The Woodlands suites offer cozy and clean services appartments in a quiet environment, not far from a shopping center, with a lot of dinning options around, a short walk to the beach and a very approchable and agreable staff.

Overall experience was very nice. Although my first impression with a 'male' reception staff who helped us check in wasn't very good. He didn't smile, didn't seem friendly, and didn't look like he wanted to help us. Quite strange - perhaps he was having a bad day and we caught him at that moment.
Anyhow, stayed in normal rooms for first two days then upgraded to the poolside room once it was free. If you can, always go for the poolside room - it is very nice and our kids loved it.
Breakfast buffet was nice, restaurant staff were very friendly. Bellboy was very friendly from the moment we arrived.
Would definitely consider staying again - location in Pattaya is decent too, not too far from beach road and where all the shopping is.
Anyhow, stayed in normal rooms for first two days then upgraded to the poolside room once it was free. If you can, always go for the poolside room - it is very nice and our kids loved it.
Breakfast buffet was nice, restaurant staff were very friendly. Bellboy was very friendly from the moment we arrived.
Would definitely consider staying again - location in Pattaya is decent too, not too far from beach road and where all the shopping is.

Disaster at pool.
Where to start. The Suite we were in was absolutely great and the maid was terrific. If however you want to spend time by the pool, then I suggest you stay elsewhere. Maybe we were just unlucky, but there are about 70 rooms and only 22 loungers by the pool. These were mostly filled by long term stayers who seemed to think they owned the place. When I say long term I’m talking 2-3 months. We were told one couple stay there for 11 months of the year. Towels were out at the crack of dawn and at one stage a couple sitting next to us were told by a German that “this is a German area”. If they had actually used the loungers it wouldn’t have been so bad but, half the time they didn’t appear until after lunch and then only stayed a short while.
Management told us that they had had words, but it made no difference. Who needs hassle on holiday. I go for a quiet restful time.

Great stay if you want to be in peaceful part of Pattaya. Good neighbourhood! The only suggestion I have is for the hotel to have a van service to the main part of the town.

I have stayed at the Woodlands Suites (not hotel) many times and keep coming back. The suites are tucked in down Soi 22 behind the Woodlands Hotel and are very quiet. The location is convenient both for access to Naklua and Beach Road. The WiFi works good although only allows one connected device. The staff are friendly and get to know you quickly. The included breakfast is good and the restaurant or buffet are not too crowded. There are no hassles bringing guests in with you. This is my go-to place to stay when in Pattaya for pleasure.

ソフト面は良いです。迅速な対応をしてくれてとても気の利くハウスキーパーさん、お手伝いをしてくれる入口のポーターさん、手際の良いフロント等。ただし、部屋の作りが少し気が利いてないかなと。。。イスの数が多すぎてとても部屋が狭く感じます。イスが4つも大きいのがあったのですが、この部屋なら2つが限界のような気がします。

수영장이 바로 건물 옆이어서 방 창문을 다 닫아도 애새끼 소리지르는게 다들림.
조용히 수영장에서 사색하던 사람들 수영장 더이상 안옴.
도대체 그 이상하게 생긴 거대한 동물모양 튜브는 왜 가지고 오는지 알 수 없음.
좁은 수영장에서 계속 피해가며 수영을 해야함.
이번 추석때 유달리 심했음.
자매로 보이는 아줌마들이 애들만 합쳐서 5명은 온 것 같았는데 정말 최악이었음.
