The people at the hotel were very kind to me. I wasn’t feeling well today and couldn’t leave my room on time and they were so understanding.. it’s a beautiful resort kind of modern and vintage at the same time. The grounds are lovely and we were able to walk to one of the pools from our room.

My husband and dog love staying at the Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort. We enjoy our walks and also receive high-quality room service when it's just too hot to go anywhere. Overall, having the report be dog-friendly won us over; the tranquility and peacefulness of the nicely decorated spaces, the pools, the giant trees, the pathways, and the plenty of green lawns make you feel very relaxed and quite comfortable. We will certainly be returning, since there are fewer kids here than in other reports, which was a plus.

Staff were friendly. We paid for an upgraded room and were stuck with a view of another building and air conditioning unit. Learned that all the “view” rooms were taken by conference attendees. Also situated beside a room with two crying and screaming babies for the two nights. All in all, not an enjoyable splurge - likely won’t stay again.

The property is beautiful & front desk associate was very kind & helpful. The parking is easy, but they do charge $17 a night. The room was old but very clean. The pillows weren't great but the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was tiny with no counter space though the shower was amazing, incredible water pressure. Took 45 minutes to be served our breakfast in the restaurant but the food was incredible. Overall, happy with our stay, would book a larger room, bring my own pillow, and get to breakfast earlier. :)

There was pee stains on the toilet seat.
There is no room service in the early evening to get a drink. To go room cups are plastic - if you order after 5 pm to your room the drink cups are plastic. I could hear normal conversations in the room next to me and every door open and close below and next to me. I was in a upgraded king room.

Property has gone downhill. We have stayed here before several times in the past years and it’s gotten worse with each visit. Property is not a 4 star resort. Food isn’t as good as before. We ordered food by the pool chicken wings came undercooked mahi tacos smothered with sauce. Sent it back and although waiter was nice manager seemed annoyed dint acknowledge us. We won’t be back.

The rooms are very spacious. The pools are both great options. Rhe main pool has music playing and the hot tub is large. We liked the hideaway pool.
They serve ice water as a courtesy when you are at the pool which is appreciated. They also had sunscreen available if you didn’t bring your own.
The grounds are impeccable and all of the ground staff and cleaning staff were so friendly.
The restaurant was great food. The waiter on our morning seemed overwhelmingly busy with the four tables. He was super rushed and not really “into” the pleasantries that we are accustomed to.
The 40.00 resort fee is a lot. The parking lot is not monitored, there is wifi but those things are bare minimum these days. It’s become so common but is just not necessary in my opinion.

We would come back in a heartbeat.

You only have two choices of restaurants, Chiki Palm gave us all food poisoning. The spa was closed all three days that we were there. We were not allowed to sit with our dog by the pool, even though she is 8 pounds and in a stroller so we were stuck in the room most of our stay there the front desk gentleman was extremely rude . They don’t allow smoking anywhere on the property, but there was a gentleman having a cigar by the pool and no one said anything to him.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at the Tommy Bahama. The staff is very attentive and hospitable. We would have liked to have breakfast at the restaurant, but the wait was going to be more than an hour so we went off property. They seem to be under staffed in this part of the hotel.
I would still give the still rate the resort a five!

We were only staying one night for our anniversary and didn’t think much of it. The hotel was packed, particularly the pool area where we couldn’t get lounge chairs for a few hours. We decided to go to the smaller pool but that was closed to a private bachelor party. We called expedia asking them to cancel the reservation and refund our money so we can go to a different hotel but they contacted the hotel and they denied the request. Went to dinner later that night and when we got back to the hotel around 12am the bachelor party was still going on with full DJ blasting music. This is not what we expected coming here. We read all the reviews and this place looked like a nice relaxing boutique hotel which is why we booked it in the first place. We did not come here to be apart of two wedding parties and be bothered by obnoxiously loud music.

I had a great experience at Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa! The pool and jacuzzi were absolutely awesome—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the resort atmosphere. The luxury room was spacious and included a small balcony area, which was super nice for morning coffee or evening downtime.

A couple of things to keep in mind: self-parking is $17 a day, and the resort fee is $40 a day. While those extras add up, the overall stay still felt worth it thanks to the beautiful grounds, laid-back luxury vibe, and thoughtful details.

Would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing desert getaway. 🌴✨

The property gardens are very nicely done. The room was nice and spacious. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the room though. There was a large banging sound every few minutes or so when the AC was on so it was difficult to sleep. I enjoyed the amenities. Hot tub was very hot and large. Bubbles weren’t working on one side though. The pool lounge chairs and tables could be cleaner. Staff was helpful and didn’t bother you much. Overall I’d stay here again.

Beautiful Stay, But the Coffee Maker Was a Health

Beautiful resort, amazing service, and a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. Everything was nearly perfect, except for the in-room coffee maker.

When I went to brew a cup, I saw a filthy, neglected machine. Old, crusted coffee grounds were everywhere, dust coated the interior, and it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. It was genuinely disgusting and felt unsanitary, completely out of step with the rest of the resort’s high standards.

PLEASE clean the coffee makers, and this place would be flawless.

Beware, there are not any elevators in certain buildings of this property. Also, the hotel has designated rooms for 3rd party reservations which are small and cramped with not a lot of space to put your stuff.

I cant express how much I loved and enjoy my stay . Super friendly staff since we got parked to the second we checked out and had our luggage put in the car. Room super nice, big , comfortable, clean close enough to the amenities. We had breakfast at there restaurant and food was delicious and great atmosphere. The whole resort is beautiful and so well maintained definitely plan on coming back soon . Totally recommend it.

Precious experience

This was part of a few days and the desert communities with my girlfriend. It was her first time actually spending time in Palm Springs and Indian Wells. Needless to say, Tommy Bahama made her extremely happy. It was absolutely fun for her, she felt spoiled and also she posted on her Instagram, but it felt like a dream and for that I’m very thankful for the property for making our experience amazing.
