My second stay at this hotel and things have changed somewhat. No kettle in the room (you had to go and ask at reception for one, for a deposit) Missing bedside table. However, the room was a good size with ample storage and large bathroom. Towels were changed daily and bed made. Breakfast had a good choice and variety, although the orange and apple juices tasted synthetic and is not nice at all. Overall, I would return again, as its location is perfect for transport (buses and taxis directly out front) and a short walk to a variety of beaches plus the Camino de Playa and the Hippy Market.

This was our first stay at this hotel. It was immaculately clean, the housekeeping team do an excellent job. This made us see past the fact that it is a little old fashioned in terms of decor and furnishings. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. And we were most impressed with the blond haired waitress who never seemed to stop during breakfast service. One day she fell over with a jug in her hand and clearly was hurt but she got up, cleaned the mess and was straight back to work without fuss. Other plus points are the evening quiz, happy hour and the brilliant central location , just a few steps from the beach and many local restaurants and bars. The average age of guests is “mature” and this means it’s peaceful and quiet. The pool was lovely and had plenty of sun beds. A couple of grumbles; the beds are super firm / hard and the pillows low. This made for not very restful sleep. The towels provided are tiny and the type that don’t absorb water- take your own . And given there was no kettle or fridge in the room; when I asked for hot water to make tea with my own tea bags, I was refused and told I had to have their tea as they are not allowed to give hot water. So we had to negotiate and pay for €2.30 for each cup of hot water to dunk our own tea bag in while they rang it through the till as “tea” . However it wouldn’t stop us visiting again, all in all it is a lovely little place.

We have stayed here several times over the last 10 years.
We this time we found the same clean hotel but staff weren’t as friendly as when Tony was there.
We had a problem with a receptionist and left a review/ survey card about her being either incompetent or dishonest. We left the card at reception and they assured us that the office would receive the feedback- we await a response from them - nothing so far

Enjoyed the stay for a nice chilled holiday in Es Canar. Stone throw away from beach and good restaurants.

It is classed as 2 star hotel but i wouldn't fault it . Very good breakfast in with price.

The lunch menu was standard fayre but was lovely and so reasonable. Good standards all round

Nice hotel conviniently located in Es Canar

We had a lovely holiday in Es Canar and the hotel was well located near where the airport bus leaves you, restaurants and the beach. The room had a great sea view, basic furniture and was clean. The facilities like swimming pool were great with a bar service. The staff were very friendly. Overall we liked the hotel but there are a couple of things we didn't enjoy such as the hard bed and the fact you could hear your next door room's conversations and TV.

The hotel was lovely, unfortunately the receptionist wasn’t. I was told to go and sit in the bar And she would check me in after she finished her paperwork. After complaining, she checked me in while Moaning that she had worked more hours than she should. This was customer service at its worst!

Great week long stay in hotel!

Spent 9 nights at the hotel, which had a great location in Es Canar, which is about 10 min drive from the larger city of Santa Eulalia. Room was clean and had the bare essentials, balcony and air con. Small pool, but gets the sun from around midday onwards. Buffet breakfast was not bad, but was the same each day, so basically had a fry up every morning! (Tasty, but not great for the waistline). Good Wi-fi connection in our room as we were able to have Zoom calls to people in the UK with no issues. Negatives were: broken soap dispenser in the room, no fridge and the safe was tiny (couldn't fit any of our laptops in there) and was operated with a key, which they didn't provide us with. I think a decent sized safe with a combination lock is almost a given nowadays. Would stay again, although the current lack of taxis in this part of the island was a real issue, so you should bare this in mind if you plan on regularly taking taxis around the island. There were many more taxis around Ibiza town and San Antonio.

The hotel was a short walk from the beach. We had a double room, the room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent everyday there was cereal, cheese , ham, yoghurt, toast, rolls and jam, then there was scrambled egg with beans and bacon, the following day sausage, beans and fried egg. All piping hot and freshly cooked. Only down side for us was that it was not open until 8.30 am each day. I would suggest to the hotel owners that a kettle, fridge and free wi would go down well with guests. You could purchase these things daily, but this would add up to quite a price for a weeks hire. Overal an excellent hotel, for the price we paid.

Stayed for the weekend at the end of October. Great time of year to visit, as the area is a lot quieter than what you'd expect in the hight of summer. Hotel is lovely, family run. Staff can't do more for you, very helpful and action and feedback.

Average Hotel, nice sea view.

The hotel was clean, and we had a nice sea view but the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in, springs pertruding, one flat pillow each and carpet like bed cover. Other than that, it was a budget hotel, clean and tidy and a nice pool area. For the price, we couldn't moan (excluding the bed situation).

Fabulous stay, food is basic but enough choice as price fantastic , hostal is so clean and the staff are helpful and the waiters are great especially tony who works so hard every day, pool is clean and gardens well looked after, not far to walk as near all amenities, beach etc, excellent location for buses into santa eulalia or ferry to Cala pada, or santa eulalia or Ibiza town, we used to live in santa eulalia and knew es Cana very happy with everything apart from internet connection which you have to pay for but is intermittent , and you have to pay extra for aircondioning but can't complain as so cheap and cheerful to stay there, all in all, excellent and will go back

Perfect for my requirements.

I wanted somewhere more North of the island as I was there for photography purposes. I found this hotel via a search and decided to book. I thought the hotel was very nice indeed. Staff were friendly and helpful and I also found it very clean. Only had the included breakfast so can't comment on the other food. I was out more or less everyday traveling around the island but I enjoyed coming back to the hotel every night which felt safe and cosy. I had thousands of pounds worth of equipment with me and never once felt uneasy about leaving it in the room unattended.

Amazing value for money

We were absolutely amazed by the standard of this \"hostel\". Why it does not have hotel status I have no idea and it should certainly be classified as 3*, not 2*. Spotlessly clean, great food, comfortable and plentiful sunbeds by the pool in a beautiful setting. Friendly staff. Ideally located close to the beach too. Cannot fault anything. Would go back any time.

Short Break

The hotel is to a standard level. There aren't any tv's in the room. Wifi is available but at a cost of €3 a day or €15 for a week. If you require an iron a €10 deposit must be left and cost €3 a day. Towels and cleaning of the room happens every 2-4 days. If your in Ibiza for 3-4 days as a sigle person or in ibiza for the night life this hotel is good for you. For couples or families basic requires will cost.

Continental breakfast is very basic.

Very Friendly Small Spanish Hotel

My wife and I stayed for seven nights in July.We booked the hotel on line and travelled by Easy Jet from Southend.We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the location.The hotel was very clean and tidy.The bar service was very good and afternoons spent by the swimming pool were very enjoyable.The only negative comment was that there was no air con in the bedroom and as we had to have the balcony door open for air there was noise from outside during the night.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Es Canar !
Malheureusement les nuits ne furent pas des plus reposantes.
La chambre n’est pas très bien isolée même avec les bouchons d’oreille, nous entendions l’ascenseur, le réveil des voisins ainsi que leurs ronflements…
Petit déjeuner correct (à l’anglaise)
Piscine très sympathique et proximité avec la mer un grand plus.

Het hotel is top voor zijn prijs kwaliteit.
Met goed ontbijt, volop keuze, lekker brood en vers fruit.
Heel schoon en netjes.
Wel wat gehorig, echter attenderen ze iedereen erp om zachtjes te doen op de gangen. Voor slapen geen oordopjes nodig gehad.

Vooraf online gezocht naar een hotel met uitzicht op zee, deze trok meteen mijn aandacht. En de kamer was exact zoals afgebeeld! Praktisch, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.

De service is zeer klantgericht, we hadden een speciaal verzoekje en die is perfect uitgevoerd.

Qua lawaai viel het ook reuze mee, al denk ik dat het in het hoogseizoen wel wat meer gehorig is.

Vogeltjes kwetteren, geeft ambiance.

Ontbijt was perfect, ook alles aanwezig, enorme keuze, voldoende zitplaatsen.

Bar was gezellig. Leuke mensen, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Me parece una buena localización, com playa, tiendas y restaurantes cerca.

Lo que menos me gustó, fue que el ultimo día, a pesar de avisar con antelación de que nos marchamos antes de la hora del desayuno y de confirmarnos en recepción que nos dejarían la cafetera encendida y unos croissants, no fue así y tuvimos que marcharnos sin desayunar.

El desayuno es variado, aunque el zumo y la bollería de muy baja calidad.

Wirklich ein gutes Hostal, welches Männchen 3 Sterne Hotels auf Ibiza alt aussehen lässt. Lediglich beim Frühstück täte etwas mehr Abwechslung gut, allerdings ist es ja auch \"Continental\"
Die Zimmer sind sauber, recht frisch renoviert, Klimaanlage, neue Badezimmer.
Es gibt eine Klimaanlage , und es kann gegen Aufpreis sogar ein Kühlschrank gemietet werden. Der kleine Pool ist eher nicht so meines aber der Strand ist ja fußläufig nichtmal eine Minute.

Was wirklich gut ist, es gibt einen Recht großen Parkplatz nur die Gäste.

Et dejligt hotel med den bedste placering i Es Canar! Med apotek, caféer, restauranter og stranden som nærmeste nabo er du tæt på de vigtigste ting. Et super fint og meget rent hotel! Det skal have den bedste anbefaling fra os (mor og datter på 16 år)

We really did not enjoy our stay at all. The beds were worn out and really hard. The noise isolation is horrible. We were woken up several times a night due to the noise (loud sex, partying people...). On top of that we couldn't use the AC because it caused a horrible smell. There was also something wrong with the sewage because our bathroom smelled very bad everyday. They tried to cover the smell with a lot of air freshener, wich obviously didn't work. In short i would only recommend this hotel if you have no expectations en just need al place to crash.

Een aanrader met veel faciliteiten in de buurt.

Zeer schoon en net hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamer is niet al te groot met bed en bureau met stoel. Grote badkamer en in de entree tref je tevens een open kast/kapstok. Alle kamers hebben een klein balkon met zitje. Het enige nadeel is dat de kamers zeer gehorig zijn. Onze buurman snurkte en dat was goed te horen. Zwembad is niet heel groot maar het strand is aan de overkant van de weg dus is verder prima.

Gutes und sauberes Hostel in Strandnähe. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants, die abends auch Unterhaltung anbieten. Der Pool ist sauber, haben wir aber nicht genutzt.

Mejorable con pequeños detalles

Hotel limpio, al lado de la playa y con parking!. Nuestra habitación era muy ruidosa porque daba a un bar con música alta y un cruce de coches, pero no todas son igual. El desayuno y cena están pasables, pero muy repetitivos, para estar una semana acabas un poco cansado, y sería muy fácil de mejorar con pequeños detalles. Es agobiante viajar a España y vivir con los horarios de los extranjeros, cena hasta las 21h, la piscina cierra a las 19h.

Eenvoudig, net hotel, vlak bij strand(en).

Hotel is eenvoudig, wel netjes met goed ontbijtbuffet. Meerdere stranden op loopafstand in de buurt.
Busstation en taxistandplaats recht tegenover, bootverbindingen en goede restaurants vlak in de buurt.
Enige wat minder was, was de wifi verbinding op de kamer die niet altijd stabiel was.

Es un hotel bonito pero con sus \"peros\"

Las instalaciones están muy bien, la piscina, recepción, el comedor..pero las paredes de la habitación son de papel y por las mañanas entre la limpiadora dando portazos y el restos de huéspedes haciendo su vida normal no se puede dormir, el defecto mayor es la falta de televisión y de wifi gratuito, y su mayor baza precio, desayuno y los trabajadores que son de 10.
