I felt so at home and well cared for by the exceptional staff at Can Marquet. They went above and beyond to help me with several specific requests.
The breakfast cook is a fantastic massage therapist who offers in-room service in the afternoons.
The location is peaceful and very close to Santa Gertrudis, with central access to the entire island. The rustic yet comfortable wood cabin was a perfect place to decompress.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The perfect retreat in Ibiza - pure bliss!

This was our second time staying at Le Marquis and it certainly won’t be our last, we love it there! It’s such a tranquil environment where you can chill out in a luxury environment. The service from all the staff is impeccable and so friendly, you feel relaxed from the minute you arrive! It’s all the little added extras that make the difference and there’s so many different spaces you can relax in. The restaurant onsite (La Leyenda) is also incredible. The majority of the ingredients are grown on site and the staff who serve and cook it are so passionate about the food that you can taste the difference. The staff were so attentive and knowledgeable and gave great food and wine pairing recommendations. We chose to sit in the garden for our dinner which was on a hill top overlooking a small town, surrounded by fairy lights with soft music playing, it really was idyllic. Counting down the time until we’re back next year!

The hotel is far away from the crowd, which is a plus. The staff is more than perfect, they helped us in every way, answered all our questions.
The breakfast was also perfect, the buffet was full of different choices. But the room needs a big improvement. The air condition was full of dust, which seems to be cleaned years ago. Also we had different kinds of bugs in our room, which we easily got rid of but a facility in the middle of the nature, should take necessary precautions like using ultrasonic pest repellers or something else.

Lovely pool area, breakfast and gardens. The tables for the breakfast were also lovely overlooking the garden; very laid back. Other food rather expensive but nice restaurants every where in Ibiza. Our wooden chalet door could easily be opened even when locked but the place felt safe so not a problem. I have had more absorbent bathroom towels

A very welcoming place to stay

We stayed here for four nights as we were attending a wedding in the vicinity. We would like to say a big thank you to Alina for being so welcoming. The bungalows are log cabins but have everything we needed for a great stay however, a fridge, kettle and safe would be the only suggestions I would make to improve the stay. The pool is lovely, the views are great and the area is so peaceful and relaxing. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was wonderful. Breakfast consisted of a great choice of foods. Fruit, cereals, yogurt, cooked breakfast, cakes, breads, pastries, fresh juices and coffee. It was very good. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Fantastic for a relaxing holiday or great for touring the island. We visited for a relaxing long weekend all facilities are exceptional and although the accommodation was fully booked we never met more than 2 or 3 people at a time. Staff could not be more attentive to ensure your stay was a delight. Breakfast was excellent and a great start to the day. We decided las min to book a car at 9am on the Sunday morning, the staff had a car arranged and delivered before 12 hassle free. Another visit is a definite must !!

I love this hotel!

Le Marquis is simply perfect! Hidden from all the madness, but no more than 30 mins drive to it.
The rooms are beautifully done, very relaxing mood, the pool is clean and has a honesty bar at the varanda. Breakfast is very opulent and they have even made efforts to accommodate our vegan diet requirements.
Alina from reception is incredible and she's able to make your stay a very special one, she helped us in so many ways...we are eternally grateful.
Eva, the cat, is also great and very cute indeed.
Our favourite restaurant in the area is Wild Beets and it's only 5 mins drive from the hotel.
Highly recommended!

Quiet, character, quaint, memorable

Idyllic stay . Cross between Med and Moroccan. Very quiet and full of lovely surprises. If you want to get away from it all but have the ability to drive within 30 minutes to any side of the island then this is it.
Perfect wedding anniversary.

quiet hotel, pretty landscape and views

Pleasant staff, friendly and helpful.
Extensive breakfast and very good coffee.
Hotel very central on the island, so always close to wherever you want to go.
Everything you want or need available nearby ( 5 minutes in car - 15 minutes walk ) in Santa Getrudas.
Definitely would book again in the future.

A Hidden Gem!

We arrived very late our first of 3 nights at Le Marquis after delayed flights, missing luggage and no phone and were warmly greeted by an angel who offered us refreshments, lent a kind ear & provided tons of assistance during our stay (including doing some laundry for us!) A delicious breakfast was included daily. The quaint bungalow was clean & so comfortable and made us feel relaxed despite our travel stress. It's only a 15 min. moped ride to the beach and even closer to fabulous shops & restaurants. We would definitely stay here again, away from the commercial shore and noise.

Very relaxing, quiet location.

Everything was lovely, especially the Jasmine and Bouganvillia around our private terrace which made our room smell amazing every night, however the cats- owned and stray were a constant nuisance at meal times. I love animals but having them steal food off guests plates and from the breakfast buffet every morning was really quite disgusting and strangely the staff didn't seem bothered by it or try to remedy the problem. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the cabins, the bed is perfect, the air conditioning is silent, the bathroom part is not very high but we get used to it quickly. The staff is fantastic! The location of Can Marquet is ideal and located at height. The breakfast is really perfect. We recommend 100%! We will surely return quickly. — ———- FR: Nous avons séjourné dans les cabanes, le lit est parfait, la climatisation silencieuse , la partie salle de bain n’est pas très haute mais on s’y fait rapidement. Le personnel est fantastique ! L’emplacement de Can Marquet est idéal et situé en hauteur. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment parfait. On recommande à 100%! Nous y retournerons sûrement vite.

Gezien de vorige beoordelingen ..blijkbaar allen van een hele tijd geleden.... zag er veelbelovend uit.
Eén grote teleurstelling op uitzondering van het personeel
Gelogeerd in een houten chalet, eerder veredeld tuinhuis zonder licht, hier en daar een scheve spaarlamp .
Douchegedeelte met schimmel en schimmelgeur , kartonnen handdoeken ,
Ontbijt : brood van minstens 2 dagen oud , overjaars fruit
Zwembad : ligzetels met gescheurde lakens en kussens om echt vies van te zijn
Prijs : ong.. 150€/ nacht is echt 'not done'
Ondanks een reservatie van 3 nachten, zijn wij het afgebold na 2 nachten
Blijkt dat de accommodatie te koop staat , en dat is er goed aan te zien
Het personeel doet zijn best , maar d'er is heel wat werk aan de winkel

Zalig hotel, een echt rustpunt. Ideale ligging om het eiland te verkennen. Het personeel doet er alles aan om het verblijf naar je zin te maken. In de tuinbungalow is alles wat je nodig hebt, ook airco. Het is mooi ingericht. Het enige wat een beetje vervelend was, is de houten vloer die kraakt als iemand 's nachts naar toilet gaat. Voor de rest een heerlijke ervaring!

Geheimtip: kleines Landhotel

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse mit Blick auf den gepflegten Garten. Das Zimmer war im mediteranen Stil gehalten mit Holz und Stein, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Es war etwas dunkel, was uns aber nicht weiter störte, da wir uns nur zum Schlafen darin aufhielten. Ein ausgiebiges Frühstück mit selbstgemachtem Brot, selbstgemachten Croissants, teils auch selbstgemachtem Kuchen und Pain au Chocolat gab es von 9-12 Uhr. Am Pool, im Restaurant-/ Barbetrieb, auf der überdachten Terrasse oder im Garten konnte man in Ruhe chillen. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und auch willkommen. Das Essen war hervorragend und die Köchin ging ganz selbstverständlich auf meine Unverträglichkeiten ein. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit hohem Erholungswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😀🙋

Wat een heerlijk hotel! Rustig gelegen met een prachtige tuin. We werden allerhartelijkst ontvangen met een glas cava. De huisjes in de tuin zijn leuk. Niet superluxe, maar schoon, gezellig en heerlijk rustig. Helaas regende het 1 nacht echt keihard. Toen lekte het dak bij alle huisjes... maar dat schijnt vrijwel nooit te gebeuren, alleen bij uitzonderlijk weer. Verder is het ontbijt zalig. De koude snacks (gazpacho, salade, kazen) zijn prima, warme gerechten niet aan te bevelen. Voor het diner kun je beter elders terecht.

Tolle Anlage aber unser Zimmer war nicht im Hauptgebäude sondern separat im Gartenhäuschenstil, ansonsten aber nichts verkehrt damit. Supernetter Empfang trotz später Ankunft, da etwas schwer zu finden. Für spanische Verhältnisse klasse Frühstück.

One of the best hotel stays ever.

This was one of the best stays at a hotel. From the very first moment Maria checked us in it was pure pleasure and relaxation. They really made us feel like home. The place is beautiful, service is friendly and familiar - all relaxed without any extra hassle.

I almost do not want to publish my 5 star rating to them, as I want to keep it to myself! and make sure there's a room available whenever I want to go back. I will go back.

We stayed at a bungalow and can really recommend it to anyone wanting peace and quiet, but still around the beautiful old countryhouse and the garden/pool.

La atención recibida desde antes de llegar al hotel, ya que tuvimos que solicitar el check in más tarde por cuestión de nuestro vuelo, como durante nuestra estancia en él, tenemos que decir que ha sido totalmente exquisita.
Sólo hemos estado alojados 3 noches pero nos llevamos un recuerdo inmejorable y seguramente que si podemos en el futuro repetiremos estancia en LE MARQUIS.

Buena opcion para descansar

Ha sido una experiencia gratificante haberme hospedado en este hotel. El desayuno es fantastico, pero podria empezar mas temprano (9 a 12) ya que salir a las 10 es tarde si lo que planeas es ir a Formentera (p.e.). Las cabañas (pequeñas para mi gusto) son totalmente de madera y se calientan demasiado durante el dia (hay que mantener el aire acondicionado encendido). Son frescas por la noche. La cerradura de la cabaña se trababa (quizas por la expansion de la madera). El sector de la piscina es muy disfrutable. La decoracion es apropiada. El personal de recepcion es altamente servicial. Hay servicio de snacks hasta las 11pm.

Geweldig mooie en romantische agriturismo

LeMarquis is echt een geweldige locatie!! Idyllisch, romantisch, fotogeniek en ideaal voor onze huwelijksreis. De fotoshoot op Ibiza die wij voor onze bruiloft kregen, hebben we dan ook gewoon bij het hotel gedaan. Heel bijzonder!
Om dit hotel voor een wat breder publiek betaalbaar te houden zijn in de tuin bungalows geplaatst. Deze zijn eenvoudig, maar voldoen.
De centrale ligging op het eiland is misschien niet de meest voor de hand liggende, maar aangezien je toch een auto of scooter nodig hebt op het eiland is het de ideale uitvalsbasis om het hele eiland te zien.

Leuk en gezellie hotel

Heel rustig en centraal gelegen op het eiland.
Hotelpersoneel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Auto is wel nodig ivm met de afstanden naar oa ibiza-stad en stranden.

Lieu très reposant, authentique et calme.

Venus pour un mariage à Ibiza, que nous ne connaissions pas, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la beauté des paysages, des maisons et églises et par la propreté du pays en général. Concernant l'agroturismo Marquis, où nous séjournions, l'emplacement dominant la vallée était très appréciable. Le bâtiment principal plein de charme, mais le chalet dans lequel nous étions, était par contre un peu rustique et les infiltrations d'eau les jours de pluie, ainsi que les traces d'humidité laissées par la douche, nous ont laissé un mauvais souvenir. Pareil pour le mobilier extérieur humide et moisi.Personnel souriant, efficace.Grande impression de liberté que l'on n'a pas dans un hôtel classique.
