The floors were very dirty when I walked around. My feet were actually turning black because they weren’t clean. The air conditioning filters need to be cleaned when I took it out. It looked like a sweater and I had cleaned it myself. The rooms on the rock factory side are incredibly noisy. Try to get a room opposite from that. The staff did move me to a quieter room when I complained about it so it was taken care of.

P Plus Hotel, is in a primary area easy reach to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Taxis are widely available.
All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Lovely swimming pool, but I never got a chance to use that, I think next year.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was modern, bright and clean. The housekeeping was excellent, the lady was quick, efficient and always cheerful. All the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
A couple of things need attention, the safe in our room didn’t work, there were cleaning chemicals put in the pool while I was swimming when they should have waited till the pool was closed. Couldn’t check in till 3pm.

For the price point u had no complaints here. Rooms were a bit scruffy but clean and housekeeping came regularly. Room Equipped with a fridge and safe. Pool area is great, big enough to have a proper swim and food and drink excellent. I would stay again for the same money.

Great location for bars and nightlife. Amazing gym, steam/sauna room. Pool and restaurant on property. Also around the corner from 7-eleven. The only downside was the rock music bar that we could hear until 3 am. Just turn on the tv you will be okay. Overall great hotel, staff is very helpful.

It is a proper budget option, no frills. I had no problems during my week there. Water was more than hot enough, and the AC was adequate. Everything worked in the room and the room staff kept everything stocked up. Breakfast was good. The place is a bit dated, but I would stay there again.

Depending who you get behind the counter, your experience can change. But what disappointed me, I asked for a motorbike taxi on departure day (which I had many things on my mind) and there was three porter's doing nothing and concierge didn't bother to ask them to hail a motorbike taxi with their hand. That's all they needed to do. So I had to do it myself. It's not rocket science.

Hard to believe that this hotel is rated at 4 stars. Plumbing was problematic - shower and sink both had difficulty draining, and there was a foul sulfur like smell emanating from the sink. The buildings exterior has signs of neglect - cracks, peeling/fading paint, heavy rusting on the back gate and rear building fixtures(behind the restaurant) and several sections of wood on the front of the building have fallen off or were dangling. Boards in the pool deck were dry rotting, the ground was visible through several holes. Several lounge chairs also had dry rot on the legs. Ceramic tiles in the pool had mildew, likely indicating improper chlorine levels. Fitness center- surface rusting was present on several barbells, several machines were not serviced and made squeaking noises. The towel service has been discontinued, the steam room and sauna were not operational, and the showers had no hot water. The furniture in the lobby area needs to be cleaned.

I stayed here a few years ago, this place was really nice. It is now a shadow of its former self - it's depressing to see how quickly things have changed for the worst.

I would not recommend this hotel, it is not worthy of a 4 star rating and not a good value for the rate being changed.

being told i was two hours early to check in had to go back later, left luggage with reception, went out for a walk without power bank, using google map all the time soon drain my battery, spent an hour asked for direction! a joke to find hotel w google map because its down a side street. reception staffs were never proactive ! even the securities n cleaning staffs were more welcoming. there are better choices.

The P plus is a great hotel to stay as it’s positioned in the right place for Soi Bhukow, room was ok maid service excellent, the swimming pool is ok BUT ... I counted 11 sun beds in the shade all of the day and ONLY 4 in the sun until early afternoon! to many trees blocking the sun !! The wi fi is absolutely terrible in the rooms and have spoken to a few gests says the same thing ! The hotel says it’s a 4 star mmmmm believe me it’s not ! Sort out the wi fi and the pool area !! Will not be coming back till I hear different !

Fitness center was excellent - very clean, equipment was modern and properly maintained. The showers in the locker rooms did not have hot water. Breakfast buffet was above average - the fruit quality and variety was below what I expected - I found better at the local markets. Pool was nice, but very small for the size of the hotel. There were several days when lounge chairs were not available. Room was cozy, AC worked well. Shower had good pressure and water temperature. Bed was large and comfortable. I found the lady who cleaned the rooms in our building to be exceptionally pleasant. The only \"complaint\" was the internet service - connections were weak at times and a login was required every time my laptop was used. Overall, I'd say my first impression was a good one - I would definitely consider staying here again.

A big PLUS in Pattaya

It’s been almost 14months since I stayed here last and to be honest the only reason was they put the price up.
Again they do not disappoint service was great, condition good even after a year and you can see how popular it is with the buses parked outside.
But for me the most exceptional benefit was the restaurant, it’s servi and quality was very good and price was amazing definitely a big plus @ Pplus (couldn’t resist that)
Definitely stay again but last time I sent in a review they put their price up

Booked a double bed but turned up and it was single beds.Asked for double told none left.Staff just said if no like check out take up refund with ebookers.It was day before new years eve so impossible too find alternative and probably struggle get money back.Bad start.Not happy hotel or ebookers.Changed after 3rd day but this had ruined my holiday already.Hotel is nice well situated and has a good pool.Room is tiny and shower no power just a dribble..

Fairly new hotel and it sometimes shows. Some times the receptionist seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. The hotel seems to be used by the big Chinese tours. During the evenings, the big buses with the Chinese tourists arrive then one or two days later they all leave. The rooms are nice, new and clean but there is something wrong with the plumbing. The toilet has an unusual design where there is a drain or vent space on the back of the toilet. For some reason the drain/vent line lets the smell come back up and fill the bathroom. The smell can get very strong. I had to leave the bathroom light/exhaust fan on at all times with my A/C on high to keep the bathroom ventilated. When you leave the room and come back, you can definitely smell the plumbing. Wifi was decent for speed but very annoying as you have to log in every time. Another problem with the Wifi was that the log in page doesn't always come up so if you have an iPhone, you have to open safari and enter 10.0.0.1 into the address bar so that the login page comes up. Also if you have a laptop, you may have to manually enter the server and ip address for the login page to come up every time, very annoying! The location is great and convenient but the wifi and plumbing issues are a problem.

A good hotel to avoid

Will not stay here again . The biggest problem was no hot water for my entire stay . I complain to the office twice but they were unable to fix the problem . I was also promised by Hotels.com advertisement that we had free toiletries in the room . No soap or shampoo was ever provided they simply just said they didn’t have any . Also by looking at the room it was obvious it had not been cleaned properly since the last guest stayed there.. on the plus side , The bed was comfortable and they had a nice pool .

Everything is okay the front desk people were okay. I think one of the managers is not very helpful it's like pulling teeth to get any information out of him. One of the best gyms to work out in. They do try to charge you. They did not me maybe because I Stay more than a few days. The food in the restaurant not very good. Pool is nice had to pay 200 baht to swim with the little blow up toys was not happy.

We stayed at PPlus Hotel for 3 nights. This is a new hotel that recently open a couple months ago and I can still remember when it was almost complete when it was under construction.

So, upon arrival, check in was moderately quick. Our room was located on the 6th floor over looking soi excite where the hotel is located at. The room was clean, and modern. The only problem there was a faint sewage smell. The wifi is non existent although it shows strong wifi signal. Contact the front desk regarding the issue, but they simply reply that it is not working. No problem, I just use my phone as a hotspot. The shower is clean; however, hot water is just warm. At night, you can here constant whistle blowing from the security guard as he direct parking for large amount of Chinese tour bus, so as soon as the noise end, then I would be able to sleep. Must I mind you, the hotel is split up into two towers, one for Chinese tourists and the other for just regular guests. We drove there, and the hotel does have an underground parking which is nice.

The hotel does have a pool, which is nice. There's a laundry shop right across the hotel, which is also nice. The hotel itself is new, but when paying attention to the details the construction is shoddy.

Overall, good stay, and I would recommend travelers to stay while the upkeep of the hotel is still good.
