It was a great stay for the pay, good area if you wanna walk right out and be in the middle of everything absolutely no problems at all staying there. The hotel is a little bit older and not as fancy as maybe other hotels in the area, but depending on how you travel and your budget, this is definitely a great place to stay if you’re in Pattaya.

I have been staying at the See Me Spring for years and have loved the hotel, the staff and the location. This time I went in low season and sent the hotel two emails one in February and one in April asking if there was any chance of a room with a sea view (knowing they would be quiet). I received no response to either message so tried verbally at check in to see if there was anything they could do for me to which I got a straight forward “no”. I asked a couple of days later if they could offer me a deal and was just offered the standard upgrade price of 900tb per day (an extra £20 per night) which put the daily price up to around £60 per day - sorry but you can book a much better hotel in Pattaya for this amount. It’s a real shame but I think my relationship with this hotel may have just run it’s course.

This place has seen better days. The lobby was very nice. The room was dated and poorly illuminated. The mattress was cheap and hard as a rock. The sofa in the room was very uncomfortable. The screen on my laptop was larger than the tv in the room.

The hotel is generally ok, good value for the money. Room was pacious with balcon (if u r a smoker). Furnishing is quite modest and could be improved same goes for the toiletries. No special TV channels in the room. Room and bathroom lighting need betterment, I found it difficult to have a shave with inadequate lighting and no magnifying mirror.

I have stayed here several times. And each time it seems to get dirtier and less cared for. The housekeeping staff are useless. They do not clean room, just doing bare minimum—then nap in supply room. I had to wake them up for assistance. I will not be staying here again.

Overall a pleasant stay. The only thing that let's it down is the WIFI. The signal was poor and every time your device went to standby mode you had to re-login which was a pain.Breakfast was nice and the location is just up a side street about 100 metres from beach road.The pool on the roof was good, and you also have access to the pools at it's two sister hotels

I like this hotel for its location and large room. Its located on a quiet street Soi 10. Its very close to a lot of restaurants, convenience stores etc.

The room is very large and spacious. The bathroom has both a bathtub and shower separated by a glass screen. All the expected conveniences were available including a safe large enough for a 14\" laptop, a half height fridge and a comfortable sofa. The bed was a proper king size and comfortable. Room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a decent job daily. I stayed here for 3 nights and I slept well on every night.

My only two complains would be the lack of an alarm clock and I thought the TV was way too small for such a large room. The WiFi was also bad, signal was spotty at best and when you did get connected it was very slow. I guess if you have 4G roaming or a local SIM card then it should be no issues. Also a point to note is that the rooms use an old school key to open instead of a key card.

Overall I am happy with my stay at this hotel and will definitely consider it again on future trips.

Great sraff, very clean (no bugs), good location and unfordable prices. The shower water was llittle cold and did not get hot but with the with the humidity in Thailand it was ok. They allowed guest to come in without signing in. The only problem was the WiFi service with the hotel, there was a 3 day wifi service that did not work for me and my friends.

Great location on a quiet soi midway between Beach Rd. and Second Rd. The room was comfortable and spacious, but the lighting was on the dim side for my liking, particularly at the bathroom vanity. I'd also like to see the hotel upgrade the room access system to card keys rather than metal keys. I had a pleasant stay, though.

Nice hotel very near Beach Road and the Festival Shopping Mall, quiet at night, no bars at that end of Soi 10, 5 minutes from Walking Street on the baht bus which costs 10 baht.Only downside of this hotel is their internet connection, not too reliable and can sometimes drop out completely.

I liked the sea me chain of hotels.... was there for 3 days and tried sea me spring tree and sea me both.... sea me has bigger rooms .... Good bed and quiet room which is required after a lot of walking around and partying .... Close to the beach.... Close to other eating and chilling joints .... Good sea view .... and not expensive compared to the value you get.... would definately visit this hotel again... the pictures they post are genuine and you get the same feel once you visit them....

The hotel is in a quiet soi between the beach and 2nd road fantastic for shopping and restaurant...The rooftop pool has no shade so if your looking to spend time lounging poolside pack plenty of sunscreen..we booked a deluxe sea me room..we were disappointed with the room lay out as it had a couch jamed into a corner which had a wall 2 feet in front of it??? I would not recommend room 1805

This was the worst hotel stay anywhere that I can remember. And I travel alot. Staff at front desk were outright rude and not helpful at all. The housekeeping does horrible job. I found I needed to stay in room to point out areas to clean....like wiping table tops. She spent most of her day laying on the supply room floor playing with phone. Food was horrible. I walked away from meal leaving it on the table (but paid for it) as it was not fit to eat. Absolutely worst hotel experience of my life.

This hotel is a few minutes walk from the Festival shopping mall and Beach Road, on the Baht bus route, a five minute ride to Walking Street for 10 baht. No noisy bars at this end of Soi 10. You can invite a guest back to your room at no extra charge.

Nice stay and comfortable check in, the area is quite and good for couples, staff were friendly and smile always, everything is reachable, stores, massage, beauty salon, pharmacy, tattoo shop, shopping stalls and malls, restaurants etc.. It's two minutes walk to the beach and taxis are available, room was big enough and clean.

The staff was nice, the hotel is newer. The bed is hard as a rock, the pillows have little effect left in them. There is major building construction on a new hotel feet from your balcony daily. So forget about sleeping past 8am.

I can only give this hotel 3 stars out of 5. The good - I stayed 1 week because the location is good, easy walk to the beach and not too close to the bars so reasonably quite. Nice large clean room, Car parking is available. Friendly staffs. The bad - ocean view is partially block by another building directly in front so it may not be worth the extra cost. Bathroom lighting could be better. Daily, we only got 2 low quality bath towels, no free coffee or hot pot in the room. If this hotel want to be 3.5-4 stars - how about more good towels,bathrobes, and slippers? I had to go downstairs to sign for a heating pot, why not just put one in every room. I had stayed in cheaper places that came with more amenities. Internet service was slow, not full strength signal. Check out is at noon. I woke up right about that time so I asked for an hour to pack up things. Staffs said no and wanted to charge for half day. I nagged and they finally agreed to give me 30 mins. I've never been at a hotel that does not allow just one extra hour. If that's the case, they should make it a policy to automatically call everyone an hours or more prior to ensure clients know about 1/2 they charge for late check out.
Don't give me excuses that there are other customers waiting, so what? Those customers are not paying any less for waiting an extra hours, right?

Overall I would recommend this hotel as it is close to the beach and also walking street. No charge for bringing guests back to your room. Room service and quality of food was fantatic and great value. I definitely stay here again. Only down side is construction work going on in down the soi.

you get better options at this price.

firstly, i booked almost a month in advance and requested for a King size, no smoking room. They give me twin bed and smoking room and very sternly staff told me they do not guarantee the preference.
Internet speed is worst, cant do any voice or video call, keeps disconnecting, the staff repeatedly told me everyday it is cause hotel is full. At this price i can get many better hotels. Room service is not 24 hours.

Nicely maintained hotel, Staff a bit unhelpful though.I asked my baby's bottle to be warmed in microwave for 10 seconds from reception and got told that it'll be 100 baht, ridiculous. Rooms are big, you need to borrow kettle and iron/stand if required without any extra charges. Overall good hotel.
