Tired is probably the word to sum the room up. We had no problems with staff who were helpful.
The room was tired and a bit grubby. The aircon leaked within an hour of turning on. This was reported and fixed within 30 mins so we can't fault staff for responsiveness.
The laminate flooring was warped maybe due to heat, inside of the wardrobe grubby and general mould in the bathroom not helped by the fact the showerhead aims water straight across the bath area rather than at an angle.
The outside windows were very dirty. I get it's 6 floors up but paying extra for sea view you want to make the most of it. There were also a few faulty bulbs which didn't affect us but again points to lack of maintenance.
Location wise we thought it was great.

the good thing about the hotel is that the seaview from the pool and from room is beautiful but the window films in the rooms needs some repairs...aside from this, the room is quite dated, even having some small holes on the floor. ants can be seen all around the table, toilet bathtub nob is faulty, even the face basin faucet is faulty... have talked to the receptions but they seem not to understand much English,

The Breakfast wasn't the best I've ever had and wouldn't eat in there again,The view round the pool is one of the best I've seen in Pattaya but,Yes there's always a but... Pigeon's poo around and in the pool

Always enjoy Seven Zea Chic in Pattaya as it is close to the action, good value for $.
Rooms are modern and clean, although simply decorated. Beds are good.
Great feature is a pool on roof suitable to those who like to lap swim. Seems never to be too crowded.
Start have always been good.
Breakfast sometimes below par.

Nice boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and spoke English well. They were helpful and apologised for the Wifi being down on our first night there. Location was good and near the beach and close to shopping area and restaurants and cafes. The pool was nice but the jacuzzi wasn’t working. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Staff on reception on the hole could not be bothered to look up from their phones when you wished to speak to raise a point. Dispute asking numerous times for lights in bathroom and bedroom to be fixed. Took over five days. That perhaps explains why cleaner never cleaned sink surround during my stay.

Taxi rip off, hotel ok.

The hotel and room were generally good, but the pool staff were not good and the included breakfast was below average. The rooftop pool was spectacular and the room was spacious with a view of the beach. My biggest problem was when I tried to order a taxi back to Bangkok, I took a taxi from Bangkok to this hotel (booking through my hotel in Bangkok) and it cost 1500 baht. This hotel said it would cost 2,000 baht to get at taxi Back to the same hotel and could not explain to me why it cost 500 baht more, but said is was impossible to go for less. So I went on the street and the first taxi I talked to said no problem for 1500 baht, so this hotel is ripping people off for taxi fairs to Bangkok and scooping and extra 500 baht for themselves. Be warned!

I had stayed at other properties on this Soi (street) before but never at this hotel. Having passed it many time it looked to be OK. When I saw it offeredat a very reasonable rate I booked 4 nights. Check in was straight forward the staff cheerful and the public areas bright and clean. The room itself was a good size at the price point. Water pressure was good and consistent. The bed was very comfortable with no street noise. The aircon was good and quiet. I slept very well. The room was proficiently cleaned and the housekeeping staff friendly.

Overall I was more thanhappywith mystay and will be back in the future.

I loved the place quite few meters from the sea and I drank my morning coffee at the starback on the beach and also from the hotel swimming pool there is a great view of the sea. Actually no food in the hotel but there almost many restaurants around you in a walk distance

Basic Hotel Near the Beach

Seven Sea is a \"no frills\" hotel with easy access to the Beach Road. Rooms are basic but clean, as is the hotel itself. Felt it was worth the price given the location and easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and attractions.

Hotel is very modern and is located just off Beach Road and the sea views from the Room and from the roof top swimming pool on Floor 8 are fantastic..Only drawback is the breakfast choice is minimal and is same menu everyday. .Also , tiny ants seen in bathroom and in the restaurant.area.which I guess is expected in Thailand during rainy season..After all , this is 3.5 star Hotel. I would recommend this hotel purely for the location and sea views from certain rooms.

Highly recommended if you want a budget stay

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Very willing to listen and help when problem arises. We are very happy to stay there. The bathroom is very spacious especially the bath tub, it is very nice.

But I would suggest to have 2 key cards for 3 guests. And there is not enough electric plug in the room for phone/camera to recharge.

It was ok

Seven Zeas Chic is ok but not great for a family. The elevator is small and awkward. The room layout is odd but interesting. It wasn't roomy enough for my family, it would fit a single traveler or couple nicely. It is close to the beach but the road it is on, people drive down it pretty fast therefore you have to be really careful exiting the building or you could get hit. I doubt we will stay here again when we go back.

The place is very clean, convenient and hotel's service is good. Only have two things to comment. First, all guests should be given 2 access cards instead of one. Secondly, hotel staff should be able to tell the difference between Singaporean, Malaysian, Korean and not main land china. English should be the prefered language.

I did upgrade to an ocean view and found out that the windows were very dirty . Its very noisy due to big hotel construction next door. The swimming pool is on the top level and its not relaxing at all due to the noise of exhaust fan from the speed boats taking holidaymaker for a day trip in the islands.

Hotel Experience with a Bad Twist

From our arrival to our departure, we are confronted by bad front office staff who have a sincere problem with their attitude. The staff are not only cold, unfriendly and rude, they have no notion on guest expectations let alone hotel experience. Very rarely seen in Thailand. Tried to contact the manager, who was invisible on our entire stay. Room is average, windows not cleaned, overall cleaning in room and action on request, such as another key card, was not even responded on it. Pool, nice on the roof top, was not cleaned during our stay. In fact pool opens at 7:00AM, yet all the deck chairs are upside down, no towels available and not cleaned. Asked at the reception on the status. Answer given this is not our responsibility. Upon our check out, we had a major issue on a soiled towel in the room. We were forceful told to pay THB 500 for the towel, shown on a price table, not been displayed or available in the room as it suppose to be. We won't recommend or come again to this hotel, as we had a very bad experience. We took the hotel, be listed as new on your website with pictures, who are quite different in reality.

Frontal sea view to ok price. It’s amazing to wake up the big widescreen of ocean right in front of the large bed. It’s better than the pic show. The hotel is not old but the rooms I have been to has had significant wear and tear or it has been used for simple products combined with incorrect construction by the architect. Humimidity at the bathroom, the floor damaged and problems with the aircon. The common areas, on the other hand, are very good and have a great design. Kind staff in the reception and a very clever and thoughtful bell boy. In fact I think he is much more than that. He fixes most things and are the hero at this hotel!! Some of the other staff may seem a bit rude

The Seven Zea medium/large room was clean with a good modern bathroom.
The shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is cupboard space, table, chair, safe and a comfortable bed. The breakfast available is basic. The staff is friendly and efficient. The beach and many shops, bars are all within a 5 minute walk.
The small carpark and nice roof top swimming pool is a plus. The hotel is good value I will stay again.

Prima hotel op een goede locatie.

Perfecte locatie op loopafstand van beachroad, nachtleven, shops en restaurants. Route van de bahtbus op 100 mtr dus je kunt ook heel eenvoudig voor 20 THB p.p. naar Jomtien.

Onze kamer met ( deels ) zeezicht lag op de 5e verdieping en voldeed op zich prima. Het bed had beter gekund. De matras was dun waardoor de veren soms goed voelbaar waren.

Fijn zwembad met poolbar op de bovenste verdieping. Prima plek om met een drankje van de zonsondergang te genieten.

Das Hotel ist klein und sehr ruhig gelegen. Mein Zimmer war geräumig mit einem kleinen Balkon zum Entspannen. Der Infinity Rooftop Pool ist echt super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas kleiner aber lecker. Alles ist gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bahtbus zu erreichen. Ich würde dort wieder meinen Urlaub verbringen.

スワンナプーム空港からパタヤへ向かうバスが遅い時間のものしか確保できなかったので、ホテルへチェックインが遅くなると連絡を入れたところ快くOKしてくれました。
宿泊した部屋は広く綺麗でした。また、お湯の出も良くて部屋には満足しました。
ホテルの従業員の方は気さくで、心地よく滞在することができました。

値段によってはお得

ビーチロードsoi5のビーチ側から徒歩2分のところにあり、ある意味立地は申し分ない。
近くにコンビニもあり、一本となりの小道は有名なバー街で、ある意味便利。
朝食も普通に食べれるレベル。
とても美味しいという訳ではないが。
今回はデラックス8,200円くらいだったが、デラックスかスーペリアかは問わず、一泊6,000台なら再泊あり！この価格なら他も検討。

เป็น รร ที่ดี ไม่เล็กไม่ใหญ่ เดินทางสะดวกไม่ว่าจะมีรถหรือไม่มี เงียบสงบ แต่ก็ไปเที่ยวที่ต่างๆได้สะดวก พนักงานเทคแคร์ดี สระว่ายน้ำดีมาก ได้เห็นวิวทะเลเต็มตาในราคาที่ไม่สูงมาก
ข้อเสียคืออาหารเช้ามีตัวเลือกน้อย บางวันไม่ใช่บุฟเฟ่

Hotel is worthy recommendations

To the room, it is small but comprehensive. The choice for the breakfast is limited. The room view is excellent that sunset will be enjoyed. The swimming pool is on the eighth floor and it is appreciated that there is no blockage for the Pattaya sea. Swimming in the morning is nice. If you want to enjoy to watch the sunset, it is a good choice.

割り切ったリピーターのみ利用出来るホテル

私は3回目ですが日本の友人2人をお勧めホテルとして連れ宿泊でしたが屋上のプールの担当者の5/8の男性の対応が余りに酷くホテル内、一ヶ所、喫煙場所にも、関わらず灰皿は投げるわ、暴言は言うわ、喧嘩腰の対応に友人は灰皿のリクエストに投げるホテルマンは世界中、探してもいないと、おかんむりでした。私は思わずラストデイで良かったと思いホリディ1日目で有ればエンジョイ出来ていなかったのでは...

もっと安いホテルと比較しても期待以下でした

パタヤではこちらに滞在の前にこちらより料金が安いホテルに一週間滞在。こちらには3泊宿泊しました
比較するとまず古さを感じること及び建物の作りに違和感を感じる。部屋には大きな窓があり開放的であるがその窓がとても汚く非常に残念である。エントランスからロビーそして部屋まで歩いていて活気がなく何か暗い感じのするホテルでした。ネット上の写真ではとても明るい感じの写真だったので本当に残念です

Something good, something bad..

Something good, something bad..

Good:
The room is good, swimming pool is good althrough I have not used (just see)
The staff at the counter, special the travel agency is good!

Bad:
But the clean room service is very bad, many times not clean the room, and I need to tell the counter to do that,
also the last day, I have not the time to check out, but the cleaning staff request me to hurry up for check out ! Bad!!
