Close to many restaurants and shops. What I didn’t like was we went into the hotel and there was a sign redirecting you to the hotel next door to check in. Once checked in you had to walk back to the original hotel for your room. After a long drive this was the last thing I wanted to do.

great views of Pattaya without the noise

We arrived in the afternoon at the hotel and we were amazed how friendly the staff were and even more with the ice cold drink and refreshing cold towel on a very hot day in Thailand. The room itself was almost perfect , just needed a paint here and there. The shower was hot so no complaints in the morning .views are stunning from the sea view balconies and perfect for some quiet time . Free shuttle to theend of the road, then hop on a tuk tuk .great stay happy to leave good feed back .

I stayed at the hotel for 16 nights at a superior seaview room (511).
My overall experience could be rated at 8/10
The hotel has a problem with staff shortages for the cleaning of rooms each day which does not allow enough time for the remaining staff member to fully clean the room each day. (time restraints)
The wifi in my room only worked 20% of the time and I had to mostly go to the lobby to get adequate reception.
The breakfast was good and there was plenty of various choices of food available some of which changed every couple of days.
The staff are all very helpful and I would certainly return there again.This was my fourth stay at this hotel.

I was very happy with my stay. The room was big with large fridge, sink and micro wave and safe. Staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast, which was served at Best Bella next door was excellent. Shuttle service to Dolphin Roundabout was also very good.Shower wos over bath, but plenty of hot water.
The only negative was wardrobe space very limited. Only big enough for one. No umbrella's round pool.

I HADVERY NICE ROOM ON HIGHER FLOOR VERY BIG ROOM WITH KITCHEN NICE BATHROOM SHOWER AND BATH. BIG BALCONY WITH SEA WIEW. A VERY LARGE ROOM WITH TV BIG DOUBLE BED LOAD FURNITURE. ALSO HAD BIG FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE. . ALL UTENSIL FOR COOKING AND 2 HOBS. I HAD 3 CLEANERS TO CLEAN EVERY DAY. ALL STAFF VERY HELPFUL. SO HAD NICE STAY. Great breakfasts, really great! Quite near to the beautiful beach - the beginning of Wongamat is around 10 minutes walk. Rooms are rather comfortable but very very dirty! The first day I was promised to get a proper cleaning but a cleaning lady is very lasy and nobody cares! For two weeks we had a used condom wrap under the bed and someones hairs behind the couch, reception stuff couldn't solve the problem. Actually you can buy the accessories and clean the bathroom and kitchennette yourself, because all the other things about the hotel are good. I feel it is an old additional building to former Best Western and the owners don't go to repare it or maintain properly )

Never a 3 star hotel.

Did not like anything about the hotel.if customers are paying the higher price for there sea vew room.be aware there is no mention that vew is of the sea but you are all so facing another larger hotel back yard where there are severe genoraters going all day and night hurendess noise said free toiletries to I little soap 2 shower cap.

My First stay at the Best Bella and I found it very good value. Room was clean and a good size, it was cleaned well by housekeeping every day. Found the bed very comfortable. Wi Fi worked great but not many plug sockets handy though if you need power. Great view from Balcony 6th floor though you hear extractors from hotel next door. Pool is small but clean and nice area to sit and relax. The walk to the main road is 5-10 minutes but the excellent shuttle was never more than a few minutes wait and the drivers all cheery as you would expect. I found the rest of the staff attended to things very quickly when needed. The engineer came to fix my safe and was there in less than 5 mins, the same when I requested some room supplies from housekeeping and room service. The closest beach is a couple of minutes away down steps this is the quieter beach. The main beach is 15mins on foot or a couple of minutes on Baht Bus from the roundabout, very busy but always places to sit. Try the Cinema in central festival and upgrade to the loungers with drinks or go first class. I have been to Pattaya many times and this is a good value hotel, it is not luxury but was great for what I needed and I would stay here again.

Comfortable and Affordable Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights on the 4th Floor.I had a superior ocean view room.
The room was 32sq metres which was of ample size for me although there are other rooms available that are larger.
The room had all the advertised items and the room was cleaned daily.
The view of pattaya bay was very nice and they have a fixed daily schedule for the hotel bus to take you are to the maain corner (Dolphin corner) which is about a 6 minute walk and is most convenient to bars and supermarkets and the bart buses run in all directions including Beach road which can take you as far as walking street if you desire to view.
The hotel shares it's services with the hotel next door (Best Bella) which is owned by the same company and you can see the staff sharing duties in both hotels in their orange top uniforms.Breakfast is served in the hotel next door each morning from 6am to 10am.The buffet is great with so many differant dishes available both western and asian.
The staff are so nice and friendly and it is a pleasure to stay in the hotel which I plan to do in a few months time.

It only lost marks for being a bit dated. But it is exactly how they describe. Dining is in the hotel next door, but wasn't a problem. Rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh bed sheets. Room was big and clean, superior double with sea view. Air con good. Tv good. Wifi was a bit slow. Staff were excellent and very helpful. And free shuttle up and down the road at anytime.... was nice and quiet to for a good sleep...

This is far from luxurious but it is nicely away from the filth of Walking Street. There are some gogo bars nearby, but also good restaurants. It's a short walk to the beach, and a short walk to main street. Nothing about this place is fancy, but it's clean and comfortable.

Badly let down by very poor wi fi service and auto wake-up call service. I reserved at the hotel on the basis that free wi fi was provided. On account of hardly any internet connection I failed to conduct my business.

On the day I checked in two light bulbs needed replacing and the plug in the sink had jammed.

Bed is very comfortable and room is quiet. A bit too far away from everything but managable. I used the free tuk tuk to get to the main intersection then a 10 THB tuk tuk to any where. Staff were great as I stayed in room till after cleaners had finished but the reception staff sent clean towels and drinking water to room Without any bother.

this hotel is about an 800 meter walk to the main road where you can get a bus or taxi to pattaya. the hotel is run down with old furniture having paint peeling off it. if the price was not cheap it would be a discrace. take note of the condition of the front reception dest....its not a good first impression. but even at its current price there are better hotels around and better locations. the sea view room I stayed at had a view of pattaya bay and the iconic sign was distant but visible. I would rate the \"sea view\" here as a 6/10. .

nice hotel. Very good breakfast spread. You have to go to the hotel next door for it. Rooms are quite spacious and though partial sea view, but nice one. Only major issue is Its located in north pattaya good 1-2km from the busy central pattaya and walking street area..and walking gets tiring again and again..if u have rented a motorbike its just 2mins away. The hotel is in a quiet lane with good 500mtrs inside. The hotel has shuttle in every 10mins to the tuk tuk stand where they charge 10baht to central pattaya area, but they never told us about the shuttle service. We only realized when we saw a shuttle and inquired about it. only receptionist talk little english. One of the receptionist was very kind in arranging shuttle till the bus stop to for pattaya. The other receptionist spoke very limited and rudely. Hotel takes a 500baht refundable deposit which was not by expedia, but no hassles in claiming back unless u have any charges. All in all, a nice experience.

Lift was too small for us and bags. asked for a room with ocean view trhough this site and got rear room that smelled like a sewer in bangkok. They need to fix the drains fast before consider booking this hotel. we couldn't use one bthroom due to the stench. bed and room size was fine but building needs a decent refurb. have stayed in other 3 star places in thaliand and this is well and truly the worst.
Location is the only thing this hotel has going for it but still need tpt to beach as cannot access directly though luxury resort.
Breakfast is fine - it is obtained from four seasons next door.
recommend you don't risk it and spend an extra $20US in pattaya and get a far better value room elsewhere

Needs more supervision, uits the reception and bell boys who do such a fantastic job

This was the first ti9me we had stayed at this hotel although we visit Pattaya every year for about 3-4 months at different times. The location is good and the shuttle service excellent and should be carried through to all times of the year, otherwise its a lonely road to walk down especially late afternoon and evening.
The hotel in general needs to uplift its cleaning, there appears to be no-one checking the condition of the rooms with regard to cleanliness and the lift in the hotel was not cleaned for about 5 days after new year with the same remaining chips and dirt on the floor in the lift and the doors of the lift in a very dirty condition. The breakfast was great but training and again supervision of staff is needed to bring the standards up to the level it should be at.
The staff in reception and the bell boys who also did the shuttle, were very helpful, whether it was entering money into your phone or just wanting to get to the Dolphi9n roundabout quickly, they were excellent.
I see one of themajor problems of the hotel is that the pool area is very very small and deep which means the water is very very cold, hence patrons do not use it much as it is not enjoyable.
The view from the hotel is excellent especially NY eve.

This is a family freindly hotel. The hotel is closed to the walking street, however it is far enough to not get bother by all noises. Hotel personals are very relax and helpfull. There is a complementary shuttle from hotel to the dolphine squer where you can easly jump on a touk-touk and get into the center of the city/ beach road. The hotel is only 3 minutes from the beach, where you can eat, drink and swim. However there are stones under the water on that beach so it is not very easy to get into the water. You should wear some kind of shoes to not heard your feet. For better beaches you can go to Wongamat beach or Pattaya beach. But again they are much more croweded. This is not a 5 stars hotel and first impersion could be little bit disapointed; however everything is cheap and you are very comfortable there and the rooms are clean. Make sure that you get one of the rooms on the higher floors otherwice the see view rooms will not be a seeview.

apparantly no body over school age working behind reception desk. no manager to sort out any problems bathrooms are a bit grubby hotel could do with re-furbishment.you only get one chair and no table on your balcony. far from all the action but staff pretty good with curtesy bus to round a bout where you can get the baht bus (if you can cross the road) only there for one week so not to worried about the small things. would book a better hotel next time

I quite enjoed my stay in BVM. The place is quiet and near to Dorphin fountain (within walking distance), however the hotel is nice enough to provide regular free shuttle service between hotel & dorphin fountain. The hotel deserve a credit for providing such a kind and warm service. Family Mart (local 7-11) is at the corner of dorphin fountain. Breakfast is good and we have 24hrs free wifi access. Defintely will stay there I were to visit Pattaya again.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke, ist zu Fuß vom Dolphin gut zu erreichen (ca. 200 Meter) oder für kleines Geld mit dem Motorbike. Der Pool liegt im Schatten, man kann aber auch nebenan zum Pool des Best Bella gehen.
Die Aussicht der Seaview-Zimmer ist überragend, allerdings sind die Geländer sehr niedrig (ca. 1 Meter) und die Belüftungsanlage des Dusit Thani ist schon nervig (läuft 24 Stunden am Tag). Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden, der Staff sehr nett und alles wie man es von einem 3-Sterne-Hotel erwarten kann. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Weg zum Circle war manchmal etwas anstrengend. Kann aber auch sein, dass das Hotel einen Shuttle-Service bietet, den ich nicht in Anspruch genommen habe.

Vi havde et udmærket ophold. Glad for at vi havde betalt for udsigt, det forhøjede kvaliteten af opholdet. Jeg synes, det er for ofte at skifte sengetøj hver dag, to gange ugentlig vil være mere reelt. Prisen kunne godt have indeholdt morgenmad, det havde været mere rimeligt. Til gengæld var det fint, at der var mulighed for suttlebil, men den kunne nemt undværes, hvis man vil tage hensyn til miljøet.

Нам очень нравится ресторан отеля, богатый выбор замечательных блюд, их оформление. С удовольствием посещаем бассейн! Очень нравится расположение отеля в шаговой доступности морского пляжа, супермаркетов, остановок такси. Отдельное спасибо за такси отеля, которое возит гостей к Трем дельфи -нам! Спасибо персоналу отеля за внимание. В этом году поставили мусорные баки возле отеля ,хотелось бы чтоб их убрали,не очень комфортно идти к морю когда мусор не убран. Спасибо огромное за всё! Мы любим Таиланд, мы любим наш отель, скучаем за ним, мы с родными, близкими будем приезжать сюда всегда как появиться возможность!

Останавливаемся в этом отеле несколько лет, нас почти все устраивает, если не придираться, тк цена соответствует качеству. Хороший менеджмент, обслуживающий персонал доброжелательный, всегда выполняются все просьбы, хорошие завтраки, локация отеля , да ещё с доставкой до места, откуда можно доехать в любую точку города. Отель находится рядом с морем.

ใกล้ terminal 21 สิ่งมี่ดีงานมที่สุดของที่นี่คือ อาหารเช้า ที่หลากหลายเชื้อชาติมากๆ ไทย จีน ฝรั่ง แอบมีเกาหลี กับฝรั่งเศสนิดๆ ถึงไม่ได้อร่อยมากมายแต่ก็ถือว่าในราคานี้มีความหลากหลาย มากๆ ส่วนห้องพักตึกเมโทร ใหญ่กว้างขวางมีครัว มีสระว่ายน้ำที่ว่ายได้จริงๆ แต่ขอตินิดนึงเรื่องความสะอาด ของพื้นห้อง สรุปภาพรวมถือว่าดี ให้ 3.5 ดาวเต็ม 5 ได้เลย ครับ

Грязнее отеля я ещё не видел ни когда!!! В НОМЕРЕ БЕГАЮТ ТАБУНАМИ РЫЖИЕ МУРАВЬИ. Уборка номеров ни какая ( хотя оставляли деньги) , грязь везде ! Под кроватью в номере вообще не моют !!! Заказывали номер для не курящих ( и на двери в комнаты была картинка перечёркнутой сигареты), однако как только зашли в номер - запах табака был стойкий! Постельное белье , подушки , одеяло - все было прокуренно напрочь ! Единственное было не плохо - это завтраки ( есть из чего выбрать )

Отель твердая 4 Для Тая. Местоположение на отлично. Завтраки для Тая Идеально . Бассейны для двух отелей с Best Bella Отлично. Район удобен. Сауна с хамамом оченььь. Номера на 4 звёзды для тая. Массаж слепых рядом, для тех кому нужен настоящий. А если нет желания ехать на Ко Ларн , то близко огромный пляж. Best bella and Bella villa metro рекомендую!!!

宿泊客減少に伴う経費削減

これはパタヤ全体に言えることだが以前に比べロシア人客が減っている。それとエアコンを新しくしたためか、宿泊料金が若干値上がりした。にもかかわらず、日本語新聞がなくなり、朝食も宿泊客が少ない日はホットミールがビュッフェではなくオーダー制になっている。サービスに過不足がない良いホテルであっただけに非常に残念である。

Отдыхали с 01.02.2018 по 21.02.2018г. вместе с друзьями,нас устроило ВСЁ,особенно расположение,все в шаговой доступности.Номера чистенькие,постель и полотенца меняются каждый день,завтраки просто шикарные.Бассейн порадовал тем,что практически целый день там тень,но лежачков маловато.Поселили в течении 5-ти минут,даже раньше времени.Номера точно по заказу,вид на океан изумительный.На ресепшене молодежь приветливая,улыбчивая.Есть,конечно и минусы,но они теряются на фоне всего отдыха.Если будем в Паттаейе еще раз,остановимся именно здесь.Рекомендуем

Останавливались в этом отеле второй раз. Хорошее расположение, торговые центры в шаровой доступности. От отеля до площади с дельфинами 500 метров, но даже к площади вас до ставят сотрудники отеля на машине.Конечно за год отель немного подустал, кое- где требуется косметический ремонт. Но в целом отдыхом в этом отеле мы довольны.

本当は静かな場所なのに。

ベラヴィラメトロを予約したのですが、オーバーブッキング？の為かBest Bellaへ変更。
こちらの方が新しいホテルで、朝食の場所もこちらのホテルですので、問題無しです。
部屋もまだ綺麗で、ネットのスピードも問題無いホテルです。
ただ本来、大通りから少し海側へ入るので、静かなホテルのはずが、
横で工事をしており、騒がしかったのが減点材料です。
まあホテルの責任ではありませんが。

벨라빌라 메트로 후기

풀빌라 가격이 너무 비싸서 방이 두개 있고 거실이 있는 방을 찾다보니 알맞은 가격은 이곳 벨라빌라였습니다.
방도 큼직하고 호텔로서 부족함은 없으나 조금 구식 시설이고 큰길에서 50m정도 걸어 다녀야 한다는 단점과(성태우 이용 시) , 워킹스트리트 근처 로 갈려면 성태우나 택시를 이용해야 한다는 단점이 있습니다.

nicht empfehlenswertes Hotel

Ich bin wahrlich kein Mensch, der alles unter die Lupe nimmt. Das einzig schöne an diesem Hotel ist die Aussicht auf den Ozean. Ansonsten trotz Reinigung jeden Tag Haare auf dem Boden, Ameisen im Beet,
tropfende Klimaanlage, Zustand des Inventars sehr mangelhaft...aber die Krönung war die ständige Beschallung (Tag und Nacht) durch eine riesige Klima-oder Lüfteranlage von einer Firma, die sich unmittelbar neben dem Hotel befindet. Ich möchte hier keinen Preisnachlaß erhalten, bin mir aber sicher, sehr viele Gäste hätten es getan...und mit Recht. Ich hatte auch keine Lust mich bei dem sehr schlecht englisch sprechenden Personal zu beschweren...

très bien pour le célibataires.

accueil par le personnels glaciale, trouver sa chambre tout seul.les rideaux ne sont pas étanche à la lumière
Pour le reste assez bien pour le prix, hôtel très calme petit déjeuner parfait chambre bien pour le prix draps et serviettes changés très souvent aucun problème pour pour amener des amis dans la chambre.
