The hotel is very clean and the outside area is lovely!

The design is dated, but that didn’t bother us.

We were in Ibiza for our wedding food and wine tasting and we bought the remaining bottles back to the hotel. We were refused to borrow a glass to drink these on our balcony (the staff were rude) even though we had seen several people drinking cans from supermarket bags by the pool!

Lovely hotel, greeted by the friendliest staff who were very helpful during my stay.
Room spacious and clean, maid came every day.
Plenty of comfortable public space to chill and relax.
Bar with plenty of seating offers entertainment every other night
Pool terrace, relaxing seating and dining area, food delicious, well presented and affordable
Decent sized pool
Beautiful roof terrace with huge sofa beds
Not a lot outside, but the marina and beach 10-15 minutes walk away
Fresh buffet breakfast with lots to choose from.
Overall very peaceful and relaxing stay

Everything you want for a relaxing stay. Short walk from bus stop to airport, able to check in late 23:30. Breakfast had a great choice, room clean and beds comfortable. Spa was a lovely bonus and check out at midday. Only complaint is the outdoor pool is freezing.

We stayed for two weeks. The hotel was fine, but it is rather dated. This is the first time we’ve encountered a hotel charging extra to use the in-room safe – a basic amenity that is normally included anywhere in the world. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were lovely and helpful.

A clean, spacious room with lovely sheets and towels. Sunrise from my bed was a stunning addition. In fact the whole hotel has a spavious feel with large lobby and bar area. Don't expect up to the minute decor or music but more of a traditioal/older vibe, that said I love it as the sea view rooms are so tranquil and the pool always has a space and shade. It is not a place to see and be seen but is a truly relaxing holiday within walking distance of the centre full of restaurants and bars and a large supermarket on your doorstep. The spa is a great bonus too. I will be back!

Even though it is outdated I did find it to be a relaxing enjoyable stay. I only had one major issue and that was the beds are rock hard. 2 nights of waking up with bad back pain. If they are going to update anything they should start there! Also, it’s a 20 minute walk to the port if you plan to take ferry.

A lovely quiet hotel.

A lovely quiet hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast selection. Drinks/cocktails are priced very reasonably. The pool is great and there’s a coastal walk around the corner.
The hotel also las an ATM and 12pm checkout which we all are grateful for!

The Grupotel was easily the best choice of hotel for us as a couple: quiet, but close to town, chilled but had things to do and didn’t feel very very busy.

The pool and surrounds is very nice and comfortable with sun loungers all around. Only one day(of 7) was there an issue with people “reserving” beds with towels but not appearing for the entire day.

The walk to town which is mentioned in lots of reviews is actually a short step into town.

Excellent hotel and great value

Hotel is a little dated but don’t let that put you off, it’s clean. Staff very good, helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is exceptional and all staff were very helpful. The pool area was lovely and quiet at the start of the season and the spa downstairs was a lovely little haven.

Lovely hotel .We had a fabulous sea view room with a balcony which caught the morning sun . Easy walk into Santa Eularia. No need to be up at dawn to grab a sun bed always plenty at anytime of day. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Heated pool downstairs in the spa but be prepared for nudity in the sauna etc !
Food was very good and would cater for most tastes .
Staff very helpful and friendly . We would definitely love to return .

Enjoyable stay, good solid hotel with good amenities. Enjoyable snacks and drinks although food only on offer 12-3pm in the bar. We didn't take the buffet breakfast or evening meal option. Pool was a little cold due to time of year and it is a very quiet hotel popular with older couples. A little walk about 15 minutes to town or about €7 taxi ride. Good access to coastal walk, about 10 minutes walk to nearest beach. Some may find it dated and it is very traditional in set up but good value for money.

The Grupotel is a lovely spacious hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. If dinning there, there is great varieties of different dishes that is constantly being topped up and is delicious. The hotel has a spacious pool and pool area with no sunbed wars. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely pool deck. Most staff were friendly. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. But, there were a number of areas for improvement. No hand soap in bathroom (not acceptable in a post Covid era), we had to request it from the front desk; Antiquated safe, for a fee, again to be requested from front desk. The food buffet for breakfast and dinner was substandard, often meat was undercooked or overdone. Quantity over quality was the focus. Always forced to eat in cafeteria style dining room, there should be outdoor options considering people are coming to enjoy the weather and the outdoors. Lots of lobby area underutilized, furnishings are very dated and look like a retirement home setting. On a positive note, evening entertainment was quite good. This resort seems to be geared towards seniors, it’s missing a fun vibe.

Ibiza was not a place I thought I would ever visit because of its party image. However I was invited to a wedding in Santa Eulària so booked this hotel.

What a beautiful place to visit, quiet beaches and this hotel was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and even though it was full you wouldn’t have known.

The food was that good and at a reasonable cost that we upgraded to half board.

We will be staying again.

I have given reviews of excellent for this hotel which we have now visited several times.
We had breakfast which was excellent and we had lunch each day in the bar area which was also excellent.
The only thing which I cannot describe as excellent was the evening meal which for us was unbelievably bad.
We had spoken to quite a few others at the hotel who had all agreed with us. In fact some of them were returning guests and some said they would not be coming back.
All in all the hotel is worth going back to.
The staff especially the young bar staff are a delight.
I would just say someone needs to check out the evening meals from cold vegetables, small amounts of cheese,
On another note the entertainment could be better.
no crackers for cheese.

No English tea bags at breakfast and wouldn’t replenish them, looking for tables in the morning as slow to clear tables. If you pay for the terrace should be exclusive use for the people that have paid extra, could not get a settee. Needs jacuzzi’s on the terrace would make this beautiful

Ibiza Break in Santa Eularia

We had a nice welcome from receptionist and a stay in a very comfortable room with lovely balcony with a sea view.
The room was a bit dated décor wise but in very good condition and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The breakfast choice was first class with a great selection of food and drinks available (It is certainly good value for money)
I recommend an omelette or a pancake which the chef makes to order in front of you.
We were only staying one night so didn't use the pool but a quick walk round revealed a super pool and garden area with many areas to relax.
A kettle is provided however there is no tea or coffee provided. Our room also had a refrigerator.
If in the area again I would be very happy to return.

Lovely hotel, looking a bit tired and could do with a facelift. The staff are lovely and friendly. It’s in a quiet area within walking distance to the town. The rooms had little niggles which are probably due to the age but the fridge wasn’t very cold and the aircon, although on, wasn’t very cold and couldn’t be turned up or down.

Although the place was quiet and great for relaxation, some sort of music around the pool would have been nice. No waiter service around the pool although the bar is right next to it. Buffett food was not the greatest. Unreal that you have to pay for water at dinner. Tbh, the place seemed to be like a senior home. Nothing against the seniors but some sort of energetic activity or music around the place would have been nice. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone under 50.

2nd time in Grupotel Santa Eulalia and had another fabulous holiday.
Hotel itself outside is fantastic but bedroom need updating although the rumour is there is going to be refurbishment.
The young staff in the bar area and dining room are fantastic and make you feel very welcome.
The hotel itself is a 15min walk into Santa Eulalia. We used a taxi and we have mobility problem.
There is a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a fantastic larger one about 10 mins.
I would love to go back again next year.

We upgraded our twin room to a double suite & we were glad we did. We had a sea and pool view combined as our suite was a corner one. We appreciated the fridge & coffee making facilities & the space the suite provided. The only negatives was the 2 TV’s which we struggled to get UK channels with - one did & one didn’t.. It was not too much of a problem though because we didn’t watch it much anyway; the WiFi signal was very weak in our room at times too & kept dropping out which was a bit annoying.
The staff were very friendly & helpful on the whole, although we had one disappointing experience with one of the restaurant staff when she was a bit rude and not very customer friendly by challenging my partner about placing a dirty plate on the neighbouring table due to the lack of space on our table .. she should just have removed it and should not have made an issue about it by ‘telling my partner off,’ for placing the plate there. The plate didn’t make any mess whatsoever so there was no need for her to say anything at all. We paid handsomely for our stay and don’t expect to be spoken to like that by any employee, never mind one who was half our age. She obviously needs training in customer service because she didn’t seem to know that this kind of behaviour is not acceptable. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend the hotel - very clean across the board, excellent pool & spa facilities, in a lovely quiet location & we would definitely return again.

3rd 5 day stay at this relaxing hotel

If your looking for total relaxation around the pool type holiday,this is for you,if you want family time,going out drinking etc,maybe not...partying, definitely not

Professional Staff, Impeccabley clean,Food is better quality and variaty than other places I stayed.

Drinks are sensibility priced and the cocktails are generously measured and don't last 5 minutes like other places.

I think a pint was 3.50 and a coffee 1.50 or there abouts,so no nasty suprise at the end of the week paying \"my tab\"

Clientel is more geared to the Professional/retired over 40s mainly German and there are no kids at all.. providing a quiet,peaceful environment all day and night.

A little out the way but, Town,buses and beach is 10 minutes walk away or 5 euros in a taxi.

\"For me\", anything over a week might be to much sitting around and repetitive,but 5 days to a week of complete relaxation and rest its perfect.

The staff are a credit to this company,nothing is to much trouble,and make you feel at ease..

Relaxing hotel, well located in quiet area

Really enjoyed our stay. It's a quiet hotel with great staff and good Covid procedures. We stayed in a sea view room on the ground floor which had lovely sunshine all morning.

Pool area is really lovely, the planting of trees is well maintained. The roof top area is very relaxing but can get really hot without a breeze. We looked to sit under the trees towards the sea where there are a few loungers and you can hear the sea.

Breakfast and dinner as expected from a buffet, freshly cooked meats and fish at dinner and eggs/omelette/pancakes at breakfast.

Close walk to two supermarkets, short walk to the marina and Santa Eularia ships and restaurants. You can also enjoy a walk around the cliffs to other beach coves (and we would recommend going to Pura Vida for a drink or lunch).

We used the local buses to go up the coast to other beaches (apparently the hotel will also loan you an umbrella, which we didn't realise) for €1.15 each.

We also used the bus to go to the airport €4, but it did come 10 minutes earlier because there was no traffic at 7am.

All in all this hotel really suited us for a relaxing get away.

Which think poor for 4 star first time didn’t check and couldn’t provide one and asking for hot water for a drink felt like a big deal. There is a small fridge but not that cold so asked for cup of ice, also big deal and only few given, said should have to paye. Didn’t in the end, was shocked and never been an issue asking for ice at hotels in past.
Air con good in day but warm at night, thank god a bought a small travel fan. Had to paye got safe and deposit for towed, Would really expect more from a 4 star and not cheap, such ashame

Reasonably priced hotel. Pool area was fabulous with additional comfy seating top deck. Lunch and drinks were comparable to marina pricing. It was our first adults only and we really enjoyed not having children in the area

This is a zero start hotel. Room smelled rotten, room was dirty, no working fridge in the room although reported six times still they have not fixed it, bar attender has given me attitude for asking ice,, staffs were arrogant, food had not taste. I have been so many hotels but this is worse I ever experienced. I’ll call up Expedia and ask for a refund. I strongly recommend NOT to go there

Brilliant Hotel

Had a fabulous time, checked in early, had a sea view room and was really nice. The food in the hotel was the best i have had , every meal different and all excellent, so much choice and the quality was excellent, The staff were all superb and so friendly, the room was cleaned every day and was spotless, can't recommend this hotel highly enough. After all the worried of would we get there or not we ended up have a brilliant time.

This is a lovely adults only hotel. It is in a great location and is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend this hotel, the rooms, pool, food and facilities were excellent, as were the friendly staff. We had a wonderful holiday

A lovely location about a10 minuet walk from the hotel to the harbour with all its restaurants and bars, that were not roudy but perfect. Pool area had enough sun beds as did the sun terrace on the rooftop for those who can lay in the sun all day long!
The bar was inside so always cool with plenty of outside seating.
All in all a great place to relax

A fantastic hotel within a beautiful setting. On arriving we were given a sea view as a free upgrade which was a lovely surprise. A 20 minute walk from the centre which didn’t cause us a problem. The only negative about this hotel was in the evening after and before dinner there was very little atmosphere. The bar was very quiet even when there was entertainment put on.

The hotel staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but clean. Hotel is very quiet and in a beautiful location so perfect for a relaxing holiday. The only thing I would say is that it’s a little dated but it felt more authentic, which we loved.
