We stayed two nights in a double room. For the price, the stay was less than satisfactory. The pool water was murky as if there wasn’t enough chorine in the water with floating objects. The decor was outdated and there was a musty smell throughout the facility. The beds were uncomfortable and the general appearance was unwelcoming.

The air quality was musty. The bathroom faucet was very short i couldnt hardly wash my hands without getting water all over the counter. The entrance into the room so was narrow and blocked i could barley get my bags through. The breakfast was cold. The walls are very thin as i heard other guest loudly outside the room from the window and the door. The beds are extremely firm. The side door didnt even have a working key entrance to it. If you wanted to use the door better block it with the wet floor sign they have next to it.

In our room the grate was off the AC, the shower barely worked, it was a dribble. The carpet was dirty and the whole room needed an update. No wonder the Holiday Inn was sold out.

We chose to stay here as it was it was close to where we needed to be early the next day. Our stay was a but pricey considering the facility seemed in need of some upgrades. When we got there, there was no one at the desk to check in for about 5 minutes. The room smelled a bit like musty gym socks. It was clean. The pillows were flat and very uncomfortable and the biggest issue was that we were on the second floor and there was a herd of buffalo on the floor above us who roamed all night long. I believe it was a school team of some type … but it was not a good night. We chose to eat breakfast off-site as we were both over the entire experience.

I don’t think they were completely upfront when the reservation was made through Hotel.com about a $75 pet fee. It was in the fine print. $75 is extremely steep considering other hotels fees are $20-$25. I can guarantee the maids had no idea a dog had even been in the room NO MESS or SMELL. We have stayed here before but will be looking elsewhere next time we travel this way.

WORST STAY OF MY LIFE!!!!! !!!!! DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!I canceled my weekend early the 1st night I stayed here. The morning we woke up and went to Starbucks. Maybe gone 30 minutes… to find that ppl had been in my room when my do not disturb sign was on the door. We noticed that they had made the bed and took our trash… then they knocked on the door again…. Asked if we needed anything. We went outside to smoke about 20 minutes later to come in to find 3 ppl in my room taking pictures of my things and going through my things… they were employees… I was furious! My purse and wallet was sitting on the table it had looked like it had been through…. I was not happy. I would never stay here again. We left Immediately!! Went and stayed at the Holiday Inn and had the best experience!

Our rooms were close to the pool, which was noisy until it closed at 11:00 pm. 11:00 pm !!!?? Then, there was stomping on the floor above our rooms at night and again from 3:00 to 3:30 am. Miserable night, little sleep. Raise the prices so you don’t have to cater to riff-raff and families with undisciplined, unsupervised screaming kids!

Fine stay, yet rooms cannot hold 5 persons
Good hotel and staff helpful and friendly. However, while they accept reservations for 5 persons in a room, they do NOT have the capacity for that. They do not have studio king rooms with a sofa bed. Nor can the two queen bed rooms have a rollaway bed put in them. So we had 5 adults or near adults jammed into two queen beds. We recently stayed at a competiting hotel with a smaller sq ft room where a rollaway bed could be brought in. Perhaps different regulations. Yet the advertising of 5 person rooms is incorrect. Everything else was fine, and they have a full, tasty breakfast. We were attending the state basketball tournament in Fairland.

Unfortunately the hot tub was not functioning properly during my stay. This was very disappointing considering it was one of the main reasons I booked my stay at this hotel. For the price of a nights stay I was not very pleased especially since the floor above me was overly active and loud making it very difficult to sleep.
