I called down to ask about breakfast and they hung up on me. Area around seems ok but not a lot to do. Breakfast was awful. Grits were not cooked and no fruit. Also suggestion to have non dairy alternatives,

Just visited for the weekend but staff was very friendly, facilities were clean and fresh, and our room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the liquid soap in the bathroom, fresh white towels and the bed was very comfortable. The blackout curtains were the best I’ve ever seen and in fact we overslept because it was so dark in our room. I loved that they had extra blankets and the kitchen area was very nice. It seemed like they had quite a bit to offer in terms of breakfast and community areas but we didn’t use any of those. It would be a nice place to stay with the family.

I had an amazing stay! My room was on the Home Suites side. The kitchenette was well equipped and clean. Nice size refrigerator. The room plan was very spacious with a king size bed and a sleeper sofa, with a curtain to separate the 2 areas.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it is fantastic! The staff is so friendly. The hotel itself has everything you could need and more. We stayed for a week and it felt like we were home. Which was so nice since we were there for Christmas. We had our dog with us as well and they were very accommodating. The breakfast is delicious and Pat who managed it while we were there was a DELIGHT! Anytime we are visiting family in Murfreesboro we will stay here. Plus it’s not far from any of the fun restaurants and activities in the boro.

We've been staying in the Nashville area for years, and this was my favorite hotel stay by far. The room was so spacious, comfortable, and lacked nothing. The staff was super friendly, and the fun lobby and firepit by the entrance was endearing. We'll come back for sure.

Quick check in, lady at the desk very helpful. The room was clean but had a weird smell. Bed was comfy. There was a dog barking loudly across the hall when we first arrived. I don't agree with dogs being in hotel rooms at all because of noise and well its just not sanitary for others. The location was close to I-24 and lots of stores for shopping and restaurants. They only charge $25 for incidentals and it goes right back on card sometime after check out. Breakfast was good also.

I don’t have anything bad to say or any complaints. We stayed on the Homes side of the hotel. I did peek into another room and saw they had a burner which I didn’t know was an option. If I stay here again I’ll definitely ask for one. It was close to anything we needed. Breakfast on the weekends didn’t end until 10 but 9 during the week. We didn’t know so we missed breakfast Monday and had to go get something.

Check in was slow. Stinky garbage piled on top of hall garbage can when I checked in was still there when I checked out. $25 pre charge for incidentals cheapens the experience. I've been traveling a long time and I still can't get used to the post Covid world where your room doesn't get made up every day. Please bring that back. The bed was not cushy, just standard, the air conditioner was loud, and the toilet seat was smaller than the bowl (weird). Those are the only negatives, but none would deter me from another stay at this location.

On the whole I really liked the visit. I was disappointed that I never saw housekeeping, other than to catch someone in the hall to ask for (bottled) water on 12-23. I also had to call the front desk on the 24th, again to ask for water and coffee for the room. While I understood that housekeeping would be off for Christmas, I thought someone would be available for basics on the other days. According to the \"Welcome\" information, \"Light Touch services will take place every weekday of your stay.\" This did not happen on the Thursday and Friday (23-24) of my stay. Otherwise, I was very pleased.

This hotel is like many other newer hotels; not enough insulation between rooms and floors. It was very noisy from the hallways, the room above, and especially from the elevator. Our room was next to the elevator and you could hear it at all times, even the ding from inside. When we asked to change rooms we were told that we would have to pack all of our stuff, move it to storage during the day, and then move to a different room in the evening. We declined as that was really unreasonable. Also, the bed in our room was pretty uncomfortable. It was thinly padded and lumpy. The staff were nice enough, but there was just little in the way of customer service available. Breakfast was the same everyday which is difficult for extended stays, which is what this hotel is designed for.

I arrived much earlier than expected, so I thought I would have to wait hours for a room. Not so. The front desk clerk found me an available room in less than an hour. Considering that I arrived in the morning and check-in was not supposed to be until that afternoon, I was impressed and really thankful.
When I got to my room, the electronic lock did not work. It took a few minutes to figure out that the electronic lock needed new batteries, but the staff were extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Once the problem was understood, I thought it might take maintenance at least an hour or more to come fix the lock. Again, I was pleasantly surprised as the door was working perfectly again within 15 minutes.
The room was very comfortable and suited my needs very well. Linens, bathroom, furniture, etc. were all clean and in great condition. Everything worked fine. The bed was very comfortable, and I was able to get some much needed good sleep.
The staff were all amazing, patient, friendly and courteous. They were easy to talk to and explained any question I had. As much as the property functioned great, the people working there treated me even better.
