The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us useful information about nearby places to exchange money and buy SIM cards. The hotel’s location is convenient and easy to find. Breakfast also had a good variety of options.
However, there were a few downsides. The triple room felt quite humid, and the bedding and blankets were also a bit damp. Additionally, after taking the elevator, there were still several steps to reach the room area, which was not very convenient for guests traveling with a lot of luggage. Another thing to note is that our room faced the indoor lobby area rather than the street, so it didn’t have much outside view or natural light.

We were assigned a room on the first floor of the hotel. It was super damp and there were tiny bugs and ants in our room, the bathroom also had mold spots due to the moisture. Our assumption was that the higher floors did not have to deal with this. It was also very loud. The hotel space outside of our room was great - the breakfast, the staff, the common area, and the water filters. Our room was just lacking basic comforts.

I have booked this hotel a few times for me and/or for my wife. The overall experience was very good and the price-quality relation was very good, but the last time I have booked a stay for my wife, and they didn't clean the room or changed towels for 2 days, she did have to ask for it.

Enjoyed staying at the Girasoles Hotel in Miraflores it was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants near Kennedy Park. I went out walking late at night and felt perfectly safe. Would definitely stay here again.

I landed in Lima close to 11 pm. It took me an hour and a half to get through customs and another hour to get to Girasoles (at the mercy of one of these crazy shyster Lima taxicab drivers you hear all the horror stories about). So, it was after one in the morning when I finally arrived. You can't imagine how overjoyed and relieved I was to find a very young, very polite gentleman there to let me in and help me get settled. They brought me a hot breakfast in the morning--in the last five days on the east coast, I never got a hot breakfast, much less had it brought to my room. For the very small price I paid for this room, the quality and service gave me so much more. Abrazos y besos a mis queridos amigos de Girasoles.

We from NY so they say it’s hard to accommodate us but girasoles met my expectations great location walking distance bet 10-20 min parque kennedy parque del amor mirador etc etc the staff amazing and very helpful it’s clean and has all amenities needed for instance room has two three mirrors one bathroom two bedroom area including a long mirror to check ur self out jajajaja it has a fridge, and small table with sitting area we needed a iron and they provided with iron board!!!! We needed a wake up call and so they did !!!! The breakfast was great !!!! The best thing was that we arrived at 8am but check in was at 3pm omgggg but we walked around for a bit and the accommodated us at 10:30 am which that was awesome and room was fully loaded and clean !!!!! Hot water at all times ac worked very welll overall I’m giving it a 5 star staff amazing location great amenities awesome we always on the go as a tourist so meet all my qualities
