The one bedroom condo was spacious, but dated. The building does not have air conditioning and we were there during a pretty windy, sunny weekend in June, so keep that in mind. The building needs updates - a curtain rod in our room was falling off the wall, the elevator wasn't working for a few hours, the fire alarm was being tested in the middle of the day, and the front door sensor was not working properly. The location is great and a walk around Nottingham park out back was really great. I wouldn't book again unless I really just needed a place to sleep and didn't intend on hanging out in the room for any period of time.

Falcon Point exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The updates in our unit's kitchen and bathroom were beautiful, and we greatly enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The in-room humidifier was a welcome bonus. The proximity to skiing and ease of transportation around town were excellent. Most of all the staff, particularly Rafael at the front desk and Elie and Nate in the office, were very helpful and friendly. Can't wait to return!

However, when we arrived at 5:00 pm they did not have the reservation that had been placed with Hotels.com 48 hours earlier. The desk attendant stated it would take about 3 hours to prepare our room. She called maintenance and she and the only maintenance person available cleaned our room. It was done perfectly but my wife and I sat in the office until almost 8 pm.

We had a studio, but it was much roomier than we expected. While it did not have a full oven it did have a very good toaster oven and a full-size fridge, stove top and microwave of course. I chose Falcon Point based on price and location, and the \"hotel\" was very good in these two aspects. There's a town bus stop nearby. It's a 10-minute walk (in ski boots) to the town gondola to Beaver Creek. The price was excellent for a very pricy Avon. We try to come up to ski every other midweek as we have for over 25 years, and Falcon Point is about the last remaining property that's still in our budget. We will continue to stay here when the price is right and there's a unit available.

The room was quiet (no street, freeway noise or noise from other guest rooms) and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was informative, efficient and friendly. The directions to your location were wrong and it took us forever to find it. Also, we didn't like how you have to stay for 5 days to get fresh towels or the bed made. Paying this much money we should have fresh towels and our bed made. The room was very nice. Breakfast was not very good.

Everything was phenomenal - we slept very well throughout the trip. The only thing we would ask, is on the first night, we noticed someone came into our room, when the gentleman at the reception said they would come on Wednesday to replace the towels etc.

That was a very nice stay. Very friendly and helpful stuff, everything there is to make people's stay very comfortable. Free barbecue on Monday, free movie on Wed., garage for parking - all of this was a very pleasant surprise besides other pluses of this property.
The only thing I did not like it is a constant chemical smell in the room that they might use for cleaning the carpet. If they would eventually replace the carpets with laminate or tiles that would be a wonderful room to stay! overall, thank you a lot!

Great place to stay and really like the kitchenette. The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean and large. The only minor thing I didn't like was the size of the bed. I'm pretty sure it was advertised as a queen but it was more like a full sized bed. Other than that I would stay here again but book a room with a king bed.

We were pleasantly surprised at how great this place was. Booked last minute and found it at a great price as well. 2 bedroom condo came with an amazing view and everything was clean. This is a very family friendly place. Our kids played table pool and table tennis, enjoyed swimming in the pool or staying in the hot tub. Our view from our balcony had a nice playground in the back and the lake is amazing. Great for swimming, fishing, paddle boating, volleyball etc.. The trail by the river is also very nice. Everything you need is walking distance. We cannot wait to come back here again and again. Also the staff is very nice, we got everything we needed within minutes.

We love the location, price & ease to jump on a shuttle to go ski. But the hot tubs are horrible! Last year we stayed there and one of the hot tubs wasnt working...didnt think much of it then until we arrived this year with the same hot tub STILL not working & to top it off the other one had something wrong with the jets! The worker at the front desk wasnt very receptive to helping get it fixed either. She gave the excuse that theres no one around to fix it but she put a call in. BTW- It was never fixed while we were there...maybe next year they will be?

Nice place, clean, room has kitchenette, good for a small family or bunch of friends who don't mind sharing close quarters. There's also a workout room and pool and hottub. The hottub was a bit dirty. Otherwise, everything was good. Oh, no housekeeping service on Saturdays(???). Not sure why. I was just a single traveler, so it wasn't a big issue, but this seems odd.

It is spacious and very reasonably priced in the heart of Avon. Staff was wonderful, including providing helpful information about the resort, transportation and local interests. Clean and comfortable lodgings located next to the park and walking distance to restaurants and other shopping. This was a far better option than a cramped hotel room. Only additional item would be providing floating lounges for the pool.

We rented a studio, which was adequate for two. It was on the second floor toward the back. Very quiet and clean. The underground parking was nice in the hot days of July. Nice Continental breakfast on Saturdays and a barbecue on Mondays was nice. Nice pool, but no shade over the pool although nice, shady seating areas nearby.

Sparse Parking! Potential Tenants Beware!
The property was nice enough but the parking was TERRIBLE! We were aware that we had 1 parking space but the first night we checked in there was nowhere to park. We called the emergency number and the general manager \"Lisa\" instructed us to park in the EV charging station. It was so tight in the full underground parking structure it took 20 minutes to squeeze into the EV space. On a nightly basis we came back to the property after 10:00 pm and parking was consistently sparse. In speaking to Lisa her explanation was that people from surrounding complexes park in the Falcon Point lot. We had to jockey for a parking space on a nightly basis. Unacceptable! No permanent solution was mentioned. The room was clean and spacious and the grounds were nice but housekeeping was terrible. We scheduled 3 times for towels, sheet changes and trash pick up and they never came. I would not stay at this property again unless the parking situation was remedied. Buyers beware!

This hotel was less than 15 minutes from Vale Ski Resort. It was a perfect location at lower altitude. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Things that would make our stay even better would include; (1) having reserved ski storage rack per unit as advertised. We were told that all ski storage racks were full (2) 1 of 2 washing machines and dryer were working. (3) Shower head was spraying water sideways. But overall great location and stay and front desk staff were friendly.
