The room smelled like it had been smoked in. A hand towel had lipstic stain on it. The coffee creamer in the room was old as it was in chunks. It's located right next to I75, so lots of noise with traffic & moving tractor trailers. The hotel looks extremely dingy, old and dirty to the eye. We decided not to eat from the morning breakfast.

The parking was always taken and we had to park far away from our room,staff was ok,air conditioner actually worked but we hated it when people would smoke around it and it would come in our room and we don't smoke so that was disgusting and it always smelled like skunk which we all know what that is, and the water would come out brown before clearing up and the water in the shower would take awhile before it would go down won't stay again,this trip has us getting a camper now so we don't have to deal with this again 😡

These place was absolutely disgusting! I had to clean the bathroom before we used it. I have pictures of proof.
The breakfast area was absolutely filthy. My husband refused to eat a thing from the filthy place. We checked out early.
Could not stay where cockroaches ran wild.
This place needs a lot of work!

Room stunk. Practically all furniture was removed from a suite. No dressers, no luggage carts, one very small table and one chair. Parking lot was in bad shape. Drunks and undesirables milling about. Sits next to truck stops.

The toilet roll holder was falling out of the decaying wall.. The bathroom door squeaked and woke us up in the middle of the night each time was used. The breakfast was pathetic. The only source of protein was bits of sausage in a chalky gravy. No fruit. Do it yourself waffles and white bread toast. Very unhealthy.

We stay at this hotel about once a year. There have been a lot of improvements over the past few years. It is convenient right off of I-75. The stall is friendly & helpful. The breakfast was disappointing. Self made waffles & cold biscuits with so-so gravy. No eggs, meat

We got to the front desk to check in but waited some time because there was nobody there. Another guest came and called the desk, and I guess she heard the phone ringing from the back and finally came out. All the room amenities were working except the bathroom exhaust fan. The hotel is located near a truck stop, so the noise from semi trucks coming and going can be heard up to late at night and as early as 4:00 a.m.. I would have liked to have known that before I picked to stay here.

Sandy floor, toilet paper holder all rusted some lights didn’t work and room reeked of marijuana had to leave door open a few times to air out. As soon as noisy ac unit turned on again smell came back. Pool acceptable, breakfast very sparse. Holiday inn very close was well worth the extra money. All around yucky stay!

I booked this facility for a 2 night stay because of its proximity to the Villages. The pictures online showed a simple, but clean and fresh establishment.

What we experienced was the first half of a horror movie. The parking lot was filled with motorcycles and 18 wheeler trucks. Several guests sat outside their rooms in their own lawn chairs. We hesitantly checked in, given it was already 11pm and we were exhausted after a long travel day.

On the way to our room, we passed several others. Some were quiet and dark, some still had their doors open with view of people passed out in their beds, more people sitting outside their rooms in their own lawn chairs, and lots of noise. A very uncomfortable scene for someone who just wanted a peaceful night's sleep.

We entered the room, promptly closed and locked the door and realized the floors and bathroom was dirty, and the door to the room wasn't as secure as we hoped. We decided we could not stay and checked out within minutes of our arrival. The staff was courteous when we checked out and we received a cancellation email quickly thereafter.

However, the charge never came off my bill. I had expected at least one night refund but received nothing. I disputed with Expedia but the property refused to budge.

In short, do not stay at this establishment. It is not safe, it is not clean, and it does not have adequate customer service.

We got a room that smelled bad of cigarettes. Even after checking out other they all smelled and we slept with our two toddler like that because we checked in at midnight. Dirty chairs, super dirty floor that hadn’t been mopped. Bathroom was gross and we had a surprise roach guest sleep with us too.

The staff was super nice but the place was very run down and dirty. There was a lot of sketchy things going on outside and the area did not look safe at all. The rooms floor looked like it hadnt been cleaned, it was supposed to be a wood color laminate but it was gray from dirt and dust. The bedding looked clean but the shower was also dirty and greasy

Any 10/10 rating of this hotel is a lie. The property is sandwiched between a parking lot for semi trucks and the on-ramp for I-75. The room was dirty…counters were sticky and so was the floor. The white baseboards were gray with imbedded dirt. The toilet was clean, however. The curtains wouldn’t shut completely, so the room wouldn’t darken. Each room’s door opened to the outside and the noise was terrible!! A woman talked loudly on her phone for nearly 45 minutes outside her room and NO ONE enforced any kind of quiet hours. There were multiple guests who appeared to be long-term rentals, smoking outside their rooms and watching as other guests unloaded their vehicles. We did not feel safe and got little to no sleep all night. Had we not been driving all day and exhausted, we would have gone to a different hotel. Wyndham should be embarrassed to put their name on this property and Hotels.com should ensure the accuracy of the information on their site.

The pool was nicely maintained. There was ONE table with an umbrella and no other shade. Obviously, the decision makers are not out in the summer sun by the pool often. Tsk-tsk.
The greenery was also well maintained. The room floors were filthy and we noted small roached and spiders.
The continental breakfast was average. Coffee was decent.

There was clearly a plumbing issue with our room which seems unlikely to have been unknown, by its nature. Had it been disclosed we could have requested a different room - there were vacancies (we were initially offered a choice but for no apparent reason and just requested a quiet area). We had to deal with that issue late at night on our own. The suites are a generous amount of space, though - great for a family with young ones if you want to get a great night of sleep. However, the floors were very dirty. The included breakfast could have had more healthy options.

The front desk attendants were very nice and helpful.
The facility is an old building so it's understandable that there is just so much you can do with fresh paint and newer flooring. The room itself was clean, the bedding was clean along with the bathroom, but still old and dungy.
The outside walk way and around the building was dirty and scattered with cigarette butts and other trash. It needed to be picked up, sweept and blown. A good power washing would help.
The night we checked in there was some sort of crime, many police cars and policeman. Parts of the facility was taped off with crime tape.
The picture on the web sight was deceiving compared to reality.

I made reservation at this hotel for two nights linen and towels were never changed. Trash was never emptied and creepy. People were wandering around at midnight. The ice machine was directly connected to our room so when people came to get ice, it made the whole room shake the bed was hard as rock. And then they told me they were gonna charge me $25 extra because I was checking out late due to the fact that I could not get sleep there and I slept in. Of course, I went to the front office and talked with the manager and he spaded he was not going to charge me $25. If those of you are staying at this particular, I don’t even know if I should call a hotel it’s more like a dirty old motel, but that is my review of it. Very poor.
