The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed a place to stay for a tournament at the DE Turf facility and this was one of the most convenient locations. My only reason for the lack of 5 stars is just the normal wear and tear on a hotel. It is one hundred percent one of the best values in the area. I would definitely book and stay here for the next tournament I have to go to.

The tub had a yellow film and hair from the previous customer. The phone was not operational. The television had 3 channels. They should have just taken it out and charged less. The windows were completely see through and there were blackout curtains but no blinds so you either had a pitch black room or everyone could see straight into it. Overall I was not looking for luxuries, just a comfortable stay but I felt like it was not as clean as it could have been and the devices could have at least been useful.

I told the front desk staff they should have reduced my cost. His response was that, because I used a 3rd party, he couldn't. I am not returning.

I wanted to like this place because the GM was so friendly and caring. But I cannot get past the subpar cleaning of our room, the corroded fixtures, ripped curtains, and the well worn couch in the room. Had to put shoes up to hold curtains back so the heat could flow. Vending machine was 1/4 empty and had laundry detergent mixed in w the food. Breakfast was very limited, no drip coffee, and the 'coffee machine' only put out water. So disappointing. One plus is that I asked for an extra blanket and was given a very warm, nicely made blanket. It also was not a noisy property.

I accidentally booked the wrong day but the front desk lady was very helpful about it and patient with me while I changed the dates and made sure that we knew she was there for the night if we needed anything. The room was basic which is fine! It’s an older hotel but if you’re passing thru you really can’t beat the rates!

For the price I paid for one night, it should have been a nice room and experience. It didn't smell good when you walked into the lobby. A chair in the lobby had a big piece of vinyl missing on it. The sheer curtains in the room had too long tears in them and what looked like mildew that wouldn't wash out of it. There was also mildew on the mattress cover and it didn't smell very good in the room either. You can tell by looking around inside and outside that maintenance, upkeep and investment back into the property is virtually non-existent. I took pictures but am unable to upload them here. I will not stay there again

We were supposed to stay four nights and left early in the morning after the first night due to filth and smell. The folks working there were kind, but I honestly think this place is a health hazard.

Absolutely disgusting! Dingy towels and sheets. Staff had an attitude regarding towels. They were not accommodating. Had to clean the room and bathroom tub was filthy. Definitely making a formal complaint! This place might actually be used as a shelter!

The property is older and there is a train next to it (so you will hear the train throughout the night, but we did not hear it Saturday night). It's out dated but they keep it very clean and after a day at a lacrosse tournament in July, all you need is a cool room with a shower and bed.

The bed sheets had holes in them. The curtains were ripped and shredded. Floors under the bed have not been cleaned in ages. Bed bug feces on sheets. People kept banging on our door all night.
