Title: Very satisfied stay

We were very happy that we could use the swimming pool and shower facilities even after check-out. It was a great way to relax and enjoy the last day of our trip comfortably.

However, perhaps due to the Southeast Asian environment, the water sometimes looked slightly muddy, so improved water filtering may be helpful. Other than that, everything was excellent. The room, facilities, and staff service were all very satisfying, and overall we had a wonderful stay.

The room floor was a little bit dirty. The room size is not the size I have payed for. I had payed for 34 m and the size i have measured is less than 29m included the balcony. Breakfast has nice variety the pool area is relaxing and beautiful.

The best hotel in Pattaya. I have stayed at many others but none compare to the pool, kids area, location, food, staff, and the suite is the best room I have ever had. Minutes walking from the beach, entertainment and it literally is attached to the biggest mall in Pattaya.

4 star stay. All Rooms average and Seaview applies to every room in the Hotel that has mild view of the water. Room was okay. Modern, decent quality. The place is ok. The pool is freezing cold. Amenities are mild at best. The staff are nice and they helped us getting in early. My Expedia level had no influence. The would be better if they applied the Seaview to real units. Connected to Termial 21 mall, but that causes confusion booking Grab. All and All it was an okay stay.

I had an amazing stay at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 Pattaya! The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located right next to the mall and the beach. The rooms are spacious with beautiful sea views and everything is very well maintained. The pool area is stunning — one of the best in Pattaya — and the staff are always friendly, professional, and ready to help. Breakfast had a great variety and high quality. Overall, a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and luxury. Highly recommended for both leisure and business stays!

Overall an average stay. I was expecting more. The check in was quite slow and there was only one person behind the reception.

The room was on the 18th floor and didn’t blow me away. I’m not a fan of having two single beds put together to create a double/king. The bedding was also for single beds put together. Two of the pillows had stains on.

The free no alcohol mini bar and snacks was a nice touch. A nice view of the pool from the balcony.

Bathroom was ok and I liked the rainfall shower and the water pressure was very good.

The swimming pool and water park area was very good.

The internet stops for unknown reasons. Then you need to re-log with the password so Whatsapp calls drop. The TV programs are limited in english and the channels buffer constantly. The Indian, Chinese and Thai channels seems to always work.
This hotel caters to many Chinese tourists. Several tour buses unload them here. Don't expect peace and quiet because the children run uncontrollably down the hallways screaming at the top of their lungs.Get to the breakfast buffet early or you will be swarmed by rude people who don't wait their turn. Its chaos as people just grab food with their bare hands and load up their plates. Pretty sad to see this type of human behavior from a so-called high end hotel chain.

Max at front desk is amazing and Aof took good care of my room. All the staffs so friendly and greet you every time. Entire hotel, pool, gym etc. is immaculate. Directly connects to a great mall and right on the 10 baht taxi line. Breakfast buffet/restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend.

This is a great property with an amazing location - in the same building as Terminal 21 mall. There's a vibrant street market just outside with great food, shopping options, and the mall itself. The hotel itself has a great breakfast, and the staff is really friendly. We had a panoramic sea view room on the 31st floor and that had some of the best views in Thailand.

The only reason for a 4-star rating would be the size of their pool and the beach nearby. The pool is quite small for the number of rooms they have, and the North Pattaya beach nearby isn't really swimmable. Would definitely recommend if you are not really a beach swimmer and just need somewhere to chill out with great vibes all around.
