Honestly, everything. My room was comfortable & clean, with plenty of room to relax & balcony. I loved waking up to the sunrise & be able to go upstairs & enjoy a swim in the pool, honestly any time of day that pool was a sanctuary from the heat & hustle & bustle in the city below. My stay at this hotel in Pattaya was mixed. The swimming pool was good and well-maintained, which was a nice highlight of the property.

However, there were several inconveniences. No dental kit was provided in the room, which was disappointing. Drinking water was limited to only two bottles per day, and any additional water had to be purchased. Also, it was not possible to order any beverages after 6 PM, which was quite inconvenient, especially in the evening.

Overall, while the pool was enjoyable, the lack of basic amenities and limited services affected the overall experience.

The Positive was the staff they were excellent always willing to help and the rooms they are kept very clean, a few points to note the rooms are advertised as soundproof they are not, after days of the occupier in the neighbouring room playing rave music i can confirm this. also in the high season finding a spare sunbed by the Pool can sometimes be difficult and lastly the shower was inconsistent going hot then cold.

While I was there, they were fumigating and could smell the strong odor,and I was sitting in the that that were worst of all two cockroaches the biggest cockroaches I’ve ever seen we’re in the café area I could also smell the over use of air freshener, which gave me a headache. staff was incredible. Adelphi was a nice budget choice in Pattaya, well located but surprisingly quiet. The lack of a restaurant was disappointing, but the coffee shop in the lobby compensated. My only complaint is the 2,000 baht deposit required on check-in, which was not mentioned by Expedia. Having just stayed at Adelphi Suites in Bangkok, a better property, overall, I noted no deposit was required there.

Very good location close to Soi Buakhao and Tree Town but far enough down the road to be quiet. Exercise room was sufficient to maintain a small workour regime by the gym AC didn’t work so room was almost unbearably hot. The room was a bit smaller than others I've stayed but plenty sufficient. Hot water was fine in sink but didn’t work in shower. Reported it but nothing appeared to get done with it. Best you could get in shower was about body temp water. Really good restaurant, Copper Spoon, next door.

Really enjoyed the rooftop pool. I wouldn't call it a fancy hotel, but for the price, a lot of value in my opinion. Everything was clean and functioning. Oh, the location was also great. Very walkable to the center and to the beach which was a little further away. Also found the staff to be decently accommodating to a couple of requests I had. I would easily stay here again.
