Breakfast was good. Bed was clean but sitting furniture was old and stained. There was a a worker doing repairs in a nearby room till 7:30pm and the hallways were filled with builders materials and dirty. Yard and parking had not been mowed in a while and was messy. Main lobby furniture was old looking. Not a good value for the price

The pros: Our room felt very clean. There was new laminate wood flooring. The bedding was nice. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. All rooms have a microwave and fridge. It was very quiet. We were at an event at the community college. It was just about five minutes away.

The cons: The bed itself was uncomfortable. The mattress needed replacing. The rest of the room was older. Clearly hasn’t been remodeled in a long time.

The floor in our room which was not carpet was dirty. It turned the soles of our socks black. The seal on the door was bad and allowed bugs to crawl in. Breakfast was waffles or cereal. We will try to not stay in another Quality Inn, but the price was very reasonable.

Started off bad. Couldn't get in the room. Gave us new cards. Still couldn't get in. Attendant came and couldn't get in. Gave us the room next to it. Room felt and looked dirty. Slept on top of the bedding. Limited TV. Kept buffering. Gym was in behind the laundry with dirty laundry on the floor. Supposed to have breakfast. Were lucky to make a couple waffles and there was one comtainer of yogurt.

The first night we were there my daughter woke up with her arm covered im bites. Quickly found bedbugs. I went to the desk and they put us in a different room. Everything was great in the new room. It was clean and comfortable for the next two days.

I don’t like leaving these reviews. The staff was so very kind. Our second room wasn’t ready so we had one regular and one suite with no cost adjustment. Went to the room and two beds needed changed, and they were very quickly. Extra towels were brought right away. The beds weren’t uncomfortable.
The cable didn’t work. Water pressure was great! The pool was not operational. Breakfast was cereal or yogurt. We had McDonald’s instead.

The room was nothing fancy but it was fairly clean, although not worth $104/night. The \"cable TV was blurry and kept cutting out. The phone in the room didn't work and the tub wasn't clraned well. Tish at the front desk was very helpful and polite, which makes a difference to me as a customer. It's acceptable in a pinch but I wouldn't set out to stay there again.

The room was terrible. Smelled like smoke. Told the front desk and asked to be moved the following night. Got back late and could not get in our room. Could see our stuff. Went to the desk and had to wake the night clerk up off the couch. Long store …do not stay there.

Do not stay here. The room next to us had a guy living there, pulled up and hanging outside with his friend listening to loud music and smoking marjuana. There was a drug dealer a few rooms down and we witness at least 30 cars drive up and purchase drugs. Power went out and the office didnt even know how to contact utility company to find out when it would be on. Room smelled horrible, had to go buy air freshners. Original had 3 nights stayed but it was so bad i didnt feel safe staying another night.

There were a lot of bugs in the room. I did not feel comfortable. While sleeping, two stink bugs in my face. I say lady bugs, stink bugs and bed bugs, I was very exhausted from a 6hr trip and was in discomfort the entire stay.

If You Value Your Health Do NOT Stay at This Hotel

Due to the unsanitary and unacceptable conditions, I was shuttled to five different rooms #201, 218, 222, 230, 101 between 11PM (check in) and 2AM. It started with noticing #201 had urine all over the toilet seat and basically went downhill from there. The desk clerk was very nice trying to help me out, but she could not find a room that any cleaning person had actually cleaned. I thought of sleeping in my car, but I'm single 70+yo female and figured that might be dangerous; and no other hotel vacancies nearby. I absolutely did not stay the 2nd night.
And although I can't prove it since I wasn't diagnosed until I returned back to my home state; I picked up an extremely nasty bacterial infection that has required several medical visits and numerous culture checks as well as Rx.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

The motel is very abandoned, we arrived late at night and the receptionist was very kind to us, unfortunately the hotel is very old, the stairs were full of animal feces, humidity in the rooms, people smoking on the balconies and drinking alcohol right next to the room. Breakfast and parking were good.

We had a wonderful stay here at OYO. We were a little skeptical upon arriving, but check in was simple and friendly, room access super easy. The room was clean when we got in, clean sheets, pillows, towels etc. The only issue we really ran into was the tub, everytime we showered we had to do it quickly or else the tub would fill up which isn’t a huge issue so we ignored it and just took quick and easy showers which was all we needed. It was the perfect spot for us because we really only were here to shower and sleep. Thank you OYO staff for our lovely experience, we will definitely be coming back, hopefully to a tub that drains a little faster HAHA!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this low cost hotel was. The breakfast was nice, the staff was nice and the rooms were well kept. My room had the smell of cigarette smoke in it which bothered me but that is not on the hotel but the previous guest. I recommend this little place for a great low cost stay.

The room had roaches. The bolt lock for the door was broken—and gone, so that only the flimsy flip lock kept the door secure. The toilet blocked the bathroom door—as in, if you wanted to relieve yourself or take a shower, you’d have to do it with the door open because the door was stopped by the toilet bowl. It was crazy! There were things pinging off our legs and the dogs started itching—the room had fleas. But when the roach skittered across the wall, we turned right back around and went to the front desk and asked for our money back. We were charged for 3 nights but didn’t stay 30 minutes. They said they couldn’t refund us but we could call their number. Called the number, but the agent couldn’t find a record of our stay. Left a review on Google (along with a BUNCH of other people who have pictures of bed bug activity and roaches too) and the owner responded asking us to please email them. I emailed them and got no response. Other reviewers say the same thing—nobody is getting refunds from this terrible hotel! For what it’s worth, we found a pet friendly La Quinta on Courtway in Pigeon Forge, TN. Very nice staff. Clean. No bugs. And Jennifer at the La Quinta said they can and do refund customers so OYO was incorrect to say they couldn’t refund us since we left immediately.

My only complaints are that the room was dirty and the train should be known before hand. The pool was green and filled with debris, the room had spider webs everywhere, what we thought was a dead baby turtle was a hardened mini orange skin, broken furniture and appliances littered the walkways to the rooms. Cheap room so low expectations.

It’s fine for a nights sleep during traveling. The room was clean except for food crumbs behind the bed. All rooms have outdoor entrances and the only way to second floor is upstairs which was hard for my dad who uses a cane. If you’re eager for the free breakfast don’t bother. I was also surprised with the pet fee I had to pay in addition to the room since I booked the pet friendly room to start.

We arrived early and no rooms available on first floor (no elevator). We were given the option of waiting 30 minutes or taking a room on the second floor. I opted for later since I had a pain and wanted to lay down.

The floor was not vacuumed and I had to remove a big bug before my wife saw it. The linens were stained and the sink had hairs in and around it. The lampshades were damaged and one was missing making the room annoyingly bright.

If I was asked if I would stay at another OYO motel, would say ONO.

Price was good front desk lady was stunning beautiful. The hotel itself was decent not real clean but not excessively dirty. There was hair in the shower, looked like boogers on the back of the bathroom door and the light switch above the sink did not work so there was no light other than if you had the bathroom light on and opened the door. We found ketchup and mustard packets in the dawer also

Cockroaches!!!

They have cockroaches. When I showed a picture of one I found in the bathroom upon arrival, she did seem surprised. She offered me a different room! I asked for a refund, as I was leaving immediately. She said I'd have to tak to Expedia.com, although I made my reservation through Hotels.com. was in the room for about 10 minutes before leaving. Very disappointed. Will not be using Hotels.com in the future!!

I needed a cheap place to crash for the night during a road trip. the cheap price is not worth it, not even for a single night. NASTY. The room smelt awful. I booked a \"non-smoking\" room but it smelt like cigarettes. The carpet was soaked & turned my socks brown. The shower had hair in it. Half the lights were out in the room so you couldn't see without opening the blinds. I slept for a few hours then could not wait to get out of there. I felt disgusting.

I brought the smell & wet carpet up to the woman working the front desk. She said there were just shampooed. No resolution to my terrible stay.

I have asthma & the next few days had terrible exacerbations.

The bedding, towels & mini fridge were clean.

Do NOT stay here.

The room was very nice, although the TV channels are extremely limited. TV was too small for the size of the room and distance to the bed. The parking is very dark, as are the breezeways between the buildings and walkways to the rooms. There are spiderwebs everywhere, and you cannot avoid them while you walk to your room. Walking into spiderwebs that have spiders on them in the dark is pure nightmare fuel. I will grab a King Cobra by the face and kiss it on the mouth before I voluntarily walk into a spiderweb that is \"in use\" in the dark. It took one time, and I was using my phones flashlight to navigate my luggage to my room and back out to get food. Breakfast in the morning was a choice of yogurt, store bought unwrapped muffins, toast or a waffle. No water, and both juice dispensers were out of order. Coffee was awful, and I drink gas station and truck stop coffee 250 days a year. This was top 5 worst in 30 years. The lobby is clean and bright. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend the room, but bring a flashlight, a can of Raid, and a broom if you check in at night. If you are an arachnophobe, you will definitely need trauma counseling if you stay here.
