s so loud that you can’t hear each other talk in the room let alone sleep. It’s fine if you’re going to be out & about until after midnight otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it as you won’t get much sleep.

The accommodation was well priced; the location on Beach Road ideal. We ate at The Red Steps Restaurant attached to the hotel & felt the prices were too high. The breakfast was very good as part of the deal.
I had a couple of niggles; the car park was inadequate & involved much shifting of vehicles to allow me to leave (though a wedding may have contributed to the overcrowding.)
The other thing was a heavy metal light fitting that hung down over the beds causing my companion to bash her head when getting up.

Hotel located nice in front of the beach as mentioned room with 40 % sea view and i think deluxe category would be better. Excellent buffet break fast good spread must be may be disappointing for vegetarians. Very very fast laundry service amazing to get in less than 6 hrs. But on request of late check out charges me bit more i thing almost ad day rent for 4 hrs. Good House keeping prompt and clean . they also arrange taxi to airport safe and sound can relay on them. Normally i dont prefffered to stay in same hotel in my next trip this time i will try for deluxe category.

I love this place. Clean. Getting a bit of wear and tear showing but overall still nice. Pool could be cleaned a bit more but it would be a never ending job due to the trees. I'm just being very fussy now as it is fine!!!! Great location for all activities!!! Staff are very friendly. Overall another great time had. This time I had my Mother visiting and she liked it too. View was lovely! Need ash trays for the balconies and maybe a stool to sit on. Thanks

This is the second times we stay in the hotel, as expected, the front desk staffs were friendly and nice. we traveled in group with kids and elderly, they arranged a room near to the lift for my parent and we were grateful for that. The deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable with a bath tub in it. However, the superior sea view rooms were smaller and i would recommend and will book the deluxe rooms in future. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool so much and we had a great time spent there. The breakfast was great and we get to enjoy the serene of the sea while we having our breakfast! got a lot of varieties too, the egg omelet, fried rice was great!

We had our dinner at the restaurant too on our last night, the tom yam gong is the best we have had in our 5 days trips in Thailand. However, the hygiene of the kitchen must be highlight and be well kept by the management, we saw a lot little cockroaches running wildly in the sources tray that the staff passed to us. we were surprised and disappointed that this could happened in a resort restaurant.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay in the resort and definitely will come back for the stay and hope the management can improve the hygiene in their kitchen.

We traveled in group with young kids and elderly person, was requested a room near to lift and the hotel arranged for us. But unfortunately there are no connecting rooms for my brother whole family and they will need to stay separately for 2 rooms and there were no free upgrade or change to a bigger room for them. However, the front desk staffs were very accommodating. The kids also enjoyed the swimming pool session and breakfast session, the hotel got a nice breakfast. But when we had the dinner at the hotel, and the staffs passed us the sources tray, there were many little cockroaches in the tray and we immediately put the tray aside. Hygiene matter in the kitchen is crucial and hope the hotel can work well on it.

The hotel staff Is the most unmannered and inpolite , the food quality is very bad and not tasty, the room is very poor with no cupboard , we had 2 rooms one with sea view and the another normal, the normal room had very bad smell in the bathroom coming from the sewers and i told them more than one time, they are not even smiling at your face and very aggressive, I got robbed some of my coins currency in Thailand (BHT) they were around 20-50!BHT but still the concept of robbery.

Maybe the worst Hotel I have ever been to!!!

Most staff at front desk unfriendly and rude. Ants in room. Leaking faucet drips big puddle on the floor around the toilet so you get wet after sitting down. Construction noise so loud from 3rd floor. We were in 6th floor. 7th floor has meetings and so they were making loud sounds on our ceiling from 7:15am waking me up!

They gave me a free upgrade but the room was obviously one that is unfinished and unused. Walls unpainted in shower and looked like old stone. Big spider web above shower even after daily housekeeping. The new room was on the 5th floor and construction was even louder. From the morning I heard construction I complained and they said it will start from 9am and even posted that. Instead everyday it started at 8:15 and woke me us both up! Everyday I complained nicely and firmly and they just kept breaking promises.

I needed to extend this hotel for two days and when I didn't agree to their price which was high they got attitude with me. There was a lot of talk about having to ask the manger about a price and construction etc. but the manager had no respect to ever meet me face to face. Only hiding behind employees. This was one of the worst stays I have had. Ruined my time in Pattaya and waste of money. I later transferred to Sabai Inn which is near and a much better deal!!!! Also, they charged me for local phone calls and never said they cost anything!!! Usually local calls are free at hotels.

The hotel was what we expected for the price and from photos and reviews, as our friends booked it we didn't have a lot of choice. The room was a good size, the floor didn't feel completely clean, the bathroom was worn and had a bit of mold in shower corners. The cleaners weren't very nice to my husband. Breakfast was a wide variety and had pleasant surroundings. Overall it served our purpose for our stay in Pattaya.

The pictures on the website were taken when the place was new and it does not look like that now. Paint peeling and areas of wear and tear are showing this hotel's age. the only reason it is listed as a 4 star hotel I'd due to the restaurant attached which I didn't use even though there was a coupon for breakfast.
We had the basic room with no view except for the AC unit and the neighboring building, but the cost to upgrade qas not worth it do to the number of hotels that are cheaper than paying for an upgraded room at this hotel. I will not be back unless the place gets a face-lift

Resort has no shops anywhere around.

Mini bar has very little stock.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.

across the road from the beach

we stay here every year for the last 3 years, its an older hotel on beach road just across from the beach. the hotel is very dated but is undergoing renovations and from what i saw of a room they are doing should be very nice once completed. although its at the oppisite end of beach road to all the night life its a quick trip in a bath taxi (10b) that go passed every few minutes.
we had a room in front of the hotel with great views of the beach and street, only problem is the noise from the restaurant infront with loud music all night, hard to listen to tv or get some sleep, no hot water in the showers or bathroom, theres a coffee machine in your room but only enough coffee for 2 cups, internet was a little slow but reliable and could do most things online.
we will use this hotel again and looking forward to seeing it after they have finished the refurb
the balconies are not kid safe with large gaps in the railings and climbable, parents will need to be careful

Hotel is located right across the beach. Breakfast has quite a variety of choices. Staffs were very helpful and service-minded. The only downside was I traveled with my little niece but we were given the non-smoking room which was opposite to the smoking room (guests were 3 Arab guys who happened to be heavy smokers). So, we inhaled bad air all the time.

Absolutely horrible.

I had a grandview suite and it was a beautiful view in the morning. Right across from the beach, could easily walk there.

But when I went into the bathroom, there were ants all over the toilet. On the counters, more ants, and when I woke up there were ants in the bed!!

I had a maid clean the room but the ants just came back! No bug spray or repellent! Yuck yuck yuck!!

This place was very nice for the money. It's down the beachfront from the crazy nightlife so you can actually sleep if you want, but not so far that it is prohibitive. There are tons of taxis that make the loop perpetually so getting to where you want to be is no problem. The room itself was very nice, the AC was powerful, the bed comfortable, and the TV had plenty of English channels.

Hotel looking tired and in need of refurbishment. Food fairly good but breakfast awful. Although there is a wide choice of food at breakfast, it is impossible to eat healthily. If you like greasy stir-fry for a meal then OK. Dinner is rather higher in price than it deserves. Unfortunately smoking is allowed in the front part of the restaurant and the smoke blows in over everyone. Live music in the evening was excessively loud and stopped me from eating there again.

Good outlook over Jomtien Beach.

This hotel is one of the older hotels in Pattaya and is showing its age.
The Pros: If you book a room with a partial sea view it is about the best you will get in Pattaya. (5th or 6th floor). We particularly like the room layout, the bed faces towards the balcony and you wake up in the morning and get a good view of Jomtien beach. Breakfast in the morning at the hotels restaurant is good value with a good selection of food and a great view of the beach. The hotels location is good and close to many shopping centers and the beach.
The Cons: The rooms are on the small size, but is function-able. The TV is in a bad location, not easy to watch. The shower and toilet area was a bit run down, the shower cubicle was badly affected with mold and the shower head would not stay in its holder. We had to get the hotel to repair the toilet during our stay and repair a light that exploded in the bathroom. The swimming pool was just OK, water was clean, however the pool itself was a bit dirty.
Overall: would I stay there again. YES, for the price, breakfast, view and location.

Good location at north end of the Pattaya Road and Beach. Arrived by Airport Bus, got out at North station and took a Bhat bus as a private Taxi. Fast check-in, good room with view. Helpful staff! Close to everything!Own Hotel restaurant at the front of the hotel, overlooking street and beach where they serve excellent breakfast. Buffet style, Thai and Western food. A wonderful large pool helped to cool down. Lots of trees and greenery around, set back far enough from street, no noise. Would recommend this hotel!

Had a great view of the beach from a full sea front view you will need to book a premium room to get this. The Hotel is dated and the room was quite big and comfortable air con was very strong.
Biggest problem is the double glazing does not insulate noise well, Friday night woke up at 2.30 am to the sound of a beach party below sounded like we were above a night club,,, went on until 5 am.

Good Location but choose the room carefully

Arriving in the evening is hard to find parking, but after late night the space will be available, hotel reception was friendly and easy to check in, we book Grand Deluxe seaview room the room come with good space, but the Air conditioning had the problem of cooling, the hotel try to give what they can but on the next morning we need to move the room with extra problem of the toilet flushing, the next room on same type is just opposite and it works fine.

Just another hotel

I booked this hotel for 2 days in August. The hotel is on the beach road, but you dont get to have a beach view from your balcony (from all rooms). Rooms are very small, but clean. But there are many other hotels where you can get a good big room (and that too with the beach view).
Pros:
Swimming pool is nice and well maintained. They can even help you arrange tickets for some events like Alcazar or Tiger Zoo or a full day trip to island with water sports activities.

Nice

Great location, just in front of the beach, not far from nightlife. I got the most economic room without safe in the room (available at the reception desk anyway). Overall a pleasant experience, I'd chose the same hotel next time I'll be there

The building is quite old and i saw from the pucture it was nice. When I thought it not the same as the picture on the website.
