The property is not a 4* hotel.
It is unbelievable that there is pay per in the lounge and no sport channel.we had to go to other hotels or restaurants.
The advert says there is a gym.not true.very dissapointed.breakfast and restaurant was very good.room was clean.
Stayed 6 nights and fridge door was never fixed.no.521.
Had to change room 522 because lock was faulty 2days and my sons couldnt get in.
The place needs maintenance and then should be opened.exit door with sensor to beach wasnt working.only the nice brown haired lady at reception on monday afternoon 14th april was very good help.All the others were poor but not rude

The hotel is already pretty worn down. We received a room on the third floor next to the elevators and each time they moved we had the feeling that a train is arriving. Hence, we could not sleep during the night. When we arrived, we could not close the balcony door. The staff promised to repair it but nobody came. Ok the second day we asked to change the room but as the hotel was fully booked, it was not possible. The parking situation in Roses is also terrible. When we arrived, there was no space in the hotel‘s garage and it took as 30 minutes to find a parking. The staff at the reception did not even try to help us.

Not the greatest experience at this hotel. The woman checking us in was very distracted and basically just handed us our keys and gave us no information whatsoever. When you travel half way around the earth, it is nice to at least be greeted with a \"welcome\"--definitely need to up their hospitality. The location is nice--right on the waterfront and the room had a nice partial view--basic but clean. We went downstairs to the restaurant for dinner and it was closed? There was only a buffet that had a huge tour group. We tried to ask the staff if there were any other dining options and they were very rude and quickly snapped by with a \"no...only buffet\". Just really bad vibes here. It wasn't a great way to start a 2 week vacation in Spain. It was the beginning of October and it felt like the staff was just really over tourist season. Also, no coffee or tea options in room or lobby. I'm sure we could have found a better place to stay than this.

Not what we expected for the price. The room was very clinical more like a hospital room. Probably because of covid. The food was nothing to write home about. The view though more than made up for it. Location excellent if we were to stay here again we would not choose half board as there are plenty of restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. We would not rate this hotel as 4 star. Tea and coffee facilities had been removed from the room but there was nothing to replace it. The bar had very limited hours.

I was highly disappointed as to how we were treated by the staff. My partner and I went down to book a Taxi Friday morning, as we had to catch an early bus ride at 7:15AM to Barcelona on SUNDAY. When we spoke to the receptionist Friday morning she insisted we didn’t need to order a Taxi in advance, as they run 24hours and are on-call. She assured us it would arrive 5 minutes once the reception would call Sunday morning.

Sunday morning comes, we went down at 6:45AM to catch the bus, and the receptionist basically laughed and told us there was likely no chance a taxi would come this early on a Sunday. She called 3 numbers, none of them would pick us up. She then told us there was nothing she could do, and said we had to walk.

It was dark, we had to run 35 minutes to the bus stop, and she did not offer any apology for the mis-informed information.

This was not a good way to leave the hotel. Helpless, missing the bus, and not offered any assistance.

Loved the fact that our room was at the side of the hotel but we still had a balcony with a view to the ocean and to the pool. This hotel was great. The breakfast: anything you wanted they had. the only thing was that our room was not available at check-in and parking is first come first serve. But the staff made up for that small issue,

Very good location right in front of the beach. Clean and modern decoration. Ceiling too thin , you can hear every step of your upper neighbour. In on of our rooms we got one that didn't seem to sleep at all, but at least staff was helpful asking him to be quieter .
Parking is not included. They have limited spaces and , if there are any available, you have to pay for it.

I found this hotel, booked and was there within 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entrance to the hotel is so pretty, put a smile on my face before I even walked in. The local shops and restaurants are a minute away, as is the beach. The food was good, really nice breakfast with lots of choice. The bedding could be more appropriate for the climate, but it's a small gripe.

Great hotel, lovely pool area and amazing ocean view room. Bed a little hard. Didn’t have breakfast but it looked good. Had lunch, tasty burger and prawn salad. Was nice and quiet, can imagine it being very busy during the summer though. Amazing location right on the beach front, about 5-10 minute walk from Roses centre, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.

The staff was really helpful and nice. I especially thank Carlos (I am bad with names, but he worked from 3pm at front desk and was fantastic)who helped us when we arrived and Orion who worked at night. However, everyone was really nice there. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast great (we did not have lunch or dinner). View was beautiful from balcony right in front of beach. More of a family place, but there are some places to dance for teenagers and young people (our kids)

Hotel relativement daté mais globalement propre
En revanche pas d'eau chaude mais tiède pour la douche pendant 2 jours.
L'eau non potable mais pas de bouteille disponible sauf le premier jour.
Une salle de pdj très bruyante.
Selon moi ne mérite pas un 4 étoiles

Wir hatten Poolblick gebucht. Unser Zimmer befand sich direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl, der im Minutentakt rauf und runter fährt. Er ist lauter als der Fernseher auf Zimmerlautstärke. Man hat das Gefühl, ein Zug fährt durch das Zimmer, Tag und Nacht. Wir baten sofort um ein anderes Zimmer, wurden allerdings mit der Aussage, sie haben Poolblick gebucht und Poolblick bekommen, wir sind ausgebucht abgewiesen, obwohl auf allen Buchungsplattformen Zimmer in diesem Hotel buchbar waren. Man vertröstete uns 2 Tage lang mit der Aussage, kommen sie morgen früh, um 12:00 uhr, um 16:00 Uhr, heute abends wieder, vielleicht haben wir dann ein anderes Zimmer! Wir haben pro Nacht 2 Stunden geschlafen. Keine Entschädigung vom Hotel, nicht mal ein Gutschein für die Bar. So ein Zimmer ist nicht vermietbar und hatte mit Urlaub nichts zu tun.

Hotel sulla passeggiata a mare, ai piani alti (noi eravamo al VI ) la vista è spettacolare. Il servizio di pulizia è buono e preciso. La colazione è abbondante e varia (con prevalenza del salato) con il personale di sala molto gentile e disponibile. Pochi posteggi riservati, ma in prossimità c'è ampia disponibilità. La piscina è ben tenuta, ma la clientela osserva poco le disposizioni.

La chica de la recepción del primer dia muy desagradable quería que sin estar la habitación hiciéramos el check pq dice que luego se les juntaba gente y andaba ella mal y encima que nos indico que la entrada era a las 4 y no a las dos como teníamos contratado.La culpa se la echo a Destinia y además sin consultar nos alojaron en una habitación de minusválidos que cada vez que uno se duchaba se inundaba el baño y encima para rematar encima de los compresores de las instalaciones. Lo único positivo la piscina y la playa tan cerca el resto para olvidar. Limpieza en las habitaciones a las 2 de la tarde teníamos que esperar para salir a comer
Creo que un cuatro estrellas es desde la recepción y cuidando al cliente pq la recepcionista de hoy 19 a las 8 de la mañana era encantadora y encima se ha tenido que cargar con la reclamación nuestra y de otros clientes

De accommodatie was netjes en schoon. Elke dag schone handdoeken en om de dag schone lakens. Leuk balkon met zij-uitzicht op zee. Bedden waren goed en lagen lekker.
Het restaurant had een buffet voor het ontbijt en diner. De kwaliteit was wisselend. Wel verse items maar het hoofdgerecht was erg vaak lauw tot koud te noemen. Behalve ter plekke gefrituurde gerechten. Wij hebben er iets van gezegd, de schalen zijn wat opgewarmd en het ging twee dagen goed. Onze laatste avond hebben wij weer koud eten gegeten van het warme buffet. Er had voor het toetjesbuffet wat meer variatie gemaakt kunnen worden maar het smaakte in ieder geval goed.

Hôtel très bien situé au bord de la plage. Très bien dans l’ensemble. Le seul soucis reste le stationnement, trop peu de places à l’hôtel . Il faut vadrouiller autour de l’hôtel. Heureusement à Santa Margarita le stationnement est gratuit.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, nur durch eine Strandpromenade getrennt. Der Pool ist direkt daneben und perfekt für eine Abkühlung.
Wir waren in der 6. Etage die man problemlos über 2 Fahrstühle erreichen kann.
Unsere 2 Doppelzimmer, die direkt nebeneinander lagen, sind sehr hübsch und modern eingreichtet. Auf dem kleinen Balkon sind 2 Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch. Von da aus hatten wir einen seitlichen Meerblick.
Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag sehr gründlich gereinigt. Auch die Handtücher werden JEDEN Tag gewechselt. Das kannten wir bisher nicht.
Direkt nebenan gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants. Da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Uns hat die Musik am Abend/ Nacht nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil: man hatte auf dem Balkon noch ein wenig Unterhaltung :-)
Das Frühstück war lecker und absolut ausreichend! Wir waren zu viert und es war für jeden etwas dabei.
Es sind außnahmslos alle Angestellten sehr freundlich! Jede Frage wurde uns sofort (auch schon im Vorfeld per E-Mail) beantwortet. Wenn wir Hilfe brauchten, bekamen wir diese direkt.
Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden gewesen und können das Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen!

Hôtel très bien placé, les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est grand et copieux (sucré et salé). Nous avons été très bien accueilli.
Toutefois je ne mets que 2 étoiles pour le service car la réception a refusé que la boutique Les Caprices De Pinocchio laisse un colis pour nous. Le gérant de ce magasin a la gentillesse de livrer les achats de ses clients dans les hôtels de Rosas, du plus modeste au plus prestigieux sans soucis. C'est un service offert pour éviter de porter les achats depuis le centre-ville jusqu'à l'hôtel. Il s'est fait littéralement expulsé par la réceptionniste, ça ne lui était jamais arrivé en 5 ans... La réceptionniste ne voulait même pas m'appeler dans ma chambre pour que je descende récupérer nos achats. Après avoir longtemps insisté elle a fini par le faire puis lui a demandé de m'attendre dans la rue sous prétexte qu'il n'était pas client de l'hôtel. Nouvelle politique de l'hôtel ou incompétence de la réceptionniste ? Allez savoir...

Lo bueno: La ubicación del Hotel al frente de la playa excelente ubicación una persona del personal recepción que nos soluciono el mal olor de la ventilación muy amable y muy competente.
Lo malo: Solo dos ascensores y muy lentos
- Desayuno regular, la cena costo 23 euros, muy poco para ser bufé, la cena era de 20:00 horas hasta 22:00, llegamos al comedor a las 20:20 y la carne y otros alimentos estaban terminadas y no repusieron.
- La habitación por intermedio de la ventilación entrada un olor a humedad se le dijo al personal de recepción la primera vez no paso nada al día siguiente volvimos a reclamar y arreglaron el asunto con un tipo de desodorante de ambiental en el sistema.
- El cobro de 3 euros por toallas para la piscina.
Estos debería mejorar el Hotel para conservar la cuatro estrellas que tiene.

Eigentlich sollten es drei Tage Relaxing werden, aber die Einrichtung ist im die Jahre gekommen. Der Speisesaal erinnert an eine Kantine, obgleich das Essen ganz gut war. Lage ist gut, Fenster nicht schallisoliert. Sehr laute Umgebungsgeräusche und laut knallende Türen.

Problème au check in. Alors que sur le site d'hotels.com il est mentionné une heure d'arrivée à 14h, nous n'avons pu avoir notre chambre qu'à 16h30. La réception nous a répondu que c'est une erreur du site. Les arrivées se font à 16h. A 16 h la chambre toujours pas prête. Avons pu accéder à la piscine de 16 à 16h30 où à cette heure là nous avons pu accéder à la chambre. Chambre propre en général, mais peut mieux faire. Par contre les transats à la piscine sont dans un mauvais état de propreté et abîmés. Il mériterait d'être changé. La climatisation bloquait à 22 degrés dans la chambre quand il fait 30 degrés dehors c'est supportable mais au delà il doit y faire chaud. C'est notre 2ème séjour dans cet hôtel, j'ai été déçue de notre arrvée et je changerai d'hôtel la prochaine fois.

Ne pas prendre la chambre 423 elle est à côté de l’ascenseur et le bruit est incessant. Nous avons dû changer de chambre tellement c’était usant !

Séjour très agréable. Personnel souriant et très accueillant. Chambre très agréable et propreté irréprochable dans la chambre et dans le reste de l'hôtel, c'est à souligner car ce n'est pas toujours le cas dans tous les hôtels. Accès à la mer. Nous recommandons très fortement cet établissement.
