All of the bathroom fixtures were loose. Breakfast was cold. Parking was fine. The entire hotel smelled very bad. Like heavy purfume or scent. As bad as a candle shop. Couldn’t wait to get out. We stayed there about 3 weeks prior. It wasn’t that bad. Which makes it worse. If they are not consistent.

I stayed here for one night while visiting MTSU. The price was reasonable, and I had a comfortable stay overall.
I really liked the spacious vanity area, and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was slightly weak, but it wasn’t an issue. The room was clean, and the location was convenient. It was also nice to be able to purchase drinks at the front desk.
The breakfast selection wasn’t extensive, but the menu was well-balanced and just right. The egg dishes were especially good quality!
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

This is a FABULOUS hotel! We travel half the year for work and this was the best place we’ve stayed in for over a year, and it’s like old time prices. Friendly staff, very clean and updates are great. The staircase even has nice clean carpet! I wish everyplace we stayed would be this comforting. Shout out to the owner, management and staff! THANKS

The room and the hallway all smelled of mildew. The wifi network was in and out. The breakfast in the morning was literally half cooked (biscuits still had raw dough).

The fact that Cracker Barrel was right there was a plus, but that's really just coincidence not a feature of the hotel.

The rooms curtains didn't close, so the parking lot lights shown right in on the head of the bed. So less than ideal.

The plus side was that the hot water didn't run out and the bed was there.

We arrived later in the evening. Parking lot had several other people- may not have been guests- hanging out in their cars. Sketchy
An exterior door jam and lock are in much need of replacement. You can see light through the jam and the lock plate could easily be pushed through.
In the morning noticed and reported mold in the shower head and brown “ something” smeared on the wall. No compensation offered or even to go look at the problem.

I walk in.. 2 guys in line in front of me.

1st guy..said.. I have reservation. HE ASKED FOR HIS iD ..and promptly gave him his room key.

2nd guy.. said.. I have reservation..he was given his room key..

3rd guy...is me..I have a reservation.. was told would be s deposit.. why not the first 2 guys.

I wait to see if the 2 guys behind me where asked for a deposit...nope. !!!

I travel all over America for work many years... normal if i am ask for a deposit..i cancel my reservation..and move on to next hotel.

Today I was just to tired ..and paid the deposit.

I am a gold choice rewards member many many times over .stay in hotels 365 days a year for work.. just amazed that we are still judge by our appearance and not by our character in this world!

It stunk soo bad smelled like strong chemicals and cheap coconut air freshener - it was like it was fumigated with this horrible smell - we opened the window to try to get some fresh air -I began coughing and choking my head was hurting - we had to leave - don’t stay here 😇

The hotel was right near the highway. It was a very nice stay for a very reasonable price. The shower had a lot of pressure and the beds were comfortable.
The facility is a smoke-free hotel, but somebody was definitely smoking cannabis in the hallway. The guests for the most part seemed very respectful and a lot of families.
I would definitely recommend the quality Inn if you need a good hotel at a very good price

We had to buy cleaning supplies for the room. I don’t think it was cleaned after the previous guest. They were hounding us about our puppy, but couldn’t clean the room. We didn’t feel it was clean enough for her to even stay there. I killed two baby roaches in the bathroom on night two. Sadly we unloaded our luggage outside our home to make sure we didn’t carry any back with us.

The lady at the front desk was initially very rude. However, when my husband responded kindly, she warmed up. The elevator broke while we were there and we had to carry our things up 4 flights. I know it couldn’t be helped but the person at the desk couldn’t have cared less as she watched us struggling. The room was hot. On the plus side, it was relatively cheap, the beds were pretty comfy, the water pressure in the shower was great, it was clean, and there is a Cracker Barrel right beside it.

Bathroom light was out and even though I reported it, I was told the maintenance person would not be available until the next day, which is when we were checking out. The fire/smoke alarm went off early one morning even though we were told there was no danger. Deafening sound and they had difficulty turning it off.

Checked in around 9:15pm, as soon as we excited the elevator we were greeted by an awful musty smell that was attempted to be covered up with a cleaner smell. This smell was overwhelming in the room as well. As soon as we turned on the light in the entry, a cockroach ran up the wall. I was able to get a photo of it running up the cord of the blow dryer, which is right by the entry door. Between the nauseating smell and the cockroach, we went straight downstairs and let the girl at the front desk we wanted to leave. I showed her the photo and she said she understood and would address the issue. After over 72hrs, I am still being denied a refund.

The sink was not emptying and toilet was not flushing properly. The staff was kind enough to change the room right away but the second room was smaller and it smelled like wet towels. No amount of Febreze or air sanitizer eliminated the smell but the sink emptied out and the toilet flushed properly. Oh and there was hair on the pillows of one of the beds.

I did enjoy my stay but I had my dog with me. He had his cage and I’ve never had any problems with any other hotels when I brought my dog. If im heading out I leave him in his cage and he’s perfectly fine. While staying at this one, i received a call from the front desk while I was out eating. They said my dog could not stay in the hotel alone. Apparently someone was making a complaint about my dog barking. Which he wasn’t. I had to go back and pick up my dog and leave him in my car while I finished eating. But I ended up just leaving the restaurant without finishing my food. There was no indication about leaving your animals in the hotel room wasn’t allowed. I checked their website.
