A great experience all around. The Riad itself exceeded my expectations and the Riad hosts were super helpful, welcoming, and spoke very good English. The room was well maintained and serviced like a hotel! It was clean, and spacious. Upon arrival, we were also given tea and refreshments. The hosts were also accommodating to our late check-out request to leave our luggage and relax in the dining area whilst we waited for our private taxi to arrive (which was also organised by the Riad. Highly recommend for anyone’s first time to stay at Riad Andalla Spa. Will happily return when I visit Marrakech again.

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location. Overall, a great stay! My only suggestion for improvement would be to either switch up the music played in the public areas of the riad, or not play music at all. It felt like we heard the same track every day. But that’s a very minor criticism; everything else was wonderful.

There were beautiful spots in the rooftop to lounge around. The food was delicious and fresh orange juice the best! We would absolutely stay here again.

Stunning colorful traditional decorations, beautiful Riad. We stay only one night and checked in around 9:30pm, staff are nice, room is warm. We booked family suite, the smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds, no other space.

We had a great experience at Riad Andallaspa. The location in the medina was great for exploring the souks and some of the attractions nearby like Koutoubia mosque and Jemaa El-Fnaa square that is always bustling with shops and street performers. The breakfast in the enclosed terrace was also great, though we missed the fluffy honeycomb pancakes (Beghrir) served to us in the other towns in Morocco that we visited - they did serve hot Msemen (layered bread). The people were all very friendly and helpful and always made us feel welcome like we were staying with family. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The view of the snow-clad Atlas mountains from the terrace was also nice. OVerall, I would highly recommend staying at this Riad.

Most amazing stay at this Riad! Would highly recommend this over staying in a hotel! I went to Marrakech with my two daughters to celebrate my 60th Birthday. We shared the most lovely family room. The decor throughout the Riad was beautiful and wonderfully traditional! Staff were most welcoming and were both courteous and polite. They could not have been more helpful. We had a lovely relaxed breakfast each morning and it was so nice to be able to sit to eat outside on the rooftop. We also enjoyed the most relaxing massages in the spa! If I ever return to Marrakech I will most definitely stay here. We were only a few minutes from the madina. Staff were very helpful in organising taxis when we wanted to visit the new town and to explore the local area. It was in a very good location! They even sent a member of staff on a motorbike to catch up with our airport taxi when we forgot to collect our printed out boarding pssses from reception at the end of our stay! Very clean and tidy. We felt extremely safe and secure throughout our stay!

The staff at Riad Andalla Spa is extremely caring and kind, especially with making sure you & family feel safe and have what you need. Cars are able to drop off very nearby, so the walk with suitcases is very easy (no mazes), they hired reliable drivers. In addition Abdullah was extremely kind and helpful in terms of advice on how to deal with safety and haggling prices in the nearby souks.
The building has really beautiful art, and the Riad itself is a really nice place to relax, with many beautiful sitting rooms throughout the Riad.
The dinner, although somewhat pricey, was really fantastic - again very attentive and kind staff.
Some words on how accommodating the staff were: clear and easy communication with staff through the Expedia app. At both dinner and the complimentary breakfast, they put a lot of effort into ensuring there was gluten free dishes for my wife (Celiac’s). My parents needed somewhere to wait for their flight for ~5 hours, and there was no problem with bringing them with the driver, staying at the Riad until the afternoon and getting them a driver to the airport. I really felts my family was safe and taken care of - huge compliments to the staff for a wonderful atmosphere!

Although I didn’t take advantage of their offerings, they have an onsite cooking class and can get you scheduled for tours and activities. Having just completed 2 marathons in the Sahara desert, a little R&R was needed, and this Riad delivered. Our room was spacious and clean (& the shower was EPIC!). We booked a sports massage, which was exceptional, and we had a traditional Moroccan meal. Every single member of staff was warm and friendly, and this beautifully decorated, perfectly located Riad, offered an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of the Medina. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

Riad Andallaspa is a beautiful hotel. Our room was large and well appointed. The hotel common areas and the rooftop dining area are lovely. Breakfast was included and was excellent. We had dinner on the rooftop one night - traditional tagine food that was very good. Wifi in the riad works very well. The location is a 10 minute walk to Djemma al Fina center of the Medina, which is not to be missed. Also reasonable walk less than 20 minutes to various tourist sites. Walking is a bit of a challenge with all the motorcycles and narrow streets but you should experience it. The staff at Riad Andallaspa were exceptional - all were helpful, friendly, and spoke multiple languages. Highly recommend this riad.

The staff were amazing. They were very accommodating when we asked to store our luggage before arrival and gave us tips on some great sight seeing locations. They assisted with finding the premises and packed a light breakfast as we had an early flight.

We could not ask for a more perfect Riad in Marrakesh! The staff are what make this experience so worthwhile. At every turn they are there to help you whether it’s recommending an authentic dinner spot or helping you get the best price when shopping in the Souks. The location is perfect and is less than a 10-20 minute walk to all major tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and well kept, the colorful light spilling into your room every afternoon made the space so special. Again I will say that the staff go above and beyond to make your time in Marrakesh extraordinary. When we return to Marrakesh we will be staying here again.

The location was excellent — within the old Medina and walking distance to Jemaa el-Fnaa. It was a great experience to stay in an area where locals live, giving us a sense of being immersed in the daily life of Marrakech. We also opted for the rooftop dinner on our first night (we stayed for three nights), which was delicious and very enjoyable.
However, the room was quite underwhelming compared to the photos. It lacked decor and had minimal amenities, which was disappointing. There wasn't even a rug on the tile floor, and the small chairs and table weren’t comfortable — the bed was essentially the only place to sit, which didn’t make for a relaxing stay.
For a Junior Suite at over $200 per night, we expected a bit more in terms of comfort and design. If we return to Marrakech, we’ll likely look for another place to stay.

This riad is beautiful and it's situated perfectly for what we wanted. It's just off one of a bigger road that feels safer and better lit than some of the smaller side streets. This main street takes you to the main square and areas of interest, this is the same for our pick ups for excursions. This was a big bonus for getting around especially as night. As two female travellers we felt safe staying here especially with a buzzer to get in to the riad and staff on 24/7.

We arrived after 24 plus hours of traveling and it was like we were being welcomed home. We sat in the center of the Riad and were greeted with mint tea, snacks, and help getting oriented by Abdullah and the rest of the staff.
We were a party of six and all of our rooms were well appointed, with different color schemes and had more than enough space for us. The breakfast was a highlight, as there is too much food!
