Reserved 2queen and sleeper for 5. The beds were not a queen and full sized. The sleeper had no bedding and had to retrieve. There was dog hair all over the sleeper and the aroma of dog was in the room. This extremely bothered my allergies. There were only enough towels for two guests. Had to retrieve those as well. Breakfast was bare at 8:05 and served until 9:30. There was nothing to eat. So we had to spend the additional money to get breakfast. Bananas were brown.

I had to ask for new sheets because the original sheets were on the bed and dirty. The shower looked like it hadnt been cleaned out and there was a mass of lady hugs that just kept growing. You couldnt reach the front desk by the phone even though they had it set up like it should be able to. I was suppose to stay 2 nights and i ended up leaving early and didnt stay the second night because i was so grossed out

The hotel itself was great. However. There was a room next to me, who had rap music blasting so loud it was overpowering my tv, shaking the sconce light on the wall to the point it sounded liike a bell ringing. This eent on til after 4am both morning, despite front desk calling them.

The room didn’t have the heat on with 29’ weather the room never warmed up past 67-the attending clerk came up & check heater his reply was “wow it is really cold in here”we had a 10 month old, 10 & 9 yr old! Apparently there where no other rooms - we slept in sweatpants so bundled up extremely disappointed!!!!!!!

We escaped to this hotel during the recent ice storm and were pleased with nearly everything about it. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for me to do work with my husband there. The walls are a bit thin; the guest(s) in the room next door ran the TV loudly all night the first night we were there. Also, the bathroom could have benefitted from some additional counter space, and the toilet had no lid. But the staff was super kind, friendly and helpful. It was perfect for our needs at the time.

I had booked as “pay at hotel” and when i arrived, they had charged two separate charges on my card before check-in, and argued with me about checking in on my AmEx. Once they did check me in on my Amex, they successfully overdraft my entire bank account otherwise. Im not happy. I didnt even get to leave my room.

This is a pet friendly hotel and our room definitely smelled like one. There is a spot by the couch where you can tell a dog peed there and someone tried to mask it with deodorizer, which only intensified it. There are visible hand prints and old hair in the bathroom. Plus our comforter had fingernail polish on it.
As far as pros, the room is spatious. Plus the location of the hotel is great.

We needed nothing. Yes, the room was spotless, but the ultimate convenience of everything was amazing. After driving nearly 9 hours, it was great to just come in the room and not need to do anything except get dinner. There were plates, silverware, glasses, paper towels, and a dishwasher! We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first stay at this hotel. There was no hair dryer in the room, as it had been torn off the wall. Also, there were no paper plates in the breakfast area to use for pancakes, eggs, etc.. Other than these two things, we were very pleased with Mainstay Suites and will definitely do our best to stay at another whenever traveling!

TERRIBLE breakfast! Didn’t even have paper plates for pastries/ sausage/ bagel. Had to use a styrofoam bowl for all food items. Had sausage- no eggs or biscuits. Had oatmeal. Really marginal. The toilet overflowed to the floor in my room. The desk staff said I should come to the desk for a plunger but offered no further assistance. Told me to throw towels on the wet floor—ewww! I asked fo a new room and got it but it was a real hassle to move. I won’t be back even though I really liked the room otherwise.

Everything was very clean and convenient, especially for getting work done when I was in my room. I could prepare my own meals in the kitchen, and the room was large and comfortable. To be honest, the property itself was fine. Not bad, not great, but fine.- my room was clean and that's the most important thing to me. However, the customer service was APPALLING. I arrived to check in and was told that they were overbooked and that they didn't have a room for me. No apology, just matter of fact and RUDE. I said that is UNACCEPTABLE- and somehow they \"miraculously\" found me a room, for which I was grateful. But still no \"we're sorry for your inconvenience\" or anything of that sort. I was so tired from travelling I just accepted it and went to my room. I should have probably found a different hotel.

Everything was great. My only complaint was we was in the back side next to the interstate and the big truck's kept me awake alot. But that was all. Im a light sleeper. It might not bother anybody else. I would stay there again. Just request a room on the front side.

The room smelled strongly of smoke when we checked in. We were also told the breakfast only included ‘grab n go’ with nothing hot. We went down for at least coffee the next morning and were told they were ‘out of everything’ because the manager quit. They didn’t even have creamer set out. It wasn’t worth the cost of staying.
