It was under construction and being renovated. When it gets done the place will be very nice. The pool looked amazing and they even had a lazy river. The rooms could use a little updating but the beds amd amenities were very nice. When the work is done it will be a gem of a hotel!!!

As of now, the room was good. The breakfast buffet was good. Location is good for someone who dont mind to drive. Nothing is walkable distance , fyi. But to find this hotel was easy. Parking lots is a abundant.

I'm satisfied with the level of cleanliness of the room, comfort and service provided. However, i suggest the hotel should provide family rooms at all level because when i ask for other level, they said there's no room, only at that level.

Raia Hotels need some work to do before it can be a great hotel. Your guests parked at the side of the road but a designated parking area is available and empty. Something wrong here is it? And breakfast buffet was frustrating. You have the facilities, you got the potential. Still can improve. Other than this, everything was good. The room was good, the staff was nice, the hotel itself looks good inside and outside. Recommended for business travellers like me as it is near the airport, but for vacation, probably hotels in Kuala Terengganu City would be better.

The hotel was a bit run down. The room is big but the hosekeeping did not clean the room properly. There was a food in the fridge and there was a used shower cap hanging at the toilet. Even a few bundle of hairs every where at the toilet and on the bed.. the carpet on the walk way to the room looks bad. Overall the hotel is big and was okay stay. Could improve in future.

Please wake up, dear Hotel Manager

The facilities are good and new but the staffs are not good, they are giving poor service. The PR is very poor. The hotel manager may be sleeping.
This is my 5th stayed in this hotel since the last 3 years., and noted the PR geeting poor and poorer.

This hotel is still among the good hotel to stay in Kuala Terengganu but unfortunately the Hotel Manager is not taking this opportunity.

- Price point is very reasonable
- Rooms are decent and fairly modern.
- Staff are friendly and accommodative
- No issue getting a Grab ride

Cons:
- Breakfast is only decent. Nothing great.

The so-so hotel.

I was having a high expectation of this hotel.
Unfortunately not, and here how it went.

There was no one at the entrance when we arrived. I was struggling to carry my sleeping baby & our baggages + stroller. No one opened the door to even welcome us. My husband parked the car while i did the check in. There was only 1 staff at the counter attending to other guest. The lobby looked very dimmed (perhaps they're trying to save energy). The atmosphere didn't feel good. Waited for quite sometime until it's my turn. Got our room key & went up.
The corridors looked quite eerie. Carpets & walls need some refurbishing.
The room was ok-ok lah. Very spacious. However the old-school flooring tiles brought back us back to the olden days.
We booked 2 nights here but decided to check out the very next day. We just feel that this hotel is not for us.

The hotel was facilities are good. The have the gym, swimming pool, separate swimming pool for women and ample parking bays. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were comfy but the bathroom needs further improvement. Refurbishing them will be good.

Breakfast needs a lot of improvement. 2 years back, their breakfast was something to look forward to. Unfortunately, its a waste now to pay for the room with breakfast included.

My overall experience in TH hotel is very good. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I dont expect that the room will be quite big. In term of cleaness also not dissapointing. The only cons for me during my stay in TH hotel is the receiptionist staff. I was serve by this one young lady with glasses. She was not very friendly and didnt smile thus i felt unwelcome. However, in term of the service, area and cleanliness, I will definetely come again.

The food for breakfast was very disappointing with only a few choices.
The bell boy was not very helpful. I had to carry my own bag from my car to the hotel lobby.
The pool for children was closed when we arrived until we checked out which is makes it worse because the main reason we went to the hotel was for its pool.
The king superior room had no view at all. We can only see other peoples room and roof of other building.
I am so sorry but overall th hotel could improve more on the above points.

Near to town, shops to access and place to eat

At first I though this hotel is a quite grand hotels but it turns out, it is just a simple and nice hotel with a great service.

When I've arrived at the hotel, my first impression is that the parking space is limited as other guest just park their vehicles just beside the road near to the lobby however, there's a lot of parking spaces around the hotels but you need to walk a bit farther to access the lobby. No basement parking that I've seen during my visit.

Check-in was easy and fast especially if you booked online.

What I've like about the room key is that it use contact less key card which is convenient especially if you have a lot of baggage to handle.
The room that I've booked is spacious with 2 single bed which I think quite large and can accommodate 2 person and also a separate room which locates a sofa bed which is comfy and quite private I would say which has it's own wardrobe, a table and also it's own air conditioner units and LED TV.
Utilities such as iron, ironing board was provided in room which is a plus. You can even request for baby cribs without additional cost.
Bathroom was spacious and complete with all the amenities.

The only complaint about the room is that the sofa bed was not well maintained as the mattress already flattened out and not in a good shape where when you lying down on it would make you felt the rod that support the mattress under it.
Some of the lighting in the room is not in a working condition.

I think the hotel can improve more.

Dissapointing hotel with muddy pool

When we visited TH Hotel & Convention Centre we were dissapointed both with the room and the pool. The room was a long hallway with a lot of doors and entrances, the bed was small (140x200) and the toilet doors fell of their hinges. The entrance door looked like a prizoner door.

The kidz pool was muddy and the other pool was not something we wanted to test.
