This hotel is pretty good, the location is great with a few small restaurants and bars nearby which are worth a visit. Rooms are adequate and pretty comfortable though if you book the suite option, it really isn't at all. The staff were mostly good.

The food was utterly atrocious. Many people were complaining about the bland, non-seasoned, offerings and the 'chefs' were not interested. The food felt cheap and there was not enough of it. Deserts were clearly all out of a box and pretty rough. Salads were pretty good.

Drinks were good with branded options available for the AI. The one thing that I find unbelievable is that water is not included on the AI. If I want unlimited vodka or gin, that's fine but water was a no go. I find this appalling especially in a hot climate. Will not return.

The hot food was average on an all inclusive but we found something every day to eat on the buffet. Pedestrianised boulevard in front on the beach and sea with excellent bars restaurants and cafes
Very chilled hotel nice pool areas and plenty of sun beds
Valentina the entertainment team was great fun
We had a lovely few days at the hotel blue skies and warm sun with all the fun or chill of Ibiza

Very enjoyable stay. Was on an all inclusive basis. Breakfast great, lunch fine but dinner was usually a bit beige. Room lovely except for a very odd bathroom set up which meant there was no privacy. Entertainment was great, especially Valentina as our main entertainer. Great value overall so would definitely recommend.

The amenities were falsely advertised. Apparently, the a la carte restaurants are only open during peak season, and when we brought up that this information was not available online, the front desk did not care. The buffet food was okay but the hours are very limited so if you dont' manage to go when it's open, then you'll have to buy food elsewhere. Additionally, the booking says the spa is included in the all-inclusive perks, but that is not true; the spa costs extra. Felix and Valentina made the trip enjoyable. Shout out to them.

The staff make this hotel. So cheery and helpful in all areas.
The half board option is great. The buffet is varied and really yummy. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We paid extra for all incl drinks so we could have unlimited water and wine and it was good value. Breakfast was vast too.
We had a bit of a shabby room which really needs a refurb (2109). It had a separate wet room/disabled bars and the sink needed straightening and fixing. The bathroom definitely needed at least painting.
Air conditioning was a bit lack lustre and not cooling very well so room was too warm.
Having said this, we had a very comfy bed and a view over the pool area so we managed and i think the other rooms are quite nice (from what i could see peeking in).

Pool area was nice and you can get towels for sunbeds.
We would stay here again although I'm not aure my waistline could take it!

Always walked past this hotel when I've been camping in ibiza and thought I'd love to stay there and it didnt disappoint. Lovely and clean, comfortable bed, air con worked really well, pool area lovely and frozen cocktails included on all inclusive. Brillaint hotel and would defijitely recommend and return

We stayed at AluaSoul Ibiza recently and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The hotel has potential, but it’s in serious need of a major update.

Our room had several issues: the shower leaked heavily every time it was used, making the bathroom floor constantly wet and unsafe. Even more concerning, we encountered multiple cockroaches in our room during our stay — an unacceptable issue for any hotel. No hairdryer available, and very confusing on the board of the rooms available 3 different types of all inclusive

The food at the hotel was just okay, but generally bland. There were no chili options or any real variety in spice, which made the meals feel repetitive over time.

The pool area quickly becomes overcrowded. Guests place towels extremely early in the morning to reserve sunbeds, leaving very limited space later in the day. This made relaxing by the pool quite difficult.

While there is a bus that conveniently takes you to Ibiza Old Town, there is no return service, leaving taxis as the only option to get back — which can be costly and inconvenient. The surrounding area of the hotel doesn’t offer much, and the beachfront itself is underwhelming and not particularly pleasant.

Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements to justify its rating and pricing. I wouldn’t return unless some major changes are made.

Property was beautiful and the most of the staff were very welcoming and were truly helpful in making our trip an amazing adventure. Particularly Tomasz and Jazmin were extremely helpful in making our trip a memorable one. Could not have asked for a better place to lay my head down in Ibiza. Only thing that I found odd is that the All-inclusive that you pay for is only offered certain hours of the day which threw me off because everywhere in Central America and the Caribbean All-Inclusive is from the moment you check in until you check-out. But other than that food was amazing, rooms were nice and clean, and the views were picture perfect.

Alua soul in es cana ibiza is a truly lovely hotel, good modern facilities, infinity pool ect but it also backs it up with a good selection of tasty fresh cooked food and friendly welcoming staff, we were there in april so not all the facilities were up and running but there was still more rhan enough to keep us occupied plus i had one of the best back massages ive ever had she got every knot out of my back and neck! Will definitely be back x

On the outside, the hotel looks beautiful, a clean white resort with lovely grounds and a nice pool. The real highlight, however, is the staff. Jasmine at reception was absolutely wonderful and a huge credit to the hotel. The bar staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, despite the nice exterior and great service, there are a lot of flaws that really let the experience down:
•Drinks: Cocktails were mostly ice and sugary syrups. Even though we were on the all-inclusive plan, many drinks like ginger ale and bottled water weren’t included, which felt frustrating especially when you have to walk to the supermarket for basics like water. It really defeats the purpose of going all-inclusive.
•Food: Very disappointing. It was often cold, unimaginative, tasteless, and extremely repetitive. Sometimes food appeared hot on the outside but was still frozen inside, like it hadn’t been properly heated through. We ended up paying extra for nachos at the bar just to have something decent to eat again, defeating the point of all-inclusive.
•Room issues: We only received one bottle of water in our room even though there were two of us, and the espresso pods were never refilled. The shower head also didn’t work properly, which was another letdown.

Would I return?
Probably, simply because it’s likely the best option in the area. The resort has good enough facilities and lovely staff, but next time, I wouldn’t bother with the all-inclusive. I’d rather eat out to get de

The staff were exceptionally friendly and showed great dedication to their work, which I truly appreciated. It was clear they were doing their best under the circumstances. However, it also seemed they were overworked and possibly understaffed, which may have limited their ability to consistently deliver the high level of service they’re clearly capable of. Such a Treat!

Super clean, incredibly helpful staff, super efficient and friendly - gave me lots of extra pillows on arrival on request. Valentina the events organiser was absolutely amazing at her job making everyone feel so welcome, so warm and friendly, and that nothing was too much trouble. She made our stay ‘super special’ with activities ranging from table tennis & water aerobics, The food was Amazing -fresh, diverse menus, lovely environment, very welcoming. Would have been great to have had water available at the evening meal. A few inconsiderate guests played their own music very loud around the pool and there was a particularly noisy, high spirited, drunk guy.

This holiday destination is an absolute gem! A real treat! - made to feel so welcome & super Special! Thank you so much! x

Great Ibizan base. A well appointed hotel in the bay of Es Canar. Three pools, a spa and fitness centre.

A pleasant dining area with views of the bay and a nice patio area. Food choices are good as is the quality.

Initially the staff tried to pull a fast one by putting us in a different room smaller than the one we had booked saying because we booked via Expedia it’s the room we booked. But after a bit of back and forth we were given the right room and everything went smoothly. The pool view is a lot nicer and quieter than the sea view although the sea view is prettier in the morning. We chose the all-inclusive option and it was the best option

The only comment is the pool closes at 6 which seemed a bit early when the sun was still very high and hot. 7pm would probably be better. The room with a view of the sea was lovely.

We came on a girls trip and had a fantastic time. Rooms were clean and room service was great; sea view balcony views were exceptional. Pool was perfect, drinks were always available. Walking to multiple dining options, taxis, shops, and the beach. Resort food was decent, we enjoyed the breakfast and lunch. Our only wish was that there was late night dining available during late night hours. However everything else was perfect and we will be back!

Es Cana area donde se encuentra el hotel para las personas que busquen tranquilidad ya que después de las 12AM no hay nada, es demasiado tranquilo. Si quieres más acción/diversión ir a Santa Eulalia o Ibiza.

Por otro lado, el hotel no es malo pero falta más variedad en el buffet. La comida se repite. Y las habitaciones falta un poco más de limpieza.

The hotel is just fine. My Aircon was not working, took 2 days to fix it. The bathroom was dirty and mouldy when I checked in, Safe was broken and was not working.

Staff very pleasant and friendly, any queries dealt with promptly. One problem, we had a great room overlooking the sea, but next door was a very noisy restauarant/bar which played music on an outside stage tillnabout midnight.

We stayed attached they alua sol in Mallorca 2 year's ago any this hotel was not anythings like the value for money.
Out of the 14 days we were there they had 7 acts on which were repeated they next-door week of which there were only two acts thats hadn't audience participation.
They toilets just by the bar absolutely stunk no matter what time of day you used them.
They foods was good, but again on a 7 day cycle.
In Mallorca we had they option as all inclusive to use the ala carte restaurant once a week as part of our deal, the restaurant was closed in this hotel.
They music around the pool was very loud during the day.
The shower by the pool continued to run after any one had a shower and required someone around that area to pull out the switch to stop it, it was calcification an all though the cleaning staff knowingly nothings changed in 14 days .

We stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary. I did tell them about this and they advised they would make it special, however nothing was out of the ordinary.

Points:
- hot tubs are great, they’re so cooling
I basically lived in them!
- entertainment and the duo were great, didn’t peer pressure you, yet thoroughly enjoyed doing their job, we enjoyed the entertainment
- the food was lovely, except there wasn’t any seafood, I would have like that, but overall good choice
- rooms are good, we didn’t mind the glazed doors at all and bed was super comfy
- all inclusive offering was great, but there’s a lot
on the menus you can’t have, weird to think you can’t have a mojito and have to pay for such a popular cocktail
- snacks at bar are okay, but I would prefer olives and nuts, something with AI you have to pay for
- air con isn’t as strong as I would have liked, when we got there I was expecting the lobby to be miles cooler, but it wasn’t. We had a bit of discomfort at night where we had to sleep on top of the sheets top to take in order to “reach” the air con

Comfy beds, friendly staff & a chocolate fountain!

Very pleasant, stylish rooms, with comfy beds and strong water pressure for the shower! Meals were buffet style and there was a good selection of dishes with choices for everyone from salads and cold meats / cheese to plenty of cooked dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The chocolate fountain at supper was great! We didn't have room for any snacks but these were on offer to All inclusive guests. The cocktails were ok, nothing special and typically quite a bright colour! The cava was quite drinkable.
The wait staff were friendly and helpful and there seemed to be quite a few of them in the dining room to ensure that tables were turned around quickly, we never had to wait to get a table. The reception staff were eager to help and called taxi's as required. Plenty of sunbeds, we didn't have trouble securing beds even late morning. The pool activities / games kept guests entertained. Gym, indoor pool and spa completed the leisure facilities.
The hotel is about thirty minutes by taxi to the old town and probably forty minutes to the airport, c. EUR 45, so it is not the most convenient if you plan to travel around the island and explore. La Dalias (hippie market) is about ten minutes away and a fun place to spend some time.
All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Loved everything about this adults only hotel - modern, stylish and fabulous helpful and professional staff. Great hotel. Mostly elderly couples here but that was fine by us as we were on holiday to relax. Food was great and rooms are lovely and modern. I’d read the reviews before going and could already see when we were there that the hotel was working on bits that had been highlighted. Only downside was my ability to speak Spanish as the waiters had very little English but other than that it was a great stay.

Stay was good, but Gabriella at the front desk was so rude. No smile and wasn't helpful with anything. She gave me a very bad taste about this hotel. To be fair, all of the other front desk folks were pleasant and very helpful. My room had rust in the shower and didn't look good, but I can overlook that. Location is what makes this hotel nice.

We stayed in April and hotel was full of Spanish pensioners getting their subsidised holiday. Only problem with this was food was aimed/costed at this level. Very disappointed with choice and restuarant was like a works canteen. Otherwise lovely.

This is a basic hotel, though with stunning views

Hotel address is wrong and it took us a long time to find the correct place. It is in Es Canar rather than Santa Eulalia. Very small, basic room. Paint peeling off the wall above the headboard. Twin beds rather than the stated double and one bed was severely worn out and sagging. Balcony had a stunning view, but railing was broken and badly repaired and not secure at all. No tea and coffee making facilities despite what it said on website. Breakfast was terrible and inedible. Dinner was barely edible. Although hotel was busy and operational, many features were not offered due to early season - no umbrellas by pool, sun beds all stacked up, bar area set up permanently for Bingo offered to tour groups only. Only one bar man. No pool towels. Gym and sauna/health spa were closed.
However, great location and view. Lovely bar/cafe next door where we had breakfast every day, with great service. Lovely walks around the bays in both directions. Large (200-300 people) tour groups of very elderly Spanish people rather took over the whole area.

Nice hotel in Es Canar

The hotel was perfect. Friendly staff, very comfortable, it's in a quiet part of the island, and it's literally next to the sea. The room I stayed in had all the amenities you expect. Not to mention a good selection of food to choose from at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've recommended this hotel to a friend since I've come back.

Fantastic views

We knew the booking was out of season.the small resort of es.cana caters for the Spanish pensioners in early season but the weather good and the hotel very comfortable. We had all the little extras eg .free wine with meals and .tapas with drinks .we had a sea view room clean towels every day.

Just spent 4 days here, yes full of senior spanish but we joined in with them and had fun and most of them were friendly towards us. Staff were exceptional, room was huge but no kettle as shown in the picture. Food wasn't great but we didn't go hungry and we didn't pay a lot for this trip. A few things not up and running yet hence the lower score for maintenance but all public areas were extremely well maintained. I would return to this hotel

Excellent séjour à Alua Soul Ibiza en demi-pension, service très attentionné et agréable. De grandes piscines et de nombreux transats. De nombreux serveurs aux petits soins, mention spéciale à Fatima et Antonio au dîner.
Chambre très confortable mais petit bémol sur l'insonorisation entre les chambres et sur l'extérieur ( pas un problème en cette période hors saison touristique néanmoins).
A refaire sans hésiter.

Personal Rezeption ist sehr förmlich, kein Lächeln keine Begrüßung, kein Verabschieden.
Personal Restaurant ist sehr freundlich trotz Stress, da es immer laut und voll war. Gäste sind zu 95% Engländer. Lage super. Das Karoke-Lokal nebenan ist eine Katastrophe und raubt einem den Schlaf, wenn Mann ein Zimmer mit Meerblick hat. Besser direkt Poolblick buchen. Wir waren das dritte Mal dort und hatten sonst Poolblick. Zimmer sind dort auch leiser. In dem alten Teil mit Meerblick sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man versteht jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer.

Hôtel à fuir !!!

Expérience terrible ! À notre arrivée on nous indique que l’hôtel est surbooké et que l’on va être déplacé dans un autre hôtel situé à l’autre bout de l’île.
Nous revenons le lendemain et quelle déception pour le reste du séjour. Cet hôtel n’a clairement pas le standing d’un 4 étoiles, pas de bagagiste, pas de voiturier, ni d’équipements que l’on retrouve habituellement dans les chambres (articles de toilette, chaussons, peignoirs, machine à café, …). Une douche vétuste avec une odeur d’égout persistante dans les toilettes. Pas de parking propre à l’hôtel. Aucune information en chambre pour connaître les infos utiles (ex : numéro de la réception !). Les repas du buffet ne sont pas du tout qualitatif. Un seul serveur disponible à l’espace piscine qui est gigantesque (donc l’attente très longue !!) pas de serviette et eau dans la salle de sport non plus. Cet hôtel porte atteinte à l’image du groupe Hyat !

We logeerden in de junior suite met zeezicht. Helaas zijn dit naast de mooiste kamers, ook de kamers met het meeste lawaai. Heel jammer dat hier geen melding van gemaakt werd ondanks ik tijdens de boeking vermeldde 7 maand zwanger te zijn. We zaten recht boven het restaurant waar vanaf het ontbijt de muziek zeer goed te horen was, alsook tijdens het diner. Daarna hoorden we ook de animatie op straat en op de binnenplaats van het hotel tot laat op de avond omdat de traphal vlakbij onze kamer was. Van kamer wisselen was niet mogelijk. Bij het ontbijt geen vegan/lactosevrije opties, ook niet als dit aan het personeel gevraagd werd. Het bruin brood was heel vaak na een uurtje al op net zoals bepaaalde gerechten tijdens het diner. Geen gratis kraantjeswater tijdens diner halfpension, dit zou echt een basis service moeten zijn. Zeer hard bed. Onvriendelijk personeel aan de balie, nooit goeiemorgen/goedendag. Housekeeping wel zeer vriendelijk en elke dag een flesje water op de kamer. Het hotel is geen 4 sterren waard. Er werd een gesprek aangeboden na mijn klachten halverwege de week, maar dat vond dan uiteindelijk niet plaats omdat er niks kon gedaan worden aan bovengenoemde klachten. Ik had dus niet het gevoel dat het hen iets kon schelen.

Das Personal war freundlich, das Essen lecker und vielfältig. Die Lage am Wasser ist wunderbar und unsere Suite mit Meerblick haben wir sehr genossen. Besonders toll waren Yoga und Meditation mit Valentina.
