The hotel was ok. I kind of knew what to expect considering the cost of the room. I liked the rooms layout. For the most part it was clean. Accept for one issue. There was a container of mashed potatoes in the microwave. The shower had good water pressure and didn't run out of hot water. The staff was very polite.

Not a very accomodating facility. Had trouble checking in at 3:45, room not ready. Grounds filthy, service every other day, service only made bed, took trash and replaced towels. Graffity on property. No table lamps only bright recessed ceiling lights. Don't stay here as there are many other places real close that have to be better.

The room was large. It felt very unsafe. The sliding glass doors were very cheap and did not lock securely. It also smelled of Marijuana to the point of nausea. It was old but had a cosmetic update. It had an office space and a room with sofa bed, chair, and TV. The sofa bed was awful looking and had no linens for it in the room. I would not stay here again.

We did not feel safe. There was a gentleman sitting in his car smoking pot for hours. The bathtub had rust and the faucets look like they would fall off. We booked at Holiday Inn Express which was more expensive but felt it as in a better area of town. We would like a refund on the Quality Inn that we booked thru Expedia and the hotel said the refund had to come thru Expedia. Thank you!

Rooms are painted dark and need repairs to the walls. Floors were so dirty the bottoms of my bare feet were black with filth after walking on them for only an hour. However the beds and bath towels were clean and we slept well on mattresses.

This was a bad experience. There were 2 TVs in the room. Neither worked and when the front desk was notified they did nothing. There are bare walls, little furniture and the surrounding area has a lot of vagrants and homeless hanging around. I would not recommend this place at all! The coffee and breakfast should not be advertised at all because it was minimal, dirty looking. There was large cracks under the exterior doors to the outside, I’m sure a lot of bugs get in. It was loud during the night as well. I would actually give it no stars.

The facilities are not well maintain. The room had a bad humidity smell. One of the doors handle was broken, The floor was dirty, the iron had dust all over and it stained my clothing due to the water residue. The bathroom was ok but had some installation imperfection, like the hot and cold water (they were inverted and the handle was loosen) The "continental breakfast was lacking of care and options. The waffles were honestly good and the yogurt. I don't recommend this hotel if you need to relax. My family and I just needed a bed to sleep, a shower to bath and breakfast to eat early morning. we got what we needed but the price was not worth it. The price is high for the pour quality. The staff was kind.

The hotel was in a great location for our one night stay. The king suite was large and the bed was very comfortable and we appreciated having a residential ac instead of the noisy window ones we have had before. Breakfast was basic but good. Cereal fruit yogurts and waffles was great for us.

This room is amazing! I have been staying at motel 6 because of there pet policy but for just a little more you can’t beat this room. Rooms are spacious but that's all this place has going for it. The room was on the first floor. Damp, musty, smell was overwhelming. The upstairs bathroom leaked through our ceiling, coating the toilet part of the sink and tub, requiring all our towels to soak it up.. . Reported the problem to the front desk. Informing them it had leaked and ruined an expensive hat.
I was given an apology at least.
Breakfast was over at 9 am, 2 kinds of cereal, yogurt, and waffles Juice machine was out of order, and the coffee machine made something. Coffee would be a stretch. The hotel seems to cater to truck drivers and local low-income families who sadly have to make this place home. .

While it was clean, it was very bare. Needs a lamp between the beds and a chair or something to put your clothes on. Needs a lamp or two and artwork in the sitting area.
Not the fault of the hotel but I’ve not experienced more rude guests that were loud in the hallway talking and slamming the door at 2am and 5-6am. It will be interesting tonight since there are more people checking in than last night. It’s a Friday.

Another Disappointment

We had a suite, but we were confused by the set up. The bedroom area was by the door and the bed backed to the hallway. There was absolutely no decor in the whole suite. It was totally unfinished. In the bathroom, the shower cover plate fell off the wall when we showered. The balcony had no chairs. The caulking around the tub needs replacement. The floors were dirty. Construction was still ongoing and floors were not clean. We were disappointed since we paid much more than we should have been charged for an unfinished room.
