There was only half a toilet roll.the furniture was very worn.But for the price and the convenience of being so close to Paddington station good.Its was ok for a night stay but could not stay in the room for longer.

Rather gloomy but reasonably spacious

Conveniently close to Paddington station. My ‘suite’ was a gloomy basement room with a faintly sordid vibe. (Mirror above the four poster bed; somewhat theatrical black and silver bathroom). It had its own separate entrance from outside the hotel. No soap or shower gel in the bathroom. However bed was comfortable; receptionist was charming; tv worked; ac available although also possible to open (safely barred) window. Given location and price it was okay for my brief visit.

Everything was mostly fine I’d say my room maybe tight for 2 ppl seeing the double bed. But for 1 person it’s ok. Only gripe was window wouldn’t fully close and when asking front desk another rooms TV was loud I didn’t hear anything change. So I had to go knock myself and with immediate response the TV was turned down. It sounded like the TV was played in my room it was so loud. Noticed at 22:00 didn’t mind, then 01:00 minded a little then woke up 05:00 to the same volume. Apart from that 1 night £184 on a Thursday, I’d say is little steep but mostly ok and if I had to use I would again. And I may use the suite instead as 4 nights for a couple is far cheaper than a single night alone.

As for the window was muggy and mild so it not closing wasn’t an issue but maybe for future winter months. And air con when room was warm, was loud.

But all good and average, clean and staff were nice.

This quaint hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from Paddington station and the national rail service. Plenty of places to shop and eat around, and the neighborhood is quiet. If you are in London to see the sights, this is the place to base from.

Need to be updated. The beds were so uncomfortable. They sink in in the middle and the carpet was old and ripped by the bathroom. Also, the curtain needed to be changed and the a/c didn't work. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the place was cleaned everyday and our towels changed. I feel they charged to much for the condition of the room.

The hotel is centrally located near Hyde Park and a bunch of attractions. It’s a cozy place but is showing its age. The AC was not working well, and in the top floor, that made for a warm night. The parking was slightly expensive, and the beds weren’t super comfortable.

We picked this hotel because of an easy access from Heathrow Airport via Elizabeth Line to Paddington Station. 4 of us stayed in a Family Room for two nights. Our room was on the 1st floor (one floor above the ground floor). Our room turned out to be a split level room with the entrance door between two levels, not recommended especially for older folks. The upper level has two beds with no space in between and a small desk. The lower level has two beds with a tiny space in between and a bathroom. A closet was on a small hallway on the upper level. The entire place is so tiny and tight to do anything. Pictures shown are a bit deceiving (different family rooms?). In any case, over $350 USD for this room is overpriced. Each level had A/C that is in a working condition (lower level was colder than the upper level). Beds were nice but that's about the only positive thing about the room.

Only thing good is the location near Paddington station. Rooms are very small. Not much room to spread open your luggage. There’s not even a chair. I barely fit in the shower that had no amenities. We had a one night stopover at the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was a reasonable size, clean and had a comfy bed, TV and kettle with tea and coffee. The shower was super hot and spacious but the bathroom was a little cold - no radiator or towel rail. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and offered us the opportunity to check in early. The hotel was also lovely and quiet for a good night's sleep, would definitely stay again. It's also a 5 minute walk from Paddington station so very convenient with some lovely places nearby for breakfast.

Cons: Noisy with traffic, constant cold draft through window, curtains didnt cover outside light, hairs on fresh bed linen, very dusty aircon, which set off my allergies and a lot of grimy spots in the shower and dust in less obvious spots. I didn't feel the room had been properly cleaned in a while. Needs some TLC.

My friends and I came for a two night stay in January. We stayed in a triple room and were on the top floor. The room was clean, we had a kettle and tea and coffee available and the option for delivery of room service. The staff were very lovely and were nothing but helpful and polite to us, especially when we went out at 2am and returned at 5am, therefore needing the door to be unlocked. The hotel is in a great location and we had a very pleasant experience here.

Upon entering the hotel it looked lovely in the lobby. We took the elevator to our room where conditions weren't all that great.

The room was very small and with two small children it wasn't great. The windows are awful tbh, it was horrible weather and windy and they were rattling and letting in cold air.
The bathroom looked like it was once beautiful but just not cared for, the toilet placement made it a squeeze, there was crack in the tiles behind the toilet.
The shower curtain was to short, looks like there was once a sliding door on the shower and just replaced with a curtain. There is under floor heating which was nice.
Needed more toilet roll and went to reception to be handed half a roll off the desk.

There was a hoover left out in the hallway which is a hazzard, the cupboard next to the lift was open which is also a hazzard, it contained electrics for the lift so should have been locked.
The door to the stairs outside for staff was left open which again is a hazzard as we were top floor and a staff member at one point was even out there smoking.

It wasn't the best of stays but had worse in the past. I would maybe use again if was given a bigger room and there was no where else to stay. It was a last minute trip to Winter wonderland so didnt have many options without travelling more.

Great location, but the room was TINY, not worth 850 CAD for two nights—the hot water was variable, the bathroom so narrow you could barely sit on the toilet, and the overall feel was quite shabby. Not very soundproof to other units. No fridge or storage space really and the TV on an angled wall that was not easy to see from any area of the room. Four beds but only two chairs and two cups for coffee.

Room in need of an update and deep clean. Arrived to the hotel after booking, and were told they could not accommodate our booking and were given a room with only two beds (double and single) instead of the three single bed room pictured for the Triple room. Left us in an uncomfortable position as it was a work trip… The staff only offered an extra duvet or a refund to find alternative accommodation at 7pm. The next morning when checking out, we were asked how the night was as and we shrugged it off, but asked again to explain our hesitancy, to be told “the Triple Room booking with three beds is only a request and we can’t keep everyone happy.”
Probably should be stated that the Triple Room may be a double and a single.

In a convenient position for Paddington Station and Hyde Park.

Shower was good, but parts of the tap were missing.

The hotel is a great location and the staff were friendly. However there was a constant mechanical noise day and night. We were on the top floor and it was machinery on the roof. We flagged it to staff but were told there was nothing that could be done. As such we didn't sleep for our 2 night stay.

Convenient location, all essential needs, such as bed, shower, towels, kettle, haridryer, clean bed linen/towels etc. are met. There was also a desk with seat, which was a bonus for my computer work. I found the bed too soft, the aircon/heating too noisy and there was a bright light shining through the window all night. Managable for a night or two though. The room needs a bit TLC but overall a good experience.
