I had the most exceptional stay at this resort! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained – a true home away from home. The maids did an incredible job keeping everything perfect throughout my stay.

The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety to choose from – every meal was a treat. The pool area was so relaxing and beautifully kept, perfect for both swimming and lounging.

What really made the property unforgettable were the stunning statues and artistic details around the grounds – it felt like walking through a living gallery, adding a unique and magical touch to the whole experience.

Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. This resort truly blends luxury, beauty, and hospitality in the best way possible.

I can’t recommend it enough – I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Staff always helpful. We were able to check inn quickly on arrival. The pool is open from 7am-10pm and water very warm.
Good air conditioning in rooms. Just opposite Terminal 21 an amazing shopping mall with all kinds of restaurants in.
Thai Garden resort has a bbq every Saturday evening.

A lovely spacious hotel in the middle of Pattaya.
Beautifully kept grounds that are a joy to walk round. Very large pool that caters for everyone. Deck chairs and parasols layed out well. Very peaceful hardly able to hear the traffic outside of the hotel.

It was terribly disappointing. The bed was absolutely awful. There were flies in the room, small little flies, smaller than housefly. It certainly did not tell us that it was a predominantly German establishment, and the people were not terribly friendly at all towards us. When we raised our issue about the room and the lack of comfort and noise until late into the night, the staff were not even apologetic about it, like they had been down this road many times before. They simply said thank you for the key. I ended up paying for three days, and only stayed for one, we checked into another hotel for the remainder of our few days in Pattaya. I certainly would never recommend this to anyone I know. They really need to get an exterminator in there.

This was my second stay here in a few years and I have to say they are great in looking after their guest, with a daily changing buffet and a great breakfast buffet and do not forget their large (and I mean large) pool, we will stay there again when required accommodation in Pattaya

Chose the hotel for down time during a 2 week business trip, the website gave a good impression and the price was right. 5 star hotels in Pattaya can be expensive. I was disappointed initially as the WiFi was down on check in, it was late and i was tired. All there is in the area is a massive mall but at least I could get online. The staff were able to diffuse my mood somehow. The next day the WiFi was back and the place delivered, I loved the lay out and the green areas. The entertainment was cheesy but entertaining. Bit old fashioned but that’s not a bad thing for a short break from work

Nice garden feel and large pool, immaculately kept. Location on the North of town, easy to drive to but slightly on the edge of town. Saying that The Beach is only a short walk away. A shpping centre and some restaurants nearby. Soon, when it opens, Terminal 21 will be right opposite.
You can see the mnager keeps the standards up.

Hotel with a lovely pool

Although described as a family resort the hotel does not have much to offer for children other than a large swimming pool. The staff are efficient but smiles were not easily found. The receptionist were rather glum faced even at check in and the customary smiles expected at a holiday resort were missing. The food was excellent if you like Continental European food. The German Buffet dinner was superb and breakfast satisfactory though repetitive. Overall the hotel is great for retired folks from Europe. Not so great if you are with family / friends and kids and wanna have activities besides the pool. The dinner buffet finishes at 9.30 and the resort is pretty much retired after 9 PM.

Great Location

We stayed as a family group at the Thai Garden Resort 13 – 26 May 2016. On arrival, which was at 10:30am. We were very aware that this was too early to check in which is 2PM. We were made welcome with a cold drink and our room was made available within 40 minutes. This hotel is mainly used by German tourists, which was fine, as they all speak very good English. The main attraction is the pool. This is surrounded in fabulously maintained gardens. Around the pool sides are various Jacuzzi areas, which are very relaxing. The dining area is first class with a breakfast that is served until 11am. The breakfast has a huge variety of food and drink. My only small observation with the meals was during the Thai buffet evening, which was cooked great except you totally ran out of 2 main courses and had to wait 10 minutes for them to be cooked and supplied. This however may have been a one off occasion. The location of the hotel is far enough away not to be too close to the night noise and close enough to hop on to the many toot - toot type taxis.
The staff are all very friendly and happy to help.
On the whole this hotel is well run it has 4 stars over the lobby area and is worth every one. I feel possibly one of the best hotels in Pattaya.

We had a week at 'Thai Garden' The buffet breakfast caters for all tastes as does the themed dinner buffets.
The hotel is well laid out and has plenty of sun beds both in and out of the shade. The hotel and grounds are immaculate, the uniforms/tableclths/napkins etc are pristine. Even the serving trays used to collect dirty dishes are covered in the same cream material as the uniforms.
The hotel has it's own vehicles and we used them as well as local tuk tuk's to get from the hotel to various venues. We used the tuk tuk's and ferry to go to Koh Larn a nearby island and used a tuk tuk to 'monkey beach' This is a very safe beach and has sun beds with umrella's (cost 100bht for the whole day) there are also restaurants if you want to eat.
We are already looking forward to our holiday next year.

My wife and I (both 70) have stayed at Thai Garden Resort several times in the 16 years we have visited Thailand. The resort is a very friendly & family orientated resort. The staff are most welcoming and attentive, from the General Manager Rene Pisters, the Hotel Manager Danillo Becker right throughout the whole of the staff.
The food is very well prepared and presented; the rooms cleaned and refreshed daily and the service throughout the hotel second to none.
The unique large 'Lagoon' style swimming pool is a pleasure to swim and relax in, with numerous sun loungers and parasols provided, with push buttons located on each, to enable you to call the attention of the pool bar attendants to supply both food and drinks at your convenience, a very welcome service.

Great place to stay! Service was excellent. Pool is fantastic, lots of relaxing jets and very big. Rooms are very comfortable, and quiet for a relaxing stay. Location is okay, but just a short taxi away from most places you want to go and even within walking distances of the cabarets if the weather is nice and you want to catch a show. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options for all different taste buds. Recommend, for sure.

We chose the Thai Garden Resort for a weekend get-away to Thailand.

We thought it was a great value-for-money option and enjoyed the facilities. The resort seems to be popular with German-speaking clientele. The complementary breakfast was fantastic as far as selection and quality and there are a numerous of other economically-priced Thai eateries within a few minutes walk (after all, Thailand is all about food)! Although somewhat distant from Walking Street and some of the famous/infamous Pattaya attractions, Tesco is about a block away, a huge souvenir shop across the street, and the \"baht bus\" circuit about a 5 minute walk from the resort to take you there. The resort also offers a reasonably-priced mini-bus to take you to where you need to go, and we opted for this to take us to the station to catch the BKK airport shuttle bus.

The only complaint was the shower and sink faucets- as far as water pressure and temperature. That's it!

We would definately stay here again if we were to visit Pataya.

Weekend stay with a date. Nice hotel grounds and nice pool but most of the guests were older or families. Not really a place for a couple.

Also the location is not good. There are no places to walk to close by. If you are leaving the hotel you will have to take a taxi.

Very pleasant place to stay

I spent 12 very pleasant nights at the Thai Garden Resort. The room was very comfortable, particularly if you like firm beds. The pool is great and because of its size never gets crowded. The staff were all very helpful and polite. Highlights included the nightly buffet by the pool and my girlfriend and I loved the strolling minstrels. Highly recommended.

Pattaya, you have no future!

I love German people, and I have them as customers, so if you like Germans people too and want to stay in familiar surroundings, then go here. 80% Germans. The Hotel has nice garden surroundings and about 500 meters to the beach.......but really why come here to Pattaya? this is an overrun and destroyed place. Thailand has changed a lot over the last 20 years and it is difficult to find paradise, but I tell you, don't start in Pattaya ;-)

Booked a double bedded room but was given a twin room but they moved us to another room once this was pointed out.

Hotel is very spacious with a great pool. Only used the restaurant for breakfast which was excellent with an amazing buffet selection and if you could not find something to meet your hunger then you never will.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful from the start and during our stay and the resort allow you to bring guests back to the room at no charge.

Room was spacious and very well maintained with a very large bathroom and shower area cannot fault the room.

Although a big high price I can highly recommend the resort.

This an amazing resort, not only the swimming pool is beautiful and very well maintained but also the gardens around the apartments are kept to a highly detailed condition.
Breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide range of variety and hardly repeating any dishes during the week.
Service is highly friendly and polite.
Complimentary wifi works perfectly everywhere in the resort, prices of food and drinks are absolutely reasonable.

The swimming pool is not only beautiful but also good maintained, clean, with plenty of sun beds and sun shades.
The rooms are spacious, modern, well furnished and with tea, coffee and drink water every day.
Cleanliness is of high standard.
All gardens are perfectly maintained and beautiful with many butterflies, birds and squirrels.
Wide variety of breakfast choices as well as great evening buffet. Excellent service during meals.
The neighbourhood is not amazing but, personally, I prefer to be far from the noisy crowd, very cheap transport options bring you to the epicentre of Pattaya in only a few minutes.
I had a great stay, I wish all hotels had this quality standards.

Enjoyed it and was made to feel welcome. Excellent massage and breakfast. Huge pool area. Easy access to bars on walking street etc with the use of the baht buses. Nice local cafés and eating places. Large Tesco store next door too for all essentials. Great and friendly staff though it is being taken over by arrogant and obnoxious Russian guests. Get early to breakfast or the food disappears to end up by the pool. Overall excellent value for money.

A lovely resort in the quiet end of town

I stayed for a week at this great resort and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Situated back from Beach Road and at the northern end of town the resort is well outside the bar and restaurant areas with the associated noise. A taxi stand at the front of the resort enables easy access to shopping bars and restaurants. The best way I could describe this resort would be to say \"excellent value for the money paid\".

great property, away from the naughty madness,

stayed for 3 days in oct 2013 amidst all the fear of rain and floods, however were lucky that the weather held and had great little sojourn before moving to the next leg in Bangkok.
Visited during wife's bday. had requested a cake, which was duly delivered to the room, complete with candles.

I planned a stay for 5 nights. The hotel is fairly big, being spread out. A limited amount of pool views. Most rooms seemed to have no views. Besides that, the room itself is large, comfortable, and quite elegant. The room even had a sliding door to the bathroom and changing area. The breakfast buffet was good. Pool was spacious, though no deep ends. The staff were incredible! The only downside was the location being away from most of what Pattaya has to offer. But for a resort, it is well worth it and I would stay again.

Excellent value. Friendly and well trained staff. Always willing to help. Not too far to walk from beach road and Naklua so plenty of bars and eating places. Unfortunately was too busy with work so ate in at the hotel each night. Set menu changes daily - Food good and well priced - 4 course + coffee and good quality. . Would stay here again and willing to recommend as a nice quiet place away from the bustle of Pattaya.

룸도 넓고 쾌적하고 좋았어요. 다만 한국인에게 맞지 않은 리조트입니다. 여긴 리조트를 가장한 요양원입니다. 외국 노인 98% 비율로 수영장 베드는 아침 일찍부터 다 자리 맡아두고 조금만 시끄러워도 째려봅니다. 노인분들 온천마냥 몸만 담그고 있거나 베드에 누워있어요. 내돈주고 이렇게 눈치봐야되나 싶어요. 한국분들 가지마세요. 조식은 먹을게 없습니다

Komme schon seit 14 Jahren, für bis zu 3 Monat jährlich, in dieses Hotel und war eigentlich immer zufrieden. Aber jetzt wird eine neue Condo Anlage direkt neben dem Hotel gebaut, was mit Sicherheit noch 1,5 Jahre dauert. Die Lärmbelästigung im unteren Teil der Anlage ist extrem, von 10:00-20:00 Uhr. Das schlimmste ist jedoch, das überall im Hotel geraucht wird und das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Selbst am Pool und direkt vor den Zimmern wird Cannabis konsumiert und auch vor kleinen Kindern keine Rücksicht genommen. Auf Nachfrage bei der Guest Managerin wurde mir gesagt das dies in Thailand erlaubt sei und man da nichts machen könnte. Diese Aussage kann ich persönlich nicht akzeptieren und werde wohl nicht mehr in dieses eigentlich sehr schöne Hotel kommen.

スタッフはとてもよかったです。
気になったところは周辺の部屋の音が聞こえるところです。
夜中まで大音量の音楽が流れていたり、SEXしてる声が凄い響いてきました。
建物の構造上の問題だと思い仕方ないのかと思いますが、気になりました。

他は凄い素敵でいい思い出になりました。
ありがとうございました。

Es gibt nicht viel zu sagen. Wer ein ruhiges schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal in Pattaya sucht ist hier genau richtig!! Es passt alles, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!!
