Really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was nice and very helpful. I would have gave 5 stars but according to food/drink menu in the room service hours was 630am-11pm but they closed the kitchen at 1pm daily. I will be staying there again though.

The ocean view rooms have magnificent views so worth paying a little extra, the room was roomy and adequate, beds are super hard but most are in Thailand, the pool is small , only 9 old loungers and not one umbrella, so no lying by the pool reading if that’s your thing, overall was disappointed, did not originally book this as booked somewhere else but this was a last minute change advised by Expedia due to original resort closed for maintenance, the location is great for baht bus and there is a 24 hour tuk tuk to run you up to the main road and bring you back which is good , if your wanting a resort style hotel this is not it , it’s simply a hotel with small pool . I would not stay again

Noisy Hotel & Thin Walls
Good staff, room and location the big problem is it’s just too noisy, the walls are thin and unfortunately you can here everything your neighbour is up to, glad my kids were not staying, the people who stay there clearly don’t care about being load in the corridors and can keep you awake, although it’s not the hotels fault they have to do more to keep the noise levels down, not sure what they can do about the “thin walls”, I have been in Asia for 7 weeks, 10 hotels and this was by far the worst but only for noise, great for everything else, staff, service, food, location

Very convenient. Not on Beach Rd., but they have a free shuttle service to take you and pick you up at the round-a-bout. Rooms are clean and spacious, balconies are a plus, beds are comfy, staff is super nice, and there is a parking garage :)

Breakfast was good. Restaurant was a disappointment seeming to be for room service at other times. A shuttle bus to the main road saved a 10 min walk, from there local buses take you along the beach road for 10 bahts. WiFi good. TV poor. Air con good. Hotel was good to sleep and a base.

The hotel is in a nice location, not too far away from the action, however well secluded from the noisy part of the city. Room is clean, and bed is comfortable. However I have issue with lazy staffs that are simply not helpful. I had to carry my own luggages(and my GF's) from the parking lot all the way to the check-in counter, and on to the hotel room all by myself with zero aid. The staffs at the counter weren't even told me where the elevator is located. The room wifi was terrible and had to be reset constantly. Upon my initial complain on Hotel.com site, the hotel staff decided to call to apologize me at 8:00am, which practically woke us up for good.. quite stupid idea to apologize ai inappropriate hour.

Ten minutes walk to bars and restaurants two minutes to a quite beach . Plenty of taxi s to get around only 10 baht each hop on hop off whenever plenty to do lots of trips .

My husband and I will stay Best Bella again If we come back to Pattaya beach town. Simply we felt good in spacious, clean room. It is very quiet and we do need to have a good night rest. The shuttle service is very good . We never have to wait long.

Another fantastic holiday , I've stayed at Best Bella many times previously and I've never felt more at home . The room is very spacious and cleaned every day to a high standard . All the staff are very polite , the hotel bus will drop you off at the main road where you can go anywhere on a baht bus for only 10 baht . Fantastic location , quiet area , close to the beach . Hotel facilities are very well maintained . A special thankyou to Russell in the office who went out of his way to help me with some documents . I wouldn't bother going to any other hotel , this hotel with their very supportive staff just can't be beaten . Recommend to all travellers !

Location wise we need to walk out a bit to the main street, but hotel always standby the free shuttle service from hotel to main road. We had booked deluxe standard room and everything in the room is perfect for us, clean, spacious, comfortable and air-con was just nice. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Great gym ,pool, and sauna. and free WIFI too. I will come back again ...definitely.

Have Free WIFI in room and in lobby too. Not crazy about the location, however, because of the location, nice and quiet, probably one of the best places I have stayed. My first time at Best Bella Pattaya & i loved it!
This is my first time at Best Bella Pattaya. Staffs are all so lovely, great pool & jacuzzi, and great big restaurant. They have a shuttle bus taking you up to the Dolphin roundabout where you can easily find a baht bus which will take you to south Pattaya or beach road. The hotel also has sauna and steam room and it has free underground parking. I really enjoyed my stay and will stay in this hotel again next year by January.

I had a nice stay. The staff were freiendly and helpful. The free 24 hr shuttle was prompt and p/u and drop at the circle. Don't get a taxi, walk down beach street to the Baht Bus (routes on the internet) stop, I paid 20 baht to get downtown.
Drinks and food were reasonably priced at the hotel. I purchased the morning breakfast for the week. I found enough variety to be satisfied and I don't eat wheat. Only complaint, is they turn off the a/c and close breakfast service right at 10am.
I paid a little extra for the sea view. Well worth the extra money. Beautiful views day and night.
The gym had lots of free weights, some cardio which I didn't use, and had good a/c.

After check-in, it gave me a surprise ! The space and amenities of the room is very good and the wonderful sea view is amazing! Staffs are friendly and helpful. Always there to attend to your needs.

Wasn't impressed with the pile of dirty room service plates etc left on the table by elevator for two to three days. My booked room wasn't available the first day, transferred to their sister hotel for one night in inferior room and back again the next day, waisting my time. They did upgrade me to a better room on return to original hotel. Food was fairly bland.

I found the hotel to be conveniently placed in the North of Pattaya, far enough away from Walking Street, Soi 6 and the like but close enough to get there on a 10 baht bus if you need to in less than 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. It's a 4-5 minute walk down to the beach where you can get a full body massage or just a foot massage at a reasonable price. I suggest a room with a beach view. I took one but noted that there were rooms with balconies. So I asked reception how much to upgrade and after a couple of minutes, she advised that I could change rooms in two days for the rest of my stay at no extra charge. The sunsets are just amazing. A view straight over Koh Lan as the sun sets.
Breakfast is as good as you will get in any Thai hotel. They try to cater for everyone which is difficult but they do a great job and the breakfast staff are very friendly. I recommend the freshly cooked Thai omelet, it is lovely.
The room sizes are quite acceptable and one must remember that Thailand is a humid place and if the rooms are locked up they do get a little dank, but I found it really unnoticeable here especially if you can open the big doors and let some fresh cool air in in the morning.
Wifi is not the fastest in Thailand but an acceptable 5mb average in the rooms and there are a least three routers per floor that I could see which gave good coverage.

Best Bella is a very nice hotel. The only thing is that it a bit far from the main Beach Road. The hotel has a shuttle that gets you to the main road and you can catch a Singtow for 10 Baht, to take you to beach road or a 10 minute walk. The room we booked has sea view, spacious, and beautiful.
On our way back to the hotel, there was a speaker phone and we can ring the hotel and ask for a shuttle to pick us up from the main road. This was very convenient.

Located off the travelled path, located down a small poorly lit smelly 1/3 mile long road. You are pretty much required to taxi anytime you want food or anything. The room was OK but that little bright spot was overshadowed by the less than helpful staff. Location alone is enough to avoid this hotel.

What can we say about Best Bella ,well it's a small hotel but wow it was wonderful ,rooms were a great size and very clean .The pool was well positioned in the sun all morning and shade in afternoon.There was a bar beside the pool which was lovely and very well priced ,facilities were great been at better hotels that did not have as good .Then the staff were they were brilliant could not do enough for us had covered everything to take care of us ,nothing was to much and had a smile and cheery word every time we passed ,sometimes that's all a person needs to make there holiday fantastic.A big thanks to all .x

This is an old hotel located away from the main road in the north of Pattaya. The room itself was ok but again old. The whole hotel could do with some refurbishment. They did provide a free ride service to an from the main road where you could get a Song Taew or (rip off) taxi. The main road at the drop off point had plenty of restaurants and bars as well as shops, ATMs and currency exchange shops.

Nice quiet hotel for Pattaya. A bit of a walk to most shops , restaurants and bars but there is a shuttle service to the main road which is welcome in the heat where one can get a 10Baht taxi to most of town

We were in Pattaya to pick u our adopted child and saw that this hotel had good ratings and reviews. On our arrival the staff did not understand any English or have anyone that could translate. Once we werefinallyin our rooms. Our accommodations were terrible. Beds hard as rocks, smell of mildew and roaches on the floor. We complained but no response. Needless to say, we only stayed one night. I do not recommend this hotel.

Not close to a beach without litter on it. Wifi was terrible in building we were 20 feet from a router and still couldn't connect. hotel was pretty empty but they managed to put the other 10 people all on the same floor as us so was loud all night . The hotel is rather a long walk to hotel from main road, the road to hotel ie narrow and has to way traffic going both ways and most time it is big holiday coaches. so its rather dangerous. the staff are very polite , russel at reception was brilliant. good english and willing to help. the room was spacious and cleaner cleaned daily. pool was ok, there was only 7 or 8 sun loungers, if you were not fast in morning you were last. i would recommend this hotel, its basic and you get what you pay for.. I would return, for a few days when im in pattaya .

There is no such thing as best, but there is bella. This hotel is truly Bella, the main reason being its charming and always helpful staff. Bricks and mortar, no matter how lavish etc. can become a gilded cage.

The lobby is cool rather than grand. The pool is cool and well maintained. The staff provide the warmth to make you feel your room is your home away from home.
The shuttle service takes you to the main street, some 600 metres from Best Bella.

Guests appeared to come from several parts of the globe, rather than it being an English or Russian enclave.

3 Days Relaxing at Best Bella
3 days relaxing at Best Bella, quiet neighbourhood, which is one reason I chose it..I know Pattaya. Good underground parking, saw motorcycle taxi/sidecar available to take you to the end of the road where baht buses are available to get into Pattaya, not far but you wouldn't want to walk it.
Great choice for breakfast , great sea view from our 5th floor room. Recommend and will 100% stay there again.
