Front desk lady was so helpful and kind. We got there super late but she was very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent as well.
Dan
As is the case with every Comfort Inn I've stayed, the place was clean, the staff was amazing and breakfast was great! I was happy there was a Cracker Barrel just a couple doors over. The A/C was delightful, as it was about 95 degrees out when I checked in. It was already on when I first walked into the room! Very thoughtful of management to do this 👍

Unfortunately, our stay here wasn’t great. We got pizza for dinner from Pizza Hut nearby and woke up to ants all over our room. In the bed, on the desk, in the box of pizza. The front desk person said she couldn’t really do anything since I booked the room through here.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The breakfast was very superior, and the attendant was particularly good. She was continually wiping down counters and tables - and everything was spotless. Waffles, hot biscuits and gravy, eggs, cold cereal, oatmeal, and more - and all was well presented. Our room was quiet, clean, and well maintained. A great stay!
Ryan
Good for our one night stay
Greg
Easy check in, breakfast was good, and nothing to complain about.
CLIFFORD
Black mold in the shower
Patricia
Lovely clean room and amenities. The only small detail was that the towels may have been left in a washer too long before drying and had a musty smell. Otherwise it would have been a five star all around.
David
This hotel will deliver exactly what you would expect from it.
Elizabeth
It was a clean, friendly hotel.
Jimmy
It was all around a great stay . The staff was extremely helpful and the accommodations were great . I look forward to my next stay at Comfort Inn Harriman

Everything was done right!

The good: Inexpensive and close to where we were going. Beds were clean and comfortable. Mostly quiet. Hot coffee.
The not so good:
Room door wouldn't lock without resetting it... happened several times.
Mold on the shower walls.
Dirty carpet in halls.
Breakfast not up to part with other Choice Hotels...watery eggs after waiting 15 minutes for them, waiting 10 minutes for sausage when it wasn't even very busy at all.

Overall great stay. My only gripe was a worker went in the room when we weren’t there and made the bed, took towels, etc while our things were there.
Larry
Bed a little too firm

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful no matter if it was day or night. Your housekeeping staff did a great joy and was also very helpful., also. The breakfast staff did a great job also. Great hotel to stay for two or three days or even more!!!! Plan on coming back in October for another wedding. Will stay there again, and every time I come this way.
Jennifer
Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great coffee in breakfast room
Tiffany
The staff at the front desk were not friendly at all. They acted like they didn't want to be there. Never smiled or greeted us. Breakfast was just okay. Taste was just ok.
Tonda
Nice staff- all that we needed including breakfast
Lori
Great, well maintained, conscientious staff. Breakfast was better than other comfort inns we stayed at. Breakfast manager obviously cares.
Michael

Richard C
All was as good as possible

Front desk clerk was wonderful, very nice and helpful. Remote didn't work, you had to be within a foot of the tv (even after new batteries) WORST hotel breakfast I've seen in my 30 years of travels.
More liquid than eggs, bisque were literally still dough and the sausage was burnt to a crisp. Ended up going without.

Property was nice and clean room was nice and clean, but the bed was terrible. I was like felt like I slept on a piece of wood all night. I will never stay at this hotel again.
William

Illene
Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. I would stay again.
Dennis
Clean facility and friendly competent staff. The only negative was the breakfast food. At 8:50am the egg container was 90% empty and appeared to have been sitting over heat for quite some time with what was left very dried out. I did not observe anyone maintaining the food. Room was good. Trains across the highway are frequent but not noisy enough to keep you awake.

Great stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Harriman, Tennessee. The bed and abundance of pillows were very comfortable. The only downside was our room being toward the front of the building, we could hear a train pass through at various times, and as a light sleeper it woke me up each time. Thankfully, the comfortable bed made it easy to get back to rest. The front desk attendant was very informative about the area and made solid recommendations for nearby activities. Overall, a pleasant, CLEAN, and cozy stay.
Richard
Friendly and helpful checkin
Brian Allen
Comfortable- provided for all our needs. Included coffee and breakfast. Great value.

While the breakfast service was good, the room was not so much:
- Ladybug infestation (both dead and alive)
- Saging mattress
- Sagging bottom of tub (the bottom of the tub was actually bent concave)
- No place to hang towels (hand or bath)
- No place to store laundry, other than hanging in the closet
- Chair squeaked
- Toilet lever had to be held down for a couple of seconds to get a real flush.
The hotel staff was friendly, and I had no concerns about safety or the quality of the inn itself, but the room had some issues.

We didn't have any issues. Great stay. We will be back.
WARREN
Everyone was great. The front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was very good.
Robert
Room was decent , much better than expected did not like the room view as it looked out on the overhang of the entry and about 10,000 nails to keep birds from roosting on any of the beams so it was not a pleasant view
Jerry Michael
Great location close to city of Harriman, clean room, friendly service.
Richard
The room was clean and the desk staff suggested a great dining locale.

Clean rooms and courteous staff
Diane
Tired hotel that needs redecorating and modernising. Noise from trains should be addressed (better windows to help with sound).
Deborah
A unexpected spark of joy
Nice hotel, close to restaurants. Clean, neat and orderly.
Rosetta
The breakfast was good
Kari
Nice and clean hotel that serves its purpose.
Katherine

Irene
Nice clean basic room with all necessary amenities
Kevin
Great clean place. Not ideal for fishing tournaments. Not enough room for boat parking. Have to unhook and no room to rehook in the morning and pull out of spot. Not enough power hook ups to charge boats.
Bonnie
Fine
Good: The guy at the front desk was so nice. The bed was comfy. The water pressure was excellent. Bad: The pool was closed already. The parking lot had just been paved so you couldn’t get close enough to unload lots of bags. The lady filling breakfast items was a total wench. She huffed and puffed and heavy-sighed at everything she did, she slammed cabinets, she threw something in the trash right behind some man’s head, and didn’t acknowledge our “good morning” or our “thank you”. Not nice.
Louana
Good for the star rating. Small bathroom… bed not as comfortable… but ok for 1 night. Safe area.
CLIFFORD
Nice hotel clean neat only problem was the WIFI was useless, had to pay for a stronger signal, and what they consider as basic was only 10MBPS.
Shirley
Only issue was strong smell of deodorizer.
felice
The room needs some fresh paint and updating.

Great hotel
Was great the beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean and the maid service was great. The breakfast was great too better than a lot of others I have stayed at
Brooke
I stayed here with my kids because my AC went out at my house and it took 2 days to repair. I had to take them to a nearby hotel. It’s overpriced for what you get. There’s no storage space for your clothes in the room, the room door didn’t shut all the way you had to force it shut, and the key card you had to try so many times for it to work. The pool was dirty with hair all in it really bad. Clumps of hair. Around the toilets in the bathroom were dirty. I normally stay at a holiday inn so I guess I just had higher expectations.
Paula
Was very nice
Everything was good . I only didn’t like the strong strong air freshener at the front desk and hallways . It wasn’t terrible smell it was just too strong . Everything else was good . Nice clean pool as well. There was a wonderful view from the pool.

Nice clean friendly place
David
Property is nice, unfortunately we were on the road side of the hotel and the trains go buy VERY often! Request a room on the back side of the hotel. Breakfast was okay, maybe 3 stars. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Would stay again except get a room on back side of hotel.
Amy
Beds were comfortable!

Stayed here many times!
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. When you enter a hotel lobby and it smells good, you know you’re off to a good start.
The breakfast and coffee is hot and fresh and the coffee/tea is available 24/7.
The bathrooms are always clean and the beds are always comfy. The Wi-Fi handles heavy traffic well, like videos.
This hotel is just a perfect place to stay.

I had to check out before I went to bed. The room was not clean. I am having trouble getting my refund as well.

Great hotel, just very loud
Lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Unfortunately, VERY loud - between the trains, cars, slamming doors, click-click every time the heater turned on/off... won't stay again.

Hidden gem
Very clean Hotel very surprising for a small town , visiting my fiance family. Breakfast was good, standard comfort inn breakfast. Moved us quickly when our heat was not operational. Short drive from fast food stores and Walmart just in case you forget essentials. Housekeeping during our stay was very good.

Can't go wrong staying here.
We have stayed at this Comfort Inn in Harriman, TN, multiple times. Mr. Sashi Patel, the owner, is right there, engaged and making sure all the hotel runs smoothly. Always there with a smiling face. When you walk into a hotel lobby and you say, 'Wow, it smells good in here!' That says a lot. The breakfast is always hot and plentiful. It is ALWAYS clean. Love the place and we WILL be staying here again.
Birdie
We were there for a horse show at the local college. Comfort Inn offered all that we needed for the 2 night stay. Property was not luxury, but it was clean and had comfy beds. Definitely worth the cost ($104 per night).
