We didn't eat breakfast there because everything was dirty.The room had brown stuff all over the walls and it wasn't stained. The bathroom was clogged with hair. If you like, I have pictures, it was absolutely disgusting.

Room smelled like mold and disinfectant mixed together, bathroom ceiling the culprit…old leak looked like mold, pillow case was stained…eewww…bed pillows smelled. Front desk run down…for a few extra bucks it’s Marriott for me from now …could have been worse, yes, but not much.

Overall it was a nice stay however our room smelled terrible. The first night it reeked of pot and stale cigarettes the second night the pot smell was gone but the cigarette smell was still there. All of our clothing and luggage smells now as well.

Staff at front desk was great. Had to change rooms due the smell of origanal room. Allowed to check out a few other rooms to pick a room that would work. Cleanliness was so-so as shower was in need of a good scrubbing. For the price we got what we paid for.

Very loud, disturbing guests. Two nights kept awake. Homeless looking man staying in a car in parking lot. Another in a wheel chair lurking around room entrances with no visible transportation, loud party all night upstairs....property manager tried to handle but people were cursing, loud and rude all night. I may never stay in a hotel again.

We had a good stay. Hotel staff was pleasant. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The bed blanket isn’t real thick so if you’re somebody that gets cold at night, you might wanna bring your own blanket.There was a good size refrigerator in the room in a microwave. We used both. For breakfast they have waffles that you could make but other than that it was all prepackaged breakfast snacks. They also have coffee. Once we returned home, we realized we left a charger in the room and the hotel staff was nice enough to hold onto it for us and a relative in the area picked it up and mailed it back to us.

There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, the bathtub would fill when the shower ran and the room smelled musty. We were there four nights and when we checked in we were told if we wanted clean towels we had to bring them to the office to exchange for clean ones. The lady at the desk the final night was shocked I was told that and was super nice.
When I went to pick up the towels from the floor that final night however I also had two bugs hiding under - a spider (ok fine) and some weird slinky one. The sheets felt like sandpaper.
We stayed here because Holiday Inn was $300 more, next time it will be worth it.

This location is absolutely one of the better Days Inn we've stayed in for years ! It truly is very clean, has the feel of a very nice Hotel, Staff was warm and welcoming, we stayed for 2 days, and already booked it for our next stay for Memorial Day weekend since were coming back to town again ! I was very upset to find out that my friend who I met and shared the room right beside only paid half the price that I paid when I booked through Expedia and they booked the hotel directly. I paid twice as much as them. What is the point of using Expedia Then another couple joined us they got another room and they paid the same price as my friend so I paid double for the price by using Expedia. I doubt that I might not be doing that again.

I am trying to get a refund thru Xpedia but they say they cannot get ahold of the manager to verify that I was not there.. You cannot have the manager email you that I was not there because I have a receipt that said I was in Cookeville TN like 50 miles west of there are the Super 8 by Wyndam. If you never stayed at a hotel don’t you think you should be reimbursed???

This hotel is remodeled recently and in good condition. Understand you’re not staying at a Marriott Fairfield, but rather days inn. If you understand the difference, this days in is a 10 out of 10. I would always choose this property when coming through this area. I did not know these people and I’m not being compensated to say this. I don’t usually leave reviews. But this place is refreshing, comma, and the young man working at the front desk was kind and respectful. The room was neat and clean, modern, couldn’t have asked for better.

This was a very good hotel to stay at if looking for a safe place to be. The staff at the desk was extremely nice and accommodating. Cindy was awesome. One thing I would love to see is some free weights or a machine in the fitness room as all there cardio machines. Will book here again. It also has been remodeled recently

I wasn’t sure what to expect but was delighted upon immediate arrival. Clean bright inviting building. The lady who checked me in was so very nice and helpful. Made sure I had the exact accommodation I needed. Since it was a room for a dog I was not sure how clean it would be. But again I was delighted. This is not a new motel but they have gone out of their way to make sure you have the cleanest and most inviting room you could want. Bathroom clean too. Towels fine. Beds lovely and again clean.
We did need the extra lock and the top lock to be made workable and safe. We put furniture against door for safety. I forgot to report that to front desk. It was room 114.

Bed bugs or fleas

We stayed one night to meet friends the next day. The overall hotel was ok. However, my wife was bitten severely during the night by fleas or bed bugs.
She has been miserable and on medication for almost a week trying to get relief. We called the hotel to let them know and the lady was rude and didn’t even act like she wanted to listen. She immediately said “you didn’t get bit at our hotel”.
The next day we called back to speak to the manager and they offered a free night. Who wants a free night in a hotel they were bitten in and treated rudely the next day.
