Very small and uncomfortable shower, cannot even move. Bed mattress is hard and pillows very thin. AC tem down to 23 only, ridiculous. Annoucment in Hotel.com stated parquing was available, but it was never for us. I had to wait to 11 pm to move my car to acroos the street and it costs 17 euros per night.
Area is very good, access to night life and all tours. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is clean, has a restaurant that We did not use, but looks great. When I booked my room it said I had ocean view, and yes, we had to put iur entire bidy out the window to see the water through a hall between 2 buildings.

We reserved, pre-paid 2 rooms and got confirmations. It took the hotel reception 45 mins to check in 3 couples in front of us. When our turn came they told us they had no rooms for us and told us to wait while they found us another hotel. 30 mins later they gave us rooms in a hotel 18km away! (Fortunately that hotel was great) My advice is never book at the Risech. Staff are useless and we never got one apology from the 2 of them.

The location is great, the service was attentive, but it’s VERY noisy. The walls are paper things and you can even hear the chairs being dragged all over the restaurant that was 2 floors below.

Unfortunately the room we were in was a great disappointment.. There was a very unpleasant smell in the room; the shower was awful...it sprayed water all over the bathroom and there was no smoke detector in the room and in conclusion, the walls were so thin you could hear the people in the next room talking.

The room was nice and had amamazing balcony view of the beach. It was near to the busstops and many restaurants nearby. But the Batroom door was a bit tricky. It was too tight and initially once we locked ourself inside it took quite some effort to come out as the lockc didnt open. But other than that the stay was nice and very comfy room.

This hotel is in a great location right on the beach. The restaurant looks lovely (although we didn't eat there) and the communal areas of the hotel were good. The bedroom was small and the decor very tired particularly in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel in good position in Roses (clean but needs updating), with lovely views. Breakfast is sufficient, more continental but nothing hot. Also, small yard/garden for outside seating. The separate restaurant is a very good standard. Shower is far too small with surrounding curtains that stick to you! (we are small built people). Close to shops & restaurants down narrow streets, which we really enjoyed. Parking is expensive opposite, so necessary to park 5/10 minutes walk away (free). Parking overnight ok (after 8pm) in the road, but make sure you move by 10am or pay at the machine! Its a one-way system along the front, so if you miss a parking space before reaching the hotel, it will take at least 5 mins. to go round again. Land-train was a very good trip. Pleasant stay in a good location.

Got moved to different hotel
I reserved and prepaid for my reservation at this hotel through Expedia. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I was being relocated to a different and \"sister\" hotel down the street named Ramblamar. I was truly shocked. I was there during the off season, so I am sure Hotel Risech was not overbooked. Hotel Ramblamar was nowhere near as good as Hotel Risech, and did not have a restaurant inside the hotel. I was very disappointed by how the hotel handle my prepaid reservation. If I could not stay at Hotel Risech, my reservation and prepaid charges should not have been accepted.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in decent condition. There was a quite loud mechanical noise and vibration coming from behind one of the walls time to time. The hotel is officially non-smoking, yet the rule is not enforced or may be not enforceable and the tobacco smell is everywhere.

The hotel is in an prime location, right across from the beach in the middle of town, I would definitely stay there again

les reproches éventuels que je peux faire est qu'il n'y a pas de parking gratuit sur place (16 € pour 24 h en face l'hôtel),pas de piscine et la climatisation de la chambre envoie un air froid sur le lit .Le déjeuner est copieux. Je n'est pas testé le restaurant sur place mais il semble de bonne augure. Les rues commerçantes sont sur place et les petits resto typiques 2 rues derrières.

Das Bad war veraltet und rostig, beim duschen ist dass Wasser stehengeblieben wahrscheinlich war der Abfluss verstopft. Das Zimmer roch nicht gut, genauso wie dass Wasser vom Hahn am Waschbecken. Ich könnte damit meine Zähne nicht putzen weil, dass Wasser so schlimm gerochen hat.
Die Lage des Hotels war gut direkt gegenüber vom Meer und vielen Restaurants.
Personal war sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstücksbüffet gab es keine große Auswahl an Speisen, jedoch frisch und lecker.

Wir hatten einen Parkplatz gebucht aber bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, dass in der Garage aktuell kein Parken möglich sei (bauliche Probleme). Den Parkplatz hatten wir letztes Jahr mitreserviert (17€/Tag). Wir hätten nur am Hafen parken können (Festpreis für 24 h), und wenn man den Parkplatz für einen Ausflug verlassen wollte, musste dann wieder pro Stunde bezahlt werden . Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren zwar sehr freundlich, aber das Hotel hatte sich wohl nicht darum gekümmert, dass für Gäste, die diese Parkplatz gebucht hatten eine anderer Parkplatz zur Verfügung stand. Unter Service verstehen wir etwas anderes. Das geht gar nicht.

La rue est extrêmement bruyante. À notre arrivée, la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer : des cheveux et poils étaient éparpillés sur le sol. Le lendemain, c’était un peu mieux. La chambre elle-même aurait besoin d’une sérieuse rénovation, car elle ne correspond pas du tout aux photos et manque d'équipements, notamment un réfrigérateur. Située au premier étage, la vue donne principalement sur un parking, la rue, un arbre, avec un aperçu de la mer en arrière-plan. Le matelas était dans un état lamentable, très vieux avec des ressorts rouillés. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner était excellent. En résumé, cet établissement peut convenir pour une ou deux nuits, mais nous le déconseillons fortement pour un séjour plus long.

Chambre triple, à rénover ! La baignoire est en mauvais état, fissuré, trouée et rouillée. La faïence était en cassée par endroit, avec des morceaux remis à la va-vite, sans colle. L'abattant des WC est en mauvais état également. La propreté de la salle de bains était à revoir (cheveux, miroir sale). A notre arrivée, nous avons du signaler que la baignoire était bouchée.
En ce qui concerne la literie, les matelas ne sont pas confortables, et les oreillers non plus (très plat). Vieux meubles en bois. Etagères du placard en état moyen aussi.

Nice location and great view from the room. But the hotel is old and it's noticeable. Service in the reception are kind but not that great, eg not allowed to bring towels to the beach. It's overall poor ratio from quality to price. We've booked another hotel I Roses for our return that looks much better and is only marginally more expensive.

Schimmel und bröckelnder Putz im Bad. Sehr laute Straße (hätten wir uns aber denken können weil direkt an der Corniche/Strandpromenade). Das Personal am Empfang war desinteressiert. Seitdem wir uns ins Hauseigene WLAN angemeldet haben bekommen wir Spanische Spams! Also Vorsicht!
Übrigens. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert! Gut, nicht teuer und sehr nettes Personal!

Die klima-Anlage roch nach abwasser. Im zimmer wurde es unerträglich heiss wenn mann die klima auslies. Das Bad war winzig und die betten schmal. Das Hotel hat keinen parkplatz. Mit viel glück oder geduld bekam man im öffentlichen parkplatz für 24 Euro am Tag einen Stellplatz. Der Ort selbst ist mehr als überlaufen. Vor dem Hotel die Hauptverkehrsader, dahinter direkt der Strand, der ist aber nicht besonders. Es war mit 253 Euro pro nacht zu dem zeitpunkt eines der günstigeren Hotels, ich dachte aber nicht dass man für so einen Preis so wenig bekommen kann.
Das Frühstück war ok, und die Sauberkeit im Hotel auch.
