Very clean and well-decorated hotel lobby and room. The staff greets you every time you walk through the door with a Sawadee Ka and a big smile. The bathroom is very nice, has a big rainfall shower head, and large mirrors for getting ready for a night out. Plenty of good food options close to the hotel. I suggest trying Digga Burger for an American-style hamburger at a good price. The only reason it gets a 4-star is the pool area. It is never in the sun, so you have to go to the beach if you want to work on your tan. Lots of rules when you check in, and if you're planning to have guests at your hotel, this might not be the place for you.

I did not like the 4,000 baht deposit at check-in I also didn't like 1,000 baht charge for bringing a guest to my room. Especially after talking to other single people staying at the hotel who told me they weren't charged for bringing a guest.and finally at the pool bar in the hotel i was charged for 4 drinks when I only ordered 3 drinks.

What promised to be a comfortable business stay quickly devolved into frustration. The \"free drink voucher\" promotion was misleading - these were only valid for children's fruit juice, a deceptive tactic to lure guests to their overpriced restaurant.
The laundry service was extortionate (6000 Thai baht/£160 for six bags) and substandard. Our \"cleaned\" clothes were returned with visible stains and still smelling of perspiration. Some items appeared completely unwashed. This created ongoing embarrassment as we needed these clothes for business meetings throughout our trip.
Staff handling of issues was poor. They claimed to have called about laundry problems at 8:00 AM but left no message. The manager later contradicted himself, saying they \"didn't want to disturb us\" yet claimed they called anyway. By the time our unwashed laundry was returned (11:30 AM on our final day), it was too late to find alternatives.
Reception staff displayed condescending attitudes behind artificial smiles, making every interaction uncomfortable. Simple requests were met with unhelpfulness.
We invested significant money and received only stress, inconvenience, and dirty laundry in return. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this establishment unless you enjoy paying premium prices for substandard service and deceptive practices.

Pros: Centrally located, convenient location and close to all necessities. Staff are friendly. Cons: aging hotel with limited ocean view. Safe in the room is room-key operated( and therefore useless) 호텔 위치는 최적. 터미널21과 가깝고 근처에 마싸지 한식당등 모든 편의시설이 5분거리. 다만 호텔이 사진보다는 많이 낧아서 5성급이라기는 좀 미안한 상태. 다만 가격에 맞는 가성비. 결정적으로 아쉬운점은 ‘룸‘ 안에 금고가 호텔키로 열고닫는식이라 무용지물.

Thank you Mytt for decorating my room as I wasn't expecting it at all. My birthday falls on this month and without any prompt, they decorated my room (see pics), Imagine my surprise when I walked in!
This hotel is located nicely between building within a small road. Rest assured, the road is clean, safe and well lit.
Don't expect a view from your room but I can definitely say it's well worth the money to stay here. Why?
1) Room is clean and spacious
2) Elevator is fast no wait
3) Food is delicious
4) Location is nicely located within walking distance to mall, soi6, beach, clubs and several other hotspots

My room was nice a clean but no look at all from my balcony. It’s just a look at another building. There was a party in the next door room, and I could hear them like they were in my room.. until late hours. Most of the staff doesn’t speak English and it was almost impossible to communicate my dietary needs with them at breakfast. It was embarrassing for me to have to repeat my question to four different people, who couldn’t understand what I am asking and couldn’t help me.

Property is fairly new with nice looking decor. Swimming pool was on the north side of the building so always in the shade. Water was cold and not easy access to it. Not at all kid friendly, not even adult friendly. Problems for three days with the tv. Some of the staff members were good, some of them were terrible. Breakfast buffet was ok. Great place not far from the beach. Very convenient from the underground car park to the lobby and rooms. Pool area is nice for chilling. Rooms are very pleasant, clean, bed is comfortable. Bathrooms modern and high quality. Staff at reception is very helpful and supportive with any queries. Breakfast due to low numbers is à la carte. Difficult to communicate preferences, but meals come fast.

Unstable shower water temperature
It’s a relatively newer hotel with in walking distance to the beach, which is probably why it’s rated 5 star. It’s got all the amenities a 5 star needs but overall feels more like a business hotel. It takes a lot of tour group business.
The service and the cleanliness was great. But I had problems with the shower water temperature. We stayed for two nights as family, and every time we used the shower, the water turns cold in the middle of the shower and sometimes the hot water completely disappears (as in when you turn all the way to hot there is no water coming out). When the hot water does come back, it was very difficult to adjust the water temperature to keep it stable. A tiny adjustment would either make it too hot or too cold. I think there is a flaw with the design of their bathroom water supply when it was built.

Overall the hotel is fine but the staff could do a better job in considering guest needs rather than their own convenience. As an example Hotel staff will call the room at any time of the day in order to gather data about Guest experience or housekeeping or anything else which all feels like they are simply concerned with Gathering data rather than considering that perhaps Hotel guests who are on holiday would rather not be bothered with intrusive phone calls at all hours. Again on its face it seems like a good thing to call a guest and ask what they think of the room or what they think of the hotel but in reality it's nothing more than an intrusive attempt to gather data

A true 5-starred hotel with comfortable atmosphere. The hotel is at great location, super close to Central Marina, and not so far away from Central Festival. You can find lots of choice for meals. I had enjoyed spa service twice, spa room was clean and comfortable. If the room have tools for hanging wet swimming suit, that will be great.

Hotel is nice, rooms are ok size but not as large as one would like. What they call a king is really a double bed, not a king. The pool is small and thee were only 6 lounge chairs facing the pool when we were there. There were several others off facing another direction on the side of the bar. The real issue is the food, it seems as thought they are catering to a certain clientele and ignoring western and even Thai food. Even my Thai wife said the food was not good. We had paid for 5 nights, we left after 3 and moved to the Hilton.
