This time, the room we got was somewhat run down, comfortable but looked somewhat shaggy and was much smaller than we'd had before. The break fast options were not as many as there were before expect on the Holiday, which was nice, I would also like it if they made up the room daily.

We chose Towne place for its location just a block from Spanish Springs Square in the Villages, but were delighted with the friendly and helpful staff, large rooms and commons, bountiful breakfast, and peaceful quiet nights.

The hotel is really nice the complimentary breakfast is amazinggggg they have an oatmeal bar, soufflés, and quiche! The only issues we had was the tub did not look too clean, I was given sheets for the sofa bed one had a very big yellow stain. On top of that it was the most uncomfortable sofa bed ever, we had to put the mattress on the floor which wasn’t much better it is really thin and you can feel all the springs poking your back.

I was in town for a family event. The only reason this hotel was picked was because of the pool. I was not told at check-in that the pool was closed for cleaning. I would have appreciated that. I will not recommend this facility because of lack of communication. The hotel was great, however, we were only there for one day, and only there to swim in the pool and relax. I was disappointed.

The property around it was really nice. It was conveniently located as well. However, the doors didn’t open without effort, the fridge was not cold, the trash was not taken out upon check in, our room was not cleaned and ready on time, the dishwasher didn’t shut properly, and the TV's wouldn't turn on without calling the front desk. The breakfast was good though and the staff were very courteous and professional.

Staff was very nice however there was no maintenance, which is understandable cause it’s a weekend, but was not pleasant showering and other people‘s bathwater
