Lovely pool, helpful staff. Deluxe room wasn't quite as nice as it looked in the photo, furniture was a bit worn looking. Great at the discount price we paid, but would have been a little disappointed if paying full price.

Great cleaning staff. They are very friendly and work very hard. The front desk is not friendly at all. In fact, very cold. This was my fourth stay here. It’s has beautiful natural area on the inside of the hotel with trees growing...it’s a very relaxing and quiet place, except when they light firecrackers outside your window at 9 a.m. to celebrate Chinese New Year. No warning at all. Very unthoughtful to their guests.

Great place to relax, slow down, and just enjoy.

A very pleasant stay. Love the staff. It’s located on a quieter road and there are a few nice places to eat only a few minutes walk, as well as massage shops. There is an outside bar near bye so it can be somewhat loud in the evenings...but still pretty quiet area.

(-) Very noisy neighbourhood, it was not possible to fall asleep during the night. When I was checking in I asked about a quite room and I was given a room at the noisy side (pool faced) on purpose.

(-) rude and will behaved staff. On the next day of my staying in this 'hotel' I asked politely about changing a room to the other, and I was said there are no room available (it was a lie, besides, hotels.com app had showed that many rooms are ready to book)

(-) Only two simultaneous connections on WiFi, My request was denied of providing me more wifi slots. So bear in mind that if you're three in number and you're living in the same room, you don't get additional login and password for third person.

(+) welcome drinks

(-) The most disgusting thing is the pool! It smells like a toilet, never been cleaned before and it's in the mold! The water is dirty and turbid.

(-) I've already mentioned a rude stuff. The guy who helped us to open a lock on a cage to the balcony (yes, there's a grate between the balcony and the balcony's door). So it was just standing in very middle of the room and been waiting for tips. Didn't want to leave...

(-) Breakfast is not buffet, but quite poor (two eggs, soy sausage, bad coffee, and horrid juice)

(+) there's a washing machine downstairs (40 baht) and a dryer (50 baht)

(-+) small sauna (60 baht per hour), didn't have a change to use it.

(-) location is ...,there's a loud bar nearby... and nothing else, except 7- eleven, and a few food carts

Only stayed 1 night via Pattaya to home. The hotel is a nice play with pretty good facilities in the rooms and public areas except the humble look reception and lobby. And the breakfast is very moderate (not expensive though).

only fault location to far out for me only way i would stay again if hotel offered a free regular taxi service into central pattaya forget the 10barht buses they only really come into play from 2nd road and hotel is on 3rd road so expect to pay a lot for taxis when you consider you may stay for 2 weeks or more ! but i cant really fault hotel

Hotel was nice and clean, staff are friendly. Only problem i had was that the gym was poor, no aircon and not one fitness machine was in working order. Another negative is that the hotel is out of the way to where most are the attractions are so you are spending money on taxis all of the time.

very well-appointed studio-rooms with a big comfy bed, huge fridge, microwave, seating area, A/C, cable channels, Wifi, bed-lamps and a balcony. Everything you could possibly need. Beautiful garden area with a very clean and pretty pool! they also have a gym free to use. Big Tesco Lotus in walking distance, lots of eateries around as well..I think for that price this is a true bargain!

Hotel far from everywhere..
Pool closed for fix..
Small gym but ok.
Room cleaned every day and done well.
Staff very nice and helpful.
Big room with amenities advertised.
I liked this place but I can not go back.
The beds are so hard it's like sleeping on the floor.
Same with the pillows.
You would think someone would say about this.
My friend was having trouble with his hip after staying here.

It's a good hotel if the price is right but beware the beds and pillows will leave you not rested and sore..

The hotel is very clean and good value for what it costs to stay there. I was on the fourth floor, which with the heat and the lack of a lift, was quite a daunting task at times. My only other gripe was that there was a charge to use the sauna.

Coming to Pattaya is a vacation in itself, price and accomodations here were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful in arranging transportation ( take a tuk tuk shopping for electronics and buying leather and jewelry. ) I will definitely be traveling there again.

.. Had a ground floor room at the end of the hotel pool side... Asked to change room as this was like a cave..so so dark...wanted one the other side of hotel as the noise from the club at the pool side is awful...if your light sleeper forget about this place..heavy set lady at reception told me I had to wait another day to change and couldn't guarantee a room on ground floor..I walked past 4 empty rooms left open to air by cleaners..
Did get a room but same side at the other end beside lobby... NOT IMPRESSED ...
Big rooms ,well cleaned.. But beware of the beds...I ended up with a sore hip and my friend with a bad back and sore neck....the beds are like boards,,really they are..
Far away from everywhere and not easy to get transport...
Gym needs fans and pool needs cleaned better...
I booked this hotel on a deal...if no deal its really over priced...

nice hotel in a quieter location

I found my stay at Bella Villa to be very enjoyable experience. In fact after me first stay of eight days, decided on a change of venue and searched for a suitable hotel on the net and on arriving at destination was appalled at how different it was to the photos posted. I went searching for another, turns out to be a well known hotel and it was no where as good as the Bella Villa. I returned the next day to the original hotel and am back to enjoying Thailand.

It is a really good hotel. The swimming pool great

Very clean, staff are great. Swimming pool and garden was great. but the breakfast was not as good as I was expecting because it is a set menu not buffet. Although website says buffet breakfast. Staff are very friendly. I really enjoyed it is great place with children even. It is a bit far to get to beach. Just over 30 minutes.

Excellent Hotel in Pattaya

The hotel was excellent! The room was a magnificent size with an excellent comfy bed. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good. The food was varied and very tasty. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool was clean and very good. The only slight reservation about the hotel is the proximity of a nightclub with music blasting out until 3am. Apart from that, I thoroughly recommend this accommodation. 5 * Hotel.

Apartment away from all the hussle and bussle

The Bella Villa apartment was very good. Away from all the noise. If you needed to get to the main roads like walking St , just had to take a 1 minute walk away from the apartment and get either a tuktuk or a bike (taxi). The staff were very useful and spoke English very well. On one occasion my safe did not work in my room and they had the engineer out straight away for piece of mind. The room itself was tidy and there service in the was spot on. Would recommend to family's or like me who went out by myself. I will definitely use again if I go Thailand.

Hotel is located within walking distance to Bus Terminal or a short ride via motorbike.
Room check-in was speedy and well handled by Receptionist if online booking was confirmed.beforehand. Room cleaners are courteous. Trip to Pataya Beach takes15 minutes by pick-up vehicles for BTH 20. If going to Jomtien Beach, will need to get off and take another vehicle. However, remember to snap a photo of the area (landmark) using your cell phone as it is difficult to locate hotel by nightfall after your outing. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Lovely Hotel, Lovely Staff

I really enjoyed my stay at Bella Villa Hotel. Really Clean, Lovely Staff. Near to the beach, well kind of (Transport needed) or for those of us who like to walk.... walk! Wasn't many options on the menu, especially for breakfast. As soon as you come out of the hotel there's many services about, shops, renting bikes/mopeds, restaurants etc. There's lots to do and see out. Back to my hotel experience... Cant really find anything bad to say about it really. Had a lovely time. Thank You Bella Villa Hotel. I will be coming back again soon. Ciao :)

A great place to stay if you are ready to walk about 10-15 mins to the beach/other activities. It works great for me. ABOUT PATTAYA ROADS: Starting from the coast and running parallel to it, Pattaya has three major roads running in the north-south direction. a. Beach road b.Road two c.Road three. All three roads meet in the north at Dolphin circle. Beach road is a one-way traffic road north to south, while road two is a one way road going south to north. Road three is both ways. You can find a lot of tuk-tuk taxis plying on Beach road-round about Dolphin circle-Road two on per seat basis 10B anywhere to anywhere. There are three major roads a. North pattaya road b.Central Pattaya Road c.South Pattaya road in addition to several other lanes (Soi) running in the east-west direction. ABOUT THE HOTEL: The experience was very pleasant. Staff was kind and serviced with a smile. Most understood English. Breakfast had fresh fruits, milk, juice and ONE choice out of the pre-defined meal sets, none of them were vegetarian :( However, they provide microwave oven in the rooms, and we had come prepared with ready-to-eat food packets.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and the staff was friendly , the hotel doesn't has a lift and don't accept the rooms on the higher floors(especially if you have children, for luggages , hotel staff may help)don't accept rooms on the corners (X09,X10 and X19,X20),as they are situated on the last corner and these rooms are with out any views. The break fast options are very limited and nothing for specifically for Vegetarians (good American break fast with sousages, half boiled egg, toasts) and some Thai break fast with ham fried rice. I would suggest this hotel for budget travelers for one and two nights as its located very near to the Bus Stand of Pattaya.Easily accessible.

The stay was fine

The stay was fine, staff were friendly enough. English level is a little low but no problem really, they were still happy to help. Nice pool area with a nice garden around it, so good to relax by, I stayed on the top floor and there was no elevator but it is only 4 levels so all good. The room was fine, had everything I needed with its own kitchen area with microwave, fridge. Room size was fine, have your own little balcony which for me was looking over the pool. Large bed, mattress is hard but I liked it. There is a safe in your room which fits your laptoop. Housekeepers were nice, didn't speak much english but were always good for a laugh. The complimentary breakfast was a salad, eggs, sausages and toast which was fine. The only draw back is location. It is about a 25min walk to the beach and 40 mins to walking street but you can easily flag down a tuk tuk on the nearby main road to get to the beach, cost usually 20 baht or jump on a scooter taxi outside the hotel to take you wherever you need to go. If you stay out late for a few drinks then the good old tuk tuk drivers will want 200baht to get you home.

All in all, the stay was fine. It is cheap so you get what you pay for. Internals of the room are getting old but still fine. I went to relax by the pool which was fine, its a quiet hotel.

CLEAN! Near Pattaya Bus Station!

Booked via Expedia for a great rate for 4 nights, after the fourth night the rate jump to an astronomical rate so book longer if you plan to stay more than you plan!

Pro's- Clean, balcony, Internet worked great, swimming pool, strong HOT water shower, strong A/C, clothes washer to wash your OWN clothes, Large rooms, Large garden inside the patio when you open your door was awesome, near Pattaya bus station so you can actually walk to hotel if you don't have a lot of luggage. Staff was typical Thai friendly.

Con's- Off Third Road - Electric clothes dryer was broken, you will need to rent a motorbike to get around (not a problem because you can rent a motorbike for 150 baht a day), bed was very firm, but was actually \"good\" for your back!

This is an older open style Thai resort, but has been maintained for a nice stay. The cleaning lady's and security/maintenance man work extra hard to make sure you are comfortable.

I liked this place because I travel a lot and need to watch my costs, while still wanting something that is comfortable. I appreciated the free wifi, friendly staff, and convenient location for my purposes. The room was large and had a table to accommodate my computer. The chair wasn't the most comfy, but with a pillow, I was in business. It's a 10 min walk from the Northern Bus Terminal and also about 10min from Tesco Lotus. A little more walking gets you into the social areas of town. The checkout time is a bit early (10am). Breakfast starts early and is basically cooked to order. I definitely will stay here again the next time I'm in town. The cook was surprised that I was leaving after just 2 days, so it was nice she noticed.

The memory foam mattress will stay in my memory for ever cause it felt like I laid on a block of concrete. This place is far from anything. The lack of real taxis in pattaya makes it worse. The hotel staff were extremely nice. The need to change the mattress.

Great Hotel but out of the way

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, however the only three downsides to the place which some guests might find is that the gym is very old fashioned and is near enough unusable, the water from the showers wasn't always hot and the location of the hotel is some distance from walking street and the main night life of Pattaya, although if you are happy to ride a motorcycle, the nightlife is only a 10 minute ride down the road, which is what I did. Pattaya bus station is located just 5 minutes round the corner so this could be convenient for those who will be arriving/departing to Pattaya by bus.

I found the staff helpful and approachable, the rooms are a decent size and was cleaned every day, despite waking up in the afternoon most days. All in all I would recommend this hotel but, if you are not prepared to use taxi's or ride a motorcycle to down town Pattaya, then find a closer hotel.

The room is big and clean. The water heater sometimes go off after you shower till half..so, either one will bath with cold water.. keke.. but i'm the lucky one.. The price is very reasonable with free wifi and breakfast. The breakfast is serve when order. The staff is very helpful. They even use their personal hp to help us call our taxi driver that we get earlier. There's tiger show and magic show (tuxedo) within walking distance. Although my friends and i doesn't really enjoy much of the tiger show & magic show.. keke...access to transport is a bit hard from the apartment.. however, just 5 minutes walk out from the apartment, you can easily get tuk-tuk near the T-junction. Travelers have to remember to take their address card to show to taxi/tuk-tuk and remember which bella villa that you are going because there are 3 bella villa in Pattaya.

Es ist ein kleines Hotel

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind recht groß. Das Frühstück muss man nicht unbedingt buchen, wenn man länger dort ist wird es sehr langweilig, beim Obst könnten Sie auch mal etwas anderes liefern. Auch finde ich es nicht so gut dass man alles in einer Plastikverpackung bekommt. Auch ist das Internet sehr schlecht.

Quiet location. Close to motorcycle-taxi and bath-bus. Convenient store right next to hotel. Though not new, the hotel and it's facilities are quite beautiful and relaxing to look at. Madras is of the harder Thai standard. Internet is quite slow. Overall, well worth the cheap price.

Удобно расположенный на севере Паттаи, тихий и уютный отель с собственной зелёной территорией и красивым бассейном. Есть фитнес-зал и даже сауна. Номера отеля просторные, с большими балконами, оборудованы всем необходимым для комфортного проживания: хорошими кроватями, большими ЖК телевизорами, полноразмерным холодильниками. В каждом номере есть даже кухня с микроволновкой, посудой и рабочим столом с мойкой. Завтраки в отеле простые, но всегда свежие и вкусные. Персонал отеля отзывчивый и доброжелательный.

Idyllisches Hotel, mit bepflanztem Innenhof und Schwimmbad im Grünen. Hat allerdings Fliegen und Mücken. Frühstück ist gut zubereitet und schmackhaft.

Hôtel très bruyant et près d un pub karaoke autant dire que si vous voulez dormir vers les minuit vous pouvez oublier !
Leur piscine est gelée et sale !
Le WiFi ne marche jamais, le lit est aussi dur que le sol et en plus quand j ai osé me plaindre du WiFi car je ne pouvais pas joindre ma famille il m à répondu Qu il le savait déjà on s était déjà plaint à lui et Qu il n y ferait rien... Je vous conseille de fuir et vite !

職員態度良好，有求必應。房間内沒有風筒，但可向職員借。酒店雖小，但設計舒適，在酒店內到處走走坐坐，陰涼恰意。早餐味道還可以，平時是在餐牌上點餐，有時會有自助早餐供應。酒店內有貓咪，全都很怕人，但偶爾會到你露台上睡覺休息，很可愛~

Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstrasse zur sogenannten \"Third Road\" ca. 1 Kilometer vom Strand entfernt und ca. 5 Kilometer von der Walkingstreet, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es nichts Aufregendes. Auf der Third Road fahren keine Taxis, sondern nur Motorbike Taxis die relativ teuer sind. Man sollte nach Möglichkeit also motorisiert sein. Man bekommt in dieser Nebenstrasse zwar nichts vom Strassenlärm mit, aber dafür gibt es Karaoke Bars in der Nachbarschaft die laut sind und lange auf haben, wenn man also früh ins Bett geht, könnte das zu einem Problem werden. Es gibt kleinere Restaurants und 7/11 Shops in Laufnähe an der Hauptstrasse. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben eine kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle wo man sich auch schon mal selber versorgen kann. Insgesamt hätte der Pflegezustand des gesamten Hotels hätte etwas besser sein können, aber es war noch OK. Das Internet/Wifi lief nicht so toll. Trotzdem würde ich hier durchaus wieder hinkommen, da unter dem Strich das Preis Leistungs Verhältniss gepasst hat. Besuche sind kein Problem.

不便な所にあるホテル、車があると便利。

プールサイド側の部屋が良い。
エレベーターが無い。
古いアパートのホテル、
コスパ良いかな、
クルマ、バイクがあれば、便利なところ、
バイクタクの移動になります。
昼間は静かでのんびりと、、
夜は、近くの音楽がうるさい。
昔は、バンで姉妹ホテルの移動が出来たけど、
今は、無くなっていた。
少し、不便になった。

Hotellet er slidt, morgenbuffet mindre god. Der er generelt meget udenomsstøj. Swimmingpoolarealet er indbydende, men bliver ikke renholdt. Billigt hotel, så krav og ønsker skal være begrænsede. Billeder er taknemmelige.

Отель не новый, но не сильно потрёпанный. Располагается в дали от тусовок, но можно дойти пешком до всего этого мин за 20. Завтраки хорошие, уборка номеров не очень хорошая под не мыли вообще, просто подметали, а вот постель меняли каждый день. Бассейн тоже не чистят и вода в нем прохладная.

Dejligt hotel med adgang til pool.

Godt hotel 1km fra stranden. Fornuftig morgenmads buffet. God service, dog kunne deres engelskkundskaber godt være bedre. Vi havde et dejligt ophold på hotellet og brugte en del tid ved poolen, som altid var ren og imødekommende.

能接受，房間挺大的，有雪櫃，微波爐，洗漱用品等等，但是桌子上及浴室有螞蟻，一天能殺10隻以上，感覺不太好，而且附近吃的也不太便宜。在附近的大排檔點了1碟菜，1碟肉，1碟炒粉，1碗白飯，1瓶水，就花了接近400泰銖

パタヤに長期滞在をするゴルファーにお薦めです。
近くのカラオケ屋が深夜までうるさいので、気になる人は反対側の部屋に変えてもらうといいと思います。

パタヤの喧騒から離れた静かなエリアにあります。
コストパフォマンスが高く、接客やメンテナンスも大きな問題はありません。
あと、朝食も美味しいのがいいですね。
バスターミナルにも近く、長期で滞在したい方にはオススメです。

Vi bodde 1 natt på Bella Villa Service Apartament. Det var väldigt rent och fräscht, samt helt ok läge till shopping och mat.
Tyvärr var personalen inte alls serviceinriktad, vår incheckning tog lång tid då personalen tog emot andra gäster medan vi checkade in. Stort minus. Frukosten, inte att rekommendera. Ät hellre ute hos någon av matvagnarna för en god matupplevelse.

それなりに部屋は素晴らしいです
中庭がリラックスできます。
エレベーターが無いことだけ
チェックの時低層会でお願いしました
