Overall not bad, but it's a bit rundown/aged. Sraff are uniformily great. Free form pool was nice as you can always find a bit of shade, and lots of chairs and unbrellas.

Breakfast was good, but boring - recommend you buy as needed, and instead have breakfast (and lunch) at the excellent Zurich Bakery, that is next door!

The best quality of this resort is that it hides in a quiet area, close to Terminal 21 shopping centre, and a short walk to the Baht bus. The quietness is underrated for this resort. You don't have much noise at all if any. The downside of the resort is the facility felt outdated, in urgent need of major renovation. Once done it could be an upscale resort hidden gem. At this moment it is a functional and budget driven resort serves its purpose, great for bargain hunters.

I so hate to say that this is the perfect place to stay only because it is our inclusive get away. The staff are excellent and always the most pleasant people you will ever meet. Nick is the best concierge and loved talking to my two sons....great guy.
The only downfall is that they have decreased the diversity of food, but given the pandemic and it's results, I can understand. They still have the egg chef for breakfast and he is awesome. Definitely a five star hotel at great rates. I got a master room with minor for the boys at just $81/night....time with the wife alone was the best experience!!!

Great place. The coolest pool ever. Stayed with family 3 weeks. Quired area or at least you hear no noice from road. Room really good size and balcony great. Bad things, the bath room could use and upgrade. Old and warn and water pressure was low for showers and changed all the time. Nice service and room cleaning. Value for money despite being a bit old and could use an upgrade.

We enjoyed our stay at Green Park. There are a few things that normally could be done better, but given that we are in the midst of Covid, I think the Staff at the Hotel did very well. The beds were very comfortable. The place was clean and functional.

A little oasis in the chaos of Pattaya.
The resort is in desperate need of some TLC, however for the price I did not expect 5 star.
Bed very comfortable. Breakfast reasonable.
Pool area had mature trees that hid buildings surrounding the property. Staff very friendly.
Easy access to restaurants and the rest of Pattaya city.

Generally our stay was good. The Swimming Pool and surrounding area are the Resorts main asset. There are plenty of sunbeds. The rooms are looking a little tired but clean. The beds were really comfortable. The staff are excellent and efficient. The main downside of our stay was the Wifi system which was very inconsistent. Unfortunately the Owners of the property never seem interested in spending money to rectify the system. All in all this is a good value for money Resort.

The room had a weird mark under the sink and looked like it could use a touch of a tidy with bedsheets being piled in the corridors frequently it felt a bit messy but the for the price it was still good. The bit surrounding the pool is nice to relax in and the location really suited us. The breakfast was ok and though check in took a while that seems pretty standard.

Good but could be better.

The greatest feature of this Resort is the swimming pool area. The property including the bedrooms I feel are nearing refturbish time. The breakfast is adequate although extremely similar every day. Unfortunately not always hot. The day to day staff throughout are excellent they’re courteous and obliging mostly with a smile on their face. The wifi is virtually non existent. No good complaining the staff have already heard it from many previous guests. We’ve stayed at the Resort many times but the Resort hasn’t done anything about it’s upgrading, it’s a bit of a “Cheap Charlie” situation. I cannot comment on the senior management as they seem to have little or none. Before my holiday I emailed the front office and reservations with a type of room request and but didn’t receive a reply. On checking in the staff told me that it hadn’t been passed on to them.
All in all for the money pald it is very good.

Night shift staff performance so sloppy while I was back to hotel at Midnight asking for the room does clean yet on 23.12.2018; he confirmed positive. But, I found he lies and I have to spent another 10 minutes to go back to the reception to tell the guy about the fact; then, he send the Bell boy to come along with me back to my room, finally; I have to wait another 8 minutes for the replacement of the towels, bottles of water, shower gel, but, the bed and the room still not yet clean at all. During check in 18.12.2018; the reception forgot to give me back the passport!!!’

A very nice stay, We had a nice time, the swimming pool is fantastic. The rooms a bit small but doesn't matter as we use the room just to sleep. The balcony is nice, facing the garden. At the beginning, I wasn't happy with my room, so they moved me to the other block which was much better.
the staff are very friendly and helpful.
the location is convenient, just a walking distance to the shops, restaurant, supermarket and 10 minutes walk to the biggest mall in Pattaya (Terminal 21) amazing and nice mall. Wifi was slow

warning.. Don’t Stay here!

If you are a middle age man, needing a room for your Thai girl Pattaya experience than this hotel is for you!!!

Only good thing about this place was the pool...

Hotel staff ok and friendly but spoke barely any English.
Food— was disgusting!!
Room- no iron or ironing board, shower was warm never hot,beds were hard, and the TOWELS thin as a piece of paper!!!
Tv only had 2-3 English channels
WIFI- horrible... super slow and most of the time didn’t work
On checkout was told to pay 50baht for apparently a missing teaspoon?
I personally would never stay there again and would not recommend this place to family or friends.
Spend the money and stay at the woodlands resort or hard rock hotel..

Good for an affordable, exotic getaway

My wife and I were the only Americans in the hotel and we love it that way. Lots of Germans, Russians, Thai, Korean, Chinese, and some British from what I could tell. At least in the room we were in, which was among the cheapest, you could hear a lot of what was going on in other rooms around you, and there was construction next door until pretty late. For us it wasn't a big deal, we live in Asia and if felt normal, I only thought of it when my family back home asked if they would like it, and I had to be honest and say probably not for most of them. Wifi was quite poor. The hairdryer didn't work for more than a few seconds at a time.The service and the staff were great. The food is not mind blowing but good. The pool is really delightful, and the service at the pool bar was great. They'll take care of you, just ask them and be patient with different levels of English. There are some great restaurants around, including French, German, Indian, Italian, and Thai that we frequented. A few great and clean behaving massage companies close by, we used Let's Relax. In general the North end of Pattaya felt more family friendly then the rest, it is known for it's seedy side. But we had a great couples getaway at an affordable price.

First thing I want to say is my stay at this hotel was tainted by 1 so called \"assistant manager\" who's lack of professionalism and listening skills with a big dose of attitude when all I was trying to do was say how good the hotel and staff were and wanting to book another night was a real strain(be wary of her).
I stayed in the junior suite for half a week and couldn't pick any faults(which is very rare). Awesome pool, gardens, breakfast, service, tv channels, bed mattress, water pressure and temp, aircon, balcony, location...etc.
Just be wary of the so called \"secret prices\" on hotels.com as it was actually the normal rate offered from the hotel......also.....I'm from Australia so watch the prices as they are in American $ which my bank statement showed me....but well worth it for the junior suite at this hotel, don't know about the other rooms.

Nice hotel in quiet part of town

The Green Park pool and gardens are the best points. There's lots of space around the very large interestingly shaped pool, plenty of sunbeds, and a large variety of trees and tropical birds. The hotel is in the north of the city of Pattaya, down a lovely quiet lane. It is close to shops and restaurants, and within easy walking distance of the hundreds of bars of Pattaya.
The junior hotel staff don't speak a lot of English but managers and reception have excellent language skills. And all of the staff, without exception, are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel provides a good breakfast, with a variety of tropical fruits, cereals and a choice of eggs. (Though the bacon provided is, like most places in Thailand, nothing to write home about)
My room was always maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, though one has to remember that this is not a 5 star hotel - so don't expect the ultimate in luxury fluffy white towels - those provided daily are always clean and fresh but not luxury.
The hotel has a decent size restaurant and the menu looks good with fair prices. However I only ever saw it open at breakfast time, maybe most customers chose to eat out at the huge variety of places in Pattaya.

The gardens and pool are fantastic, breakfast buffet with good choices, but lids were left open by staff and customers, so some dishes were not warm enough. This is a good family resort or for couples like us, who like to enjoy a relaxing environment. Staff friendly and helpful, only maybe pool bar guy lacks a bit. This was our second stay here and we would come back again.
Also recommend Somsakdi's restaurant in Soi 1 for fantastic open Thai/Chinese/European restaurant. His flammed chicken in whiskey is world famous. He is a great character who's travelled the world on ships, collecting best recipes.

The best thing about this hotel is the pool and gardens. And the fact it is quiet and peaceful.
The rooms are looking a bit shabby. Air con didn't work properly. Grout in bathroom dirty and falling off in places. Rooms seemed to have bad condensation. And tv reception terrible. Luckily we spent most of the time in the hotel at the nice pool area. Breakfast was very good. We arrived 2 hours early so had to wait for our room. Not complaining about that, but we were not even offered a drink of water while we waited.
