Stayed for 2 days. Power went out 8 times during our stay. My wife was stuck in the elevator during one of the outages. Restaurant was overpriced. The charge extra for daybeds by the main pool. Would not recommend this hotel.

A nice stay but a few things can improve

Our room was a one bed suite and it was so lovely. Very clean and a great size.
Check in was really disorganised and the queue was too long. Finding the room was also a bit tricky.
Pool area nice but no beds available. Restaurant was nice by the pool, food was tasty but the service was a bit slow.

You have a minimum spend to use the beds even though you paid for the hotel. The extra pool in the pictures is for the Mondrian. Our AC didn’t work (sweating every night) and our bathroom had a major leak from the ceiling which had been there for awhile given there was a small flower growing out the ceiling.

The hotel is lovely and on the sandy beautiful beach front. The surround area of the hotel is also beautiful with many restaurants option and things to do. Definitely recommend and would go again. Breakfast is also good and dinning options are great. Rooms are clean and stylish, love the hotel deco.

Hotel itself appears to harbour aspirations of being 5 star, but lacks the attention to detail to achieve this e.g. cracked/missing tiles coming out of the pool. However, this is just an impression and, as stated, service was outstanding and our stay was great.

The staff were kind and helpful unfortunately the hotel is 3 stars at best. The air conditioner barely worked even when we informed them and they sent maintenance to fix it. The place is quite far so if you’re going to spend a lot time in old town it’s not a convenient/prime location. The roads to the hotel are long and windy with no light at night which can be nerve wrecking (it’s not the hotels fault but people should be wary of how far it is from a lot of things).. our check in was at 3pm and we got our room at 4:40pm after flying for 10+ hours..

We had to change rooms twice first because of a strong smell, then due to more issues. Still, things got worse: my wife and I both became violently ill just 1–2 hours after eating only the hotel’s breakfast and room service.

On top of that, there was no hot water in our room. After a technician’s visit, the only explanation given was that the hotel’s water system couldn’t handle guest demand. Completely unacceptable for a so‑called high‑end property.

We travel year‑round and stay in luxury hotels worldwide we’ve never experienced anything like this. Definitely would not return.

Really nice hotel in a quiet part of town away from the crowds. Property itself was a little confusing with three buildings that are connecting in different way making it difficult to get around. We also noticed that a couple of pools had a minimum spend of €150 per day which we thought was excessive.

Only snall issue was the fact the lovely double beds advertised on the website at an additional spend and all reserved.
But we made the most of the gorgeous beach which was just down some steps from the hotel.

I recently stayed at HYDE IBIZA and had a fantastic experience overall. The hotel is in a prime location—just steps from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, which made exploring the area effortless.

The atmosphere around the pool is a definite highlight: vibrant yet relaxed, with delicious food and drinks served poolside that added a touch of luxury to every afternoon.

The balcony area was another standout feature, offering a great spot to unwind and enjoy a great view of the water. I also have to mention the staff—they were consistently friendly, helpful, and really contributed to the laid-back, welcoming feel of the hotel.

The only downside for me was that the room felt a bit smaller than expected. It wasn’t a major issue, but worth noting for anyone who prefers a bit more space.

Overall, HYDE IBIZA delivers on style, service, and location. I'd happily return and recommend it to others looking for a chill, beachside stay in Ibiza.

I stayed at Hyde in 2024 and booked it again in 2025 on the back of an extremely positive experience. The quality massively dropped: the room had a number of issues which made it more of a 2-stars than a 4-stars hotel, primarily due to lack of maintenance. The breakfast was the spectrum of last year’s. All in all, a notable decline - not worth the money.

A very enjoyable venue to celebrate our daughter completing her exams. Whilst the standard rooms were on the smaller side and service was slow, the interior design, breakfast and pools were terrific. Super convenient gated access to the beautiful Cala
Llonga beach and efficient concierge service when requesting taxi transfers. Would recommend.

Hotel was nice enough, however, the air con is terrible. It isn't even that hot when we stayed (around 25 degree, early June) but the air con was rubbish. They came three times to look at it and supposedly fix it. But it never really felt like it was cooling the room so we were always hot, especially when sleeping so had a bad sleep. Rooms are small and the bathroom also felt cramped.Pillows weren't great so had to request more. I wouldn't stay here again on account of the air con not being great.

The property was beautiful and a perfect place to relax being nearby the beach and restaurants, secluded by a beautiful cove. However with service issues being consistent throughout our stay, we ran into a lot of issues with Hyde Hotel. Nobody answering the phone, waiting an hour for our food and drinks by the pool, NIKO restaurant took long time to apply our discount and hesitated to even give it. Also the ATM on the property will still process your transaction even if you click cancel, this happened twice during our stay.

Although there were cons with Hyde, a special shoutout is deserved to the bartender at the bar by the lobby. He modified the drink to my liking too! Very sweet of him.

The pools that sell the property on the ads have a min spend of 80 euros a day, so we reserved one as it also has a DJ. We were asked to choose which specific bed we'd like. We came down the next day to find it had gone so we took another, then around 3/4 we asked where the DJ was. Then we asked again, and again, and again. Three members of staff who all said they'd find out and be right back and they looked blank when we asked again, finally we got an answer...apparently sick, they should have been there at 12.
Had we been told we'd have spent our day and money elsewhere but to his credit the manager knocked something off our bill. Chips that came were hard and cold but were replaced. it is expensive, 12 euros for a mocktail (I am pregnant). We were delivered drinks for another bed and found them on our bill and had to ask for them to be removed. Shambles, but hopefully just a bad day for them.

Ordered room service one night, one burger was fab, the other had obviously been microwaved to oblivion and was a greasy, disintegrating mess and inedible. TV casting didn't work.

The rooms are small but nicely decorated, the shower is great if you enjoy hot and cold therapy but not much good for anything else. Taxis came promptly every time we ordered and the valets were very good.

Style over function in a beautiful setting but there isn't much to Cala Llonga (Nun on the beach is a must visit though), we would stay in Santa Eularia or the old town if we came again.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely and a good size. We did experience the aforementioned drain smell on the first day, but it didn't last.

The location is great, it was very easy to get to the beach via the pool area, a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants, taxi rank etc.

They do offer late check-out if its available - up to 7pm which was super handy, we did have to pay for this but it was good for us, as our flight was very late.

The only negative point was that they never replaced the water or the coffee pods each day. Basic human needs people!

We enjoyed our stay at Hyde Ibiza! Loved the pool area as well as the beach which was walkable to get to from the hotel and made the best view from the pool. The pool staff was super friendly and attentive to the guests. The hotel itself looks very new and trendy (in a good way!) and the rooms were small but also cute! Unfortunately, our room was on one of the lower floors and had a pretty bad smell. That made me quite upset as this seemed to be a nice property. We didn't make any complaints and I noticed some previous reviews stated the same so hopefully its something they can get sorted. If that was resolved, I would definitely stay here again. If not, we would choose a different property.

The hotel was in a great location, Cala Llonga is really nice. Beach and nice restaurants close by. The hotel had different dining options and bars, as well as various pools and a really modern gym. The rooms were nice too, however it didn’t feel like the floors were cleaned and there was constant smell during days 5-8 of my stay of drainage/sewerage. The smell was quite overwhelming walking into the room after a long day. The hotel on the outside and lifts need a revamp also.

We stayed last year when it was just launched and had a better experience the first visit. This visit the pools all had reserved daybeds for 150euro spend per day with minimal free sunloungers available which meant if you weren’t at the pool early there was nowhere for you to sit unless you pay extra. The main pool had a dj most afternoons but the music was only good on one day and it was really loud so not great if not to your liking. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned well daily but things like the shower gel, loo rolls etc were not checked and three times we had to ask for these to be replenished. The rooms have pod coffee machines but they don’t refill these after arrival and you need to order on room service which seems really stingy and pointless there being a machine in the room. The location of the hotel is great, lovely views and right on the beach. It still has drainage issues/sewage problems as it did last year (showers flood snd smells of sewage, bungalow loos blocked). We enjoyed our stay overall but not sure we would return as the pool experience is not great and it has ruined the vibe

The hotel is very boutique and has a luxury feel to it. Using the valet parking was an amazing experience to say the least and really helped. The only possible thing would be to advise that if you want to use the beds by the pools, be expected to pay a bit of money to secure them. This was not a problem but something we weren’t aware of before we arrived. 5/5 for cleanliness, rooms were stunning and couldn’t fault anything in the hotel! Would definitely revisit.

The hotel was pretty. The little bay is nice and there were a few good restaurants nearby. There is also a landing right there for a water taxi that takes you to a few places on the island, including the old town. It was almost impossible to get a lounge chair at one of the many pools they had - I guess you have to make reservations days in advance and pay $100 in food and drink. Also, it took three days for them to clean the room, and when they did, they didn't clean the floor to the surfaces in the bathroom; mostly changed the bottom sheet on the bed and swapped out the towels.

All the restaurants at the Hyde and Mondrian are excellent, there are four options for pools to fit every mood, a gym with a decent selection of equipment, beautiful decor, and the beach at Cala Llonga is beautiful as well. My stay at Hyde Ibiza was truly remarkable. The hotel's chic, modern design and vibrant atmosphere made for a delightful experience. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, offering something for everyone. The hotel's prime location in Cala Llonga made exploring the area easy and convenient, with beautiful beaches and local attractions just a short walk away. The rooftop terrace provided stunning views and a perfect place to unwind. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't working, making the room uncomfortably hot. Despite this, Hyde Ibiza exceeded my expectations, and I felt secure and well-cared for throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel—10/10

Service was a major let down

Awful hotel. Service was worst we have known, especially considering it’s not a cheaper hotel on the island.
There was various items but on the first night upon arriving there was a crib for a new born in the room which was to sleep a 1 year old, we was told that was the only crib they have and older babies sleep in the bed. 2 hours later a larger one to magically appear.
The balcony door would not lock and we was told they would not be able to fix it till the morning but would not put us in a safe room.
Our baby fell over in the room banging their head badly (as there was no cot to sleep in) and we called down for ice urgently after explaining. 25 min later no ice we had to go to reception with blaring music to get ice with the child.
Air con is not working properly but they won’t address this.
Charged 20euros a day for vallet parking but the vallet would stand and watch us struggle to get prams and luggage in cars.
Awful experience but worse off the mangers just laugh and we’re extremely rude.

Worst customer service of any hotel ever. I spend about 150 nights a year in hotels. This was the worst. From valet to reception to cleaning people. Everything. Complete incompetence through and through. Stay anywhere but here or Mondrian. They’re adjoining and half of the services are there. Absolutely awful. The hotel is a really nice modern hotel set in a beautiful location, the views from the rooms were insane, the pools were all stunning with a different vibe in each, plenty of sun loungers & beds, the wet deck area was so chilled & relaxed I could have stayed there all day, the beach was a walk down a few steps from the pool & is a beautiful beach with clear blue sea, the hotel decor inside & out is aesthetically pleasing, clean throughout, the staff were helpful & friendly however there were a few negatives during my week long trip, the food menus throughout the hotel were very minimum, especially if you do not like fish, they did not have a children's menu which I found bizarre, the food I would not call reasonably priced for what it is, if I return I will not go b&b option, i would eat in the restaurants located just outside the hotel, plenty of them with large selection of food, there are only 2 lifts in the main reception which are also used by the staff, the wait time for the lifts was always quite long so if your on the top floor & unable to take the stairs you will be waiting a while, the VIP deluxe king rooms I found very, very small, this resulted to us upgrading to a suite, the suite was much larger in size, stunning inside & out with a large terrace area, overall my stay at the Hyde was a 8/10

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfy and the breakfast was excellent. Our only fault was the strong smell of sewage in the stairwell leading to the pool. It was very unpleasant at times. We could get a smell in the bathroom too.

DON'T STAY HERE

This was one of the worst stays I've ever had in a hotel. No working hot water. The entire property reeked of sewage. The bedding was so so so bad and the hotel wasn't clean. The bedding on the pool beds was absolutely filthy. I could also hear every single conversation in the hallway and other rooms. There was absolutely no noise insulation. I cannot believe how awful this hotel was.
