We stayed here for 3 nights at Chic Tower vs Dee Tower. We booked the Chic tower premier room and it was more expensive than Dee Tower. I was a little confused by the price difference because the decor of the Chic tower seems more dated than the Dee Tower. My guess is it’s because you have somewhat a sea view from Chic tower? Our room had signs of wear and tear. The carpet in the hallway needs deep cleaning as you can see several stains (floor 5). When I asked for an iron, house keeping brought it up and told me I had only 30 minutes to use it. The breakfast was decent. It offered sufficient Asian and western dishes. The overall hospitality service was decent. The property was close to the beach and Central Marina Mall. The bar and night life scenes are close by as well.

I decided to extend extra 3 days. Front said just go back on Expedia choose tower Dee and I could keep same room. That was not true , they moved me to more expensive room that had a large bathroom but was seperate from bedroom
Basically large bathroom with no AC service vents. I complained staff said I can go back to my room but still would be charge upgraded room… Staff appears to be nice but not accommodating.. was told take it up with Expedia. Also, partial views means you have to go stick your head out balcony and look to your right. Nice location and most of staff is kind

Affordable, unique swimming pool, very friendly staff, the restaurant by beach road made a mistake on our bill and over charged us, they contacted us to fix it. The aesthetics of the hotel is nice and clean. The guards were super friendly greating us with a hand salute. Most importantly the staff spoke to us in English. Supe job by the entire staff. The breakfast is phenominal. A lot to choose from.

Friendly staff and clean room.
Only issue is that a small portion of the room ( vertical window near the panty area) can’t be black-out completely by the blinds.

The only thing they overlooked when they built the rooms is there is no light over the sink to shave or the lady to put on her make up. You’re surrounded by a shadow. Other than that we really liked your place.

I really love this hotel and the view that it provides. The staff is top notch and incredibly helpful and extremely professional. The staff operates with a great sense of purpose and detail. Thailand is an incredibly safe country, but this hotel adds a second layer that makes you feel at home. I rate this hotel a 10/10, and I can't leave out how tasty their food is. Breakfast is always incredibly great. It's like they push a button and it comes out wonderful each time. I can't figure it out, but still love it.

This property is truly a wonderful experience to be had by all. The staff is amazing. Very accommodating with a smile always to greet you accommodations are top-notch. Everything in the room is well appointed with nothing in need during my stay. This hotel is close to anything you could want to do that is in this area of Thailand. Ignore the negative reviews none of them are true, I’m glad I didn’t cancel my reservation after reading them because I would have been missing out.

My room didn’t have the best view of the bay/beach. But I was rarely in it. The food is great, breakfast was well worth the added charge.

There are two pools, and they are both nice, clean, and the water is cold. A great place to escape the heat.

It feels like an upscale place, or a mid to upper range place, but the price is still very affordable
