The rooftop adults only pool was spectacular. Breathtaking. Staff up there were lovely. Rafael and Mariana were a true delight. I just had hummus and fries for lunch - both excellent. Skip any of the other clubs. And go to the rooftop at ME. The best.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Hector and Marco at the front desk—they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even arranging transfers for us whenever possible. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the pool area was absolutely beautiful. A truly stunning hotel with service to match. Highly recommended!

This hotel is classified as a 5-star facility, however, compared to the other 5-star hotels we have stayed at (Jumeirah and Es Princep in Mallorca), this hotel has a way to go to match them. The hotel shows its age by now and there appointments should be brought up to the current times.

The positives are related to the staff who are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. The negative, the hotel is geared towards the people who like to party. There is constant music playing at the pool from the morning until late hours so if you want to relax and sleep in, it is not possible. Additionally, the hotel expect you to spend a min amount of $ depending whether you want to enjoy the pool or another area. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel as it is expensive for that you receive and it is geared towards partying than relaxing.

Dysfunctional in one word. This was our second negative experience at Me Ibiza and this 3 night stay in May 25 was the most disappointing stay ever. Booked a superior room with terrace and sea view. Please view photos of our actual room in this 5 star hotel. Room was totally dysfunctional and totally void of any character, we literally were staying in our own closet, not enough room to hang clothes or store your belongings, not enough room around bed to get out without putting your head in your clothes hanging up, the sink was within the open bedroom and right next to your clothes hanging up. All the clothes we hung up were being constantly splashed with soap and water from the sink. Even the awful tv at the bottom of the bed had been installed off centre and not level. The shower was also open to our room, just a glass cubicle with a small frosted band at waist height. The shower tray had been installed incorrectly so after each shower your dirty water just stayed in the bottom of the shower tray, not what you want first thing in the morning to have to paddle through 20mm of freezing cold dirty water from your previous nights shower the night before. Our room 117 felt very dated and tired, marks on walls, tiles in shower cubicle hanging off, generally grubby feeling, even on the heavily overlooked terrace there was rust stained rendering, dirty glass on windows. General staff were unprofessional and inadequately trained, The single most stressful sensory experience ever.

My room was huge with hot tub, however did have little trouble with the air when arrived but they sent someone to fix immediately. The staff were super helpful and kind my whole entire time there. Breakfast was on point everyday of my stay! Wish the iced lattes were a little better but all in all was a great stay.

The only thing we could honestly say that we did like was the bed and bed linen. The bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't like anything else about this hotel.

Enjoyed walking the endless paths along the waterfront from the hotel in both directions. Roof top was wonderful with great views. The concierges were very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially liked our lovely \"meet and greet\" person! We forget her name in Spanish but I believe she said it was Claire in English (but much more beautiful in Spanish...Kierra?) and she's from the Canary Islands. Just a truly genuine and kind person.

ME IBIZA (you’re amazing)

We stayed at ME Ibiza for 5 nights and were most impressed by the people that worked there. I know it’s a five star hotel but you can never take this for granted. Everyone was super attentive and helpful, no matter what our requests or needs. I won’t mention names for fear of missing someone out but every single person working at the hotel was amazing. We visited end of season and so it was probably less busy but even so, the people there made our stay so special. Super high fives to all of you.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, as you would expect and has a small private beach area which, when we went was never crowded, (end of season) and our five year old daughter swam in the sea happily every day. The hotel is never more than about 40 minutes from anywhere by car and they organised a hire car for us at very short notice. Breakfast choice was huge and if I was to make any constructive criticism it would be that the post 7:30pm dinner menu is a bit limited. That said, we tried most of it and all was perfectly cooked and I would recommend everything. We ate in most nights because of our young daughter and she loved their pasta, pizza and burgers. I tried the pasta and it was very good.

All in all, we would definitely return and again, thank you to all of the people working there, you are amazing.

Awesome hotel

Absolutely beautiful hotel by the sea in Ibiza. Santa Eularia is away from the party areas of he island so if you’re looking for a relaxing break in Ibiza, this is the place for you. The pool area is lovely and the sea is a few steps away. Good dining options with the rooftop restaurant and the poolside one also. Staff very helpful as well. Would visit again

Second time at this hotel and both times we had a
Nightmare checkin. Really really slow. This time our room ended up having maintenance work being done so they said they’d get us another room. 2 hours later we got another room. We were only away for 2 nights and were looking forward to a chill before dinner but that didn’t happen. They’d offered us a suite for €450 a night extra which we declined - but why not offer us that? We’d have been very happy campers but in the end we were very disgruntled and disappointed. Anyway, after that all went well. The staff everywhere are lovely, helpful and friendly. Beds are really comfy. Rooms great. Roof top Bali beds (which they did give us as a “sorry”) are fabulous! Would still go again despite a rubbish start!

You can’t use rooftop pool unless you pay for Bali bed.
Trying to get a drink or food by pool is almost impossible and that’s if you’ve managed to get a bed
1hr1/2 wait if you manage to order
Absolutely no help with sun umbrellas
Impossible to book yoga
No room/hotel information at all
Housekeeping very hit and miss
And all these things are the generic problems not those specific to my booking!!
Such a shame...with better service, management and commitment to ALL CLIENTS this hotel could be amazing

Good location, nice with Nikki beach next door. Hotel is very clean and good for couples. This hotel is NOT ideal for families with active children as the two main pools and Nikki Beach do not allow children to enter. The kids club is nice but no daily programme to motivate children and the kids pool although sizable is boring, in the car park area, not attended by staff for drinks and at certain times is unmanned by lifeguards. We ended up going out of the hotel to beach clubs everyday.

My husband and I weren't in Ibiza for the party scene. The hotel played soft house music at the pool and it was fantastic. The hotel isn't on either the sunrise or sunset side. Rises behind the hotel and sets behind the mountains. I usually like one of them when at a beach hotel. Only the suites have balconies and it was painful not to have one.Breakfast was absolutely amazing although doesn’t start until 8am so if you have an early activity or flight you can’t take advantage of this. Pool side service wasn't great, took a long time to order drinks.
We took the Range Rover to dinner. They made our reservation at a place they recommended. Small pools without the party scene. Pretty far drive from everything. Overall beautiful hotel.

We loved the location and the style of the property and the facilities of the pool etc were lovely - although charging to use certain sunbeds seemed elitist - even in a 5* star hotel!!

Also, for a \"Leading Hotel of the World\" to advise there was no yogurt available one morning for breakfast was, in my opinion, unacceptable. In addition, they did not automatically replace the tea/coffee in the room - that had to be requested from room service. In my opinion again that should be automatic. Also, 11 Euros for a bottle of water at dinner is excessive!!!

That aside - we thought it was a beautiful hotel and if you stay in a 5* hotel you expect to pay 5* prices for food and wine.

Dream of relaxing.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this one is definitely one of my favourites. It all really comes down to service. It was exceptional. From the person who parked our car to the check in, to the staff who facilitated breakfast. Which was superb by the way. We were so taken by the hotel that we spent 2 of our 3 days there in the hotel chilling by the pool and enjoying the music.

There is no doubting this is a 5* hotel for quality and service. We have just returned from 4 nights there and enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Our only criticism would be the spa that got our treatment times wrong twice, offered average massages and then overcharged us! This did not dampen our stay however.

Great hotel with excellent facilities.

3 pools, with comfortable loungers, walking distance to several beaches; including being next door to Nikki beach. Advise car hire as the location is 10min drive from nearest town however there is a small supermarket and a 2/3 restaurants walking distance.
This hotel could be the quiet retreat or a party hotel depending what your looking for. I would recommend this hotel.

Not a Leading Hotel of The World

A beautiful hotel in a pretty, more-tranquil part of the island. I've visited Ibiza 6 times previously and whilst initially very impressed with Me, there were some aspects which we were not at all happy with.

- both my partner and I got food poisoning on the last day, were vomiting for 12 hours solid, room-bound and had to cancel a dinner we had planned (there were neighbours we heard being sick and complaining of illness at the same time as us)
- phone in room did not work
- shower fluctuated from boiling to cold
- requests for an iron and for the phone to be fixed were not carried out, which meant lots of trips to and from reception (we were eventually moved on the second to last night)
- some rude and disinterested staff members (although some were more than attentive)
- we had to get up and leave dinner one evening after being completely ignored

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary the hotel is beautiful. Food was very good. Beach is no good since is all rocks so you really stay at the pool, we had an incident where the room below us had a leak from our room and they movers us to another Kim however they didn’t let us know plumbing personnel where going to be inside our room so when we came back from the beach people where in our room and the whole plumbing of the shower was a big mess and we had to move in a hurry. That was not handled correctly and was a big inconvenience

Hotel staff were excellent but there are issues with the hotel. We stayed 2 nights and on the first night we could only sit in the restaurant in a small area by the smokers standing in the bar because there was a private function taking most of the restaurant up. The second night we could not sleep as there was another private function on the rooftop with loud music. We thought this was supposed to be a 'Cool chillout' hotel but it left my wife and I itching to get home....love Ibiza and think the hotel is confused about what it is trying to be ....are you a cool chillout or a party hotel...

Expensive hotel for what they offer

It is a modern and clean hotel in a nice location. However the rates are significantly high and the hotel is overpriced. The example that exemplifies it is that it was not at full occupancy. Some hotel employees mentioned this season has been weak and many guests were complaining of high rates. Food is just ok. Parking is outside the hotel. It's not close to any restaurant area. In summary, too expensive for what it offers

Beautiful decor and guest services.

The hotel is serene and beautiful. Everywhere you look there is something \"wow\" to see. The rooms are practical chic; they have every amenity required within a small space. The open closet serves as a divider between the sleeping area and bathroom. There is an abundance of mirrors throughout the hotel, which is nice. The turn-down service is also a big plus. Great hotel in a quieter part of town.

Chic hotel on coast of San Eulania

This is a contemporary styled hotel attracting beautiful people who enjoy the sun and want to feel ( a paired down) Ibiza vibe without having to move from a sun lounger all day. The hotel is very very expensive. The service as you would expect is excellent and the quality of drinks and food very good. Breakfast is exceptional. The hotel succeeds in providing a laid back lux atmoshere with sanitised club style music playing through the day along with the odd champagne cork popping. There's a mixed age range from all over Europe and at night the hotel is fairly quiet , guests preferring to be elsewhere and / or choosing to eat around 10pm. It's dog friendly with small pooches as an accessory......don't like seeing dogs dipped into outdoor jacuzzi spas though! There are many rooms but quite limited outdoor space which spills onto lawns which is much quieter. The terrace on the top floor is very chic and a lovely place for coffee. Double sun loungers cost an addition €300 a day for guests which was a shock. Its a lovely hotel spoilt by over-charging. I don't mind paying usually but this was too much.

South Beach to Ibiza

absolutely fantastic. I'm well versed in the High end S beach experience and was pleasantly surprised at how well this hotel was run. Its clean the views are awesome and the food was excellent. But the staff really made the experience. they went out of their way to make sure my room was perfect I knew where I was going I had reservations at the coolest restaurants and tickets to the top clubs with the hottest Dj's. and they genuinely wanted to do it. the staff from the Valet , front desk housekeeping and pool service were very welcoming and sincere. The price was reasonable for what you received. can't wait to go back.

Service and up keep not 5 star

Hotel shuttle service is exceedingly expensive. Ride from airport to hotel with normal taxi is about Euro 50. The hotel charges Euro 160. A 5 stars hotel would offer shuttle service as complementary service.

At arrival the room was not as per our request. We requested in due advance two separate bed but at arrival we found a king bed. Due to external weather conditions the room was very cold and notwithstanding our repeated complaints all the hotel has done is to send us some blankets after a long wait.

The food menu is also not of a 5 stars hotel. Room service is very slow and the food was not of the expected quality. We ordered a salad and a plate of jamon. The plate ham arrived without bread ( although was included) and the salad was not fresh.

Staff was very friendly and trying really hard but appeared not very well trained. Hence the room service was slow and innacurate and we had a similar experience for breakfast.

We just came back from 3 days at the 'Me' - we had a lovely relaxing weekend.
Hotel staff are very attentive and can't do enough for you.
Stylish and comfortable stay.
Breakfast is amazing - food is definitely 5*! So much choice and Moët Champagne available with the breakfast.
Only complaint - the pool is freezing / you can't go in it- for a 5* hotel this should be heated all year round.

My friend and I have just returned from a short girly break at The Me Hotel, we had a wonderful time, and would definitely return. You are made to feel so welcome from the moment you arrive, all the staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. Breakfast is amazing, its a wonderful way to start your day, before heading off to the beach, pool or exploring the Ibiza.

If you need a taxi you will wait between 30mins to 1h depending when you want if for.
If you want to chill around the pool make sure to go on the right side, as the left side with big bed is actually a supplement and you will be charge 200euros
Otherwise the hotel is nice, just way too far, Nikki beach next door but nothing else around,
Best is the people working there, very welcoming nice and so helpful, they do a great job, you can also use a room to get changed even if you check out which is very kind, they stored our luggage and you can kindly ask for a late check out. They also upgraded the room
I would suggest anyone who go there to go at the rooftop

Perfect 4 nights!

We stayed four nights with our two teenage children. The location is perfect..chilled out yet close enough via taxi to many destinations. The concierge team is excellent and arranged multiple dinners as well as private boat excursion and lunch in Formentera. The gym is great, breakfast is yummy and staff could not be any more pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back!!

Stunning hotel with equally amazing staff

Third ME Melia we have stayed in. Hotel is stunning,very modern & minimalist, lit at night with an array of candles which makes it feel magical.There are two pools,one on the ground floor & one on the roof,we spent our 4 day schilling out in avail bed by the roof top pool being looked after by super attentive staff and indulging in food & cocktails.Rooms beautifully appointed with all amenities you need,beds are super comfy.Hotel does not have much around it, you can't stroll into town for example so be ready to jump in a cab to go anywhere.We found a couple of typical little Spainish fish restaurants in the last night a short walk along the beach ( take a torch with you if you go at night)

Superficially a fabulous hotel with an amazing breakfast choice then let down by highly priced restaurant meals (even compared to top restaurants on the island) and a poor dining experience relating to one very high priced meal of over €1000 (for a party of 9 with two babies) in the pool side restaurant at dinner time where the meals for the table appeared to be randomly produced so that starters and mains were delivered together for some and not at all for others after an hour and a half wait.

What an awesome stunning hotel! Five star for rooms, quality of food, drink and atmosphere. Beautiful location and great free yoga. Probably one of the best breakfast buffets- for quality produce vs everything type buffet
DJ by the pool great.
Only improvement- which I think is already being covered is would be great to have coffee machine in room.
This place is the perfect retreat , recovery from partying and pampering luxury- not every day you have a glass of Moet with breakfast!

Very chilled relaxed hotel.

My husband and I so enjoyed our time at ME hotel. The location is fabulous with 360 views from the top floor. The atmosphere is very chilled and staff very attentive and friendly. I cannot recommend it highly enough. We are definately massive fans of the ME brand and will be exploring their other hotels.

Great vibe and 5 star luxury but expensive!

Great location with stunning views from the pool. First rate food, cocktails, and service and everything about the hotel was stylish from the DJs playing chilled out tunes by the pool each day, to the glamorous staff wafting about in their white uniforms, glass and mirrors everywhere, a very neutral chilled out vibe, scented candles, swinging chairs, bali beds, spa. This kind of luxury attracts a price though, so expect 200 Euros to spend a day on the rooftop with its infinity pool, over 100 Euros for a spa treatment, 30 Euros taxi into Ibiza town, 60 Euros for two sandwiches by the pool and 20 Euros for breakfast per person per day.

On first impressions, very classy and elegant, beautiful setting, nice vibe. Although on closer inspection, lack of detail, ageing quality and over priced food and drink. Bar shuts way too early. €200 to use sun longer on the roof, really? Staff didn't really know what they were doing. Nice room, tho the shower leaked. Have paid a lot less at 5* hotels and had much better service. Paid a lot less at hostels and received better! Not bad, but not returning.

Really enjoyed our short break

We booked this last minute short break and had a great time. The atmosphere was chilled and we found the staff helpful and keen to please. It was great having the DJ playing music from midday too. Rooms basic but adequate. Planning a return visit with some friends.

The hotel id very very expensive e, the roms aré minimalista so thete si no place to put even your toothbrush.

Great hotel but a bit far from the centre

We had a great stay here and felt really well looked after. I would definitely recommend it. However, it is a bit far from other places like the centre, that was the only downside. So it depends on what you want to see and do. If you're happy to stay in the area of the hotel then definitely book it.

Hotel was amazing. Very relaxing but at the same time lively. Good music by the pool. It was a little pricey but I expected it being a 5* and being in Ibiza. All round, very good. Only negive was the shower doors don't open and close properly.

The staff was truly exceptional in every way. The hotel is extraordinary in style, services, decor, amenities, and comfort. The relaxation areas all had mood enhancing music we deeply enjoyed. The adjacent beach was great with many taking advantage of sunset walks; as did we. Would highly recommend this hotel for any reason you may have to visit. Great value.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at ME Ibiza. The staff were incredibly friendly and bent over backwards to accommodate us. The food was delicious and the views completely breathtaking. We loved it and will absolutely go back!

Nice hotel, crap hotel staff

The hotel was extremely nice, it's difficult to get to without a car but it's worth the money just for the view. This is an honest review so please read on. The hotel was lovely but underneath the lovely exterior there is nothing to get excited about. The beach \"nikki beach\" is rubbish and full of old dead leaves and dog foul as well as locals who give extremely dirty looks to tourists. The staff at the hotel really don't care and sit around all day checking their phonea and Facebook. We waited 30 mins before being checked in, they thought we came in for a drink only. The music is loud and starts at 9am and finishes at 11pm even though nobody is in the hotel to listen to it. We waited 45 mins to be served food- which was cold and overpriced. The air conditioning was not working, the hot water was not working and when asked for an explanation we were fobbed off. Waiting for our hire car would take 15 mins each time- so we decided to get the car ourselves each time. Checking out was even worse- charged for things we did not order, staff was extremely rude, asking us to \"wait\" rather than \"please wait\". The lady was more interested in getting the budgies back in the cage than look after guests. I could go on all day. The hotel is extremely nice but don't expect much from the staff.

Ibiza post party season

We had a great stay at this beautiful resort. Everything was brand new. My frustrations were that there was no where to even get a bottle of water without paying 6-8 Euro at the bar and you even had to pay for ice. The rate seemed great,but you get nickeled and dimed on everything. Overall a tranquil place for a couples getaway!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful setting

I went to me Ibiza with my best friend for a weekend escape. It was absolutely stunning and very relaxing. It is pricey and was probably more peaceful due to it being out of season but the staff were lovely and our every need was catered for. You do have to get used to a slower pace of life- the service is a bit slow - but it's just holiday pace not bad. Would definitely return and had an idyllic weekend but do note it is away from the main party places - which is nice- so if in high season be aware you'll need taxis to these places every time c40 euro

Luxury chilled beach hotel

A really cool trendy hotel with fantastic setting besides the sea . A DJ played music all day to create the perfect Ibiza atmosphere and served fantastic white sangria which could be sipped from the roof top restaurant . The only negative point is there is a hefty charge for the double padded beds by the pool so we were forced to sunbathe around the garden area .

Beautiful location, lovely pool with sea views, cool chilled music with live DJ. Very clean, staff very helpful. Somewhat expensive (daily breakfasts from 19Eu) and with no kettle in the rooms the tray charge for a cup of tea can become very expensive after a few days!

Fantastic Hotel, Fantastic Service!

Me Ibiza is brilliant. The decor and furnishings in the room, friendliness of the staff, quality of the service is just out of this world. However, it is expensive but i you are going to Ibiza you will expect to pay these sort of prices for food, beverages and comfy poolside beds. We'll definitely be back for some R&R sometime soon.

Chic hotel but unfriendly

Beautiful roof terrace but had to pay extra to sit by the pool there. Silly expensive with 6 Euros for a small bag of crisps and 30 Euros for a burger on room service.
Not a party hotel, very gentle DJ plays poolside throughout the day, nothing going on at night.
Staff are ok but not overly helpful.
Concierge is poor.
Glad I went but won't go again!

Great new hotel which has been tastefully decorate

Great hotel which has been very nicely decorated to suit the requirements of a seasoned traveller. Gym equipment is nice and new and the pool is beautiful. Customer service and staffing appear to have the usual issues of a new hotel, but nothing too drastic. One thing I would say is that if it is your first time in Ibiza, you may find the location a little far from the action - we ended up taking cabs every day and the minimum journey time was half an hour to anywhere (dinner, town, bars, clubs). Taxis are a nightmare from the hotel location, you need to book at least half an hour in advance and there is a chance someone else will take your taxi! :( Also, they offer an ironing service (you cannot get an iron to do it yourself) and I sent one shirt back 3 times and still wasn't satisfied but had to be somewhere so took it anyway! Apart from those 2 things, had a fabulous time staying there. The food at the hotel is lovely too, much better than some of the other beach clubs in Ibiza!
