Hotel had just opened after the winter break, everything was clean and tidy. There weren't many guests this weekend and staff were finding their way around. All the staff we came into contact with were very good. great hotel and great location would always look this hotel up if we return to this area.

Found all areas clean. Staff very welcoming however on leaving we were advised a courtesy room would be available as we were not leaving until 1630 hours. We did ask if this needed to be booked but advised no. When approached reception to check use of courtesy room advised not available and could use shower in lower area where toilets were. This was just a shower no hairdryer and actual changing facilities. We had to approach spa to see if we could use facilities in there. As hotel is due to close this coming weekend could not understand why a room was not available. If we had known no courtesy room available we would have planned our day differently

Definitely not five star standard. Housekeeping rarely frequented and a tissue left on the floor at the beginning of our stay was never removed. We had to have daily battles to replace complimentary water. Reception attitude hostile. Check-in was done without a smile or a greeting. Water pressure was low. A machine in the ceiling, keep the room noisy and disrupted sleep. Stay here if you want to be disappointed.

Overall good. A couple of disappointments. The spa pool was luke warm at best both inside and out and overall the hotel could use some updating. The aircon in the room worked but not particularly effectively.
We had a rooftop room with a hot tub which was enjoyable but you need to plan for use as you need to fill it up yourself which takes a good 30 mins +
Excellent location and staff. Breakfast was superb. Thoroughly enjoyed the main pool

We enjoyed a great 4 night stay. Good location and only a short walk to the beachfront with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Our only issue as with most hotels was the need to secure a sunbed early in the morning

What an amazing stay we’ve just had, we were absolutely over the moon on arrival when we’re shown to our room to realise we had been upgraded to the Presidencial suite. We enjoyed an afternoon in the spa during our stay which was lovely. All the staff are impeccably polite and helpful. Thank you so much, we will be back again soon.

10/10. I honestly can’t fault the hotel at all. We had the most amazing 5 day break last week and we will definitely be back.
Perfect walking distance to the marina with lots of food options. Beautiful beach and clear sea a stones throw away and really reasonably priced sun loungers to rent.
If you’re hesitating booking the do it, you won’t regret it!

We had a wonderful stay here and will certainly return. The hotel is old school grand and in a great location next to the sea and a short walk to many good bars and restaurants. The staff are amazing, super attentive and always on hand to help. One minor quibble is that the quality of products used at breakfast is not in keeping with everything else about the stay.

The hotel is still nice looking but not really the 5 star standard you’d expect (and which you pay through the nose for). There were obvious areas of wear & tear and unfixed damage around the hotel and particularly in our room. Some of the staff were very friendly but others (particularly in the pool bar) were not terribly friendly or welcoming. Room service was expensive, uninspired and unavailable during certain times (we were told there was no way to get breakfast in the restaurant or our room before 8am on the day of our departure because it was Sunday). The housekeeping service was sloppy, with replacement towels and hand soap forgotten and dirty cups and glasses merely rinsed in the sink. I completely sympathise with the issues caused by the pandemic but standards have definitely slipped and they need to buck their ideas up if they’re going to continue to charge those prices.

Lovely hotel with lovely decor, wonderful spa & friendly staff who will do anything to help. Good selection at breakfast, all tasted great. Rooms generally clean but a little tired in some places - also no complimentary water or tea/coffee facilities in the room. Communal areas lacked atmosphere with no music around the pool/in bar areas which made it seem quite lifeless at night. Great variety of bars and restaurants near by though in the town. Overall, probably would say it’s a very good 4* hotel, rather than a 5* but had a great stay and would return.

This can’t be 5 star hotel. The furniture is too old. Broken door. Poor amenities. Smelly corridors and towels. No coffee machine in room. Mini bar left empty and you have to ask to be filled!
Hotel gym closed on Monday!
Room service unavailable after 11 pm!
I would never recommend this hotel unless they change the rating to max 3 stars and the price accordingly.

4 star hotel standards

The Hotel is reasonable nice but unfortunately is lacking in some qualities that ever 5 star hotel should have. The staff was overall very friendly but too few to properly manage a hotel this size.

The room was quite basic and spartanly furnished with a very small and a sofa.

Unfortunately they forgot to refills the shampoo prior to our arrival , which was a bit of a nuisance.
They also charged us 6 euros for each 500ml bottle of water.

All that being said , it is still qiute a nice hotel and I can see older or middle aged couples enjoying it a lot as it seems very child friendly and family oriented.

The hotel was beautiful from start to finish. Our luggage was taken from the taxi right up to our room and check in was very pleasant and efficient. Our Prestige Suite was simply amazing, very large, bright and spacious and contained everything we needed.

The private terrace with jacuzzi was perfect as we travelled with a 10 month old who was happy out to sit in the shade or splash around in the water.

Breakfast was very nice each morning with a large array of food on offer, from cereals to fresh fruit, breads, pastries to omelettes and pancakes made to order. Everything you would expect from a high end hotel.

Location was ideal as it was only 5 mins walk to the nearest beach and 10 mins walk to the strip of lovely restaurants and bars.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone with or without children as we were well looked after and will hopefully return very soon.

Hotel looks fantastic from the outside but service was very bad! Hotel had opened for the summer only a few days before we arrived and staff had no idea what was going on at all! Bed was rock solid, we complained to the management on the second day as we had had no sleep and he told me that it was my fault and that I should have said in advance if I wanted a comfortable bed!!!? Also the hot tub is freezing cold, when we went down to say about this we were told that we had to give prior warnings if we wanted to use this so that it could be warmed up, on two occasions we asked for this to be done but did not happen. Also sheets were not changed during our stay!

It was a little dated in appearance and they didn't want to let me use the spa which was to be included in the hotels.com price booking. They later allowed it, but i had already spent 30 minutes on a call to hotels.com to inquire. The room was to be a sea view and instead was parking lot and my king bed was two twins pushed together. For meat and egg lovers, the breakfast buffet is quite impressive and overall the place is clean just stains on carpets and as noted really lacking in the decor department. The staff was friendly enough.

Excellent in every way. But I did think the spa was highly overrated, except for the steam room. Food was very good staff everywhere was outstanding. I just don’t understand why these places charge for water at dinner. That is so jive. It is stupid and against everything they try to do when they force guests to go and walk a half mile to buy a bottle of water not at the property’s rip off prices.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location

This is a superb hotel - hard to fault! Worthy of its five star status. Beautiful rooms, pool area and lobby, bar, etc. Extremely friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast - huge variety. We stayed bed and breakfast and went out at lunchtime and evening to the many excellent cafes and restaurants along the promenade. The hotel is situated at one end of Santa Eulalia and a short walk over the nearby river by footbridge to the promenade which runs all the way to the marina and beyond. There is no traffic near the hotel or the promenade.
Overall, would highly recommend the hotel and the town of Santa Eulalia.

He listened and rectified, very proactive in wanting to know the problem.

Everyone loved it!

Relaxed but attentive service, nothing too much trouble. Everything spotless, never felt crowded, always plenty of sun loungers in or out of the shade.

The extensive buffet breakfast and dinner catered for adults and children alike. Drinks prices are the same as any 5 star hotel, and not too different from bars along the beachfront. However, the cost of water was extortionate (the supermarket across the bridge did a roaring trade in mineral water with hotel guests). Somewhere like this ought to offer complimentary drinking water.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable beds with a pillow menu, and the bathrooms well appointed with powerful rain showers and deep baths to relax in. The rooms were remarkably soundproof aiding a good night’s sleep.

Definitely recommended for a few relaxing days away.

Cons- €4 for a small bottle of water at the pool bar and, when I asked about their airport shuttle service, they tried to charge me €80 one-way when the taxi price is around €35.

A very pleasant spacious hotel within easy walking distance of local town and beaches. We had no experience of meals there apart from breakfast which was very comprehensive and appealing to all tastes. The bed for us was too hard, and uncomfortable but the additional bed settee in the room solved that problem.

Beautiful hotel in almost every aspect. Shame there weren’t any tea/coffee making facilities in the room and you have to pay extra if you wanted to use the basic spa facilities (sauna, indoor pool) fair enough, additional payments for treatments is expected. Evening meals very expensive compared to plenty of other different types of eating establishments along the promenade.

The hotel has a great choice of good quality food at breakfast and dinner. We had a corner room with king size bed, sofa and large balcony with river view. The hotel is approx 15 minutes walk to the marina where there are bars and restaurants. The bus station is also approx 15 minutes walk. Santa Eulalia is in an excellent location for trips out by bus to Ibiza town, San Antoni, the hippy market at Es Canar, Portinax etc. Buses run to and from the airport once per hour at a cost of 2 Euros per person! I would definitely return to Santa Eulalia and this hotel again.

Nice Hotel with Great Staff

This is a very nice hotel. It is extremely clean and the grounds and pool area are beautiful. It is also in a great location.
The staff are outstanding, a special mention for the lady on concierge who was very helpful and the gentleman in the a la carte restaurants who was wonderful.
The only negative is that the food in the buffet restaurant is a little repetitive and of average quality for a 5 star hotel.

Lovely hotel but expensive

Hotel is gorgeous with beautiful surroundings. The rooms we had were prestige suites which were amazing, however the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The shower felt like it had very low pressure too. The room itself was great with the roof top jacuzzi which we used almost every day. The hotel itself is quite expensive to eat & drink. We were half board and ate in the buffet restaurant which was great for breakfast but not a lot of choice at nighttime for hot foods. Mostly the same each night & all the meats seemed to be the same chewy ones! I would tell anyone just to book bed & breakfast and not bother with dinner as we found some great places locally to eat. It wouldn’t stop me recommending the hotel though as it was a lovely place to stay.

Great hotel in Ibiza

We stayed here for 3 nights - October 19th - 22nd. This is a lovely hotel in a great spot. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The room had views over the pool to the sea. The room was large and comfortable, and very quiet. The breakfasts were great - lots of choice and plenty of it. We didn't eat any other meals at the hotel. It is a few minutes walk over the only river in the Balearics to Santa Eulalia and it's beaches and restaurants. It's a shame you have to pay to use the hotel spa, but as we had a good deal on the hotel itself we didn't mind too much about paying to use it. There are various hydropools, 2 steam rooms, a laconium and a sauna, plus different showers and relaxation rooms.
There were always plenty of sunbeds available around the pool. The pool was quite cold but we did manage to get in. We were there out of season, so I can imagine that it would get very busy in high season, but we loved it and will definitely go back.

The hotel is fantastic, the danger comes if you don’t check what any extras cost. The buffet is €55 a head which is well over priced for what it is. Make sure you ask for a double bed not twins pushed together, they will come apart during your nights sleep. Overall a great place to stay and great location

Very nice Hotel very attentive and pleasant staff very helpful with our Daughters food allergies nothing too much trouble, only slight niggle no atmosphere in hotel bar in the evenings could do with some low key entertainment maybe guitar singer etc however great proximity to everything you could need.

Nice relaxing hotel

A very relaxing three night break . Although very expensive , would go again ! Excellent breakfast in beautiful surroundings. Lunch at the pool bar was also excellent but very pricey. Plenty of restaurants across the river and also a 20 minute drive to Ibiza town .

Great location, beachside and riverside, enough space by the pool for everyone to sunbathe, tranquil, family friendly town even for those with no kids, food at the buffet offered good variety even vegan or gluten free options but some of the food could be better, some stuff weren't homemade or fresh enough but overall great. Lovely people on site staff or guests. Would definitely go back.

Nice, clean family friendly hotel...

Great location, 30 mins from airport plus walking distance to beach and restaurants. Ideal place to stay for families, children can also access the Spa area. Good variety for breakfast, pool side bar nice but a little pricey. Clean rooms and staff very friendly, the only downside I can think of would be shame about the smell from the close by river on some days. We would still go back in the future.

Wedding weekend

Fabulous hotel. Staff very friends. Beautiful resort, only problem was the bad smell coming off the canal next to it. But that is not the hotels fault and it wouldn't put me off staying again.

Amazing hotel close to beach and restaurants

The hotel was family friendly. There were many things to for kids including the outdoor jacuzzi pool and the spa area. Our room very nice; however, there was not much privacy in the bathroom area but they did offer to change our room. Great service. Breakfast was lovely and the pool side bar was nice but very pricy. When you were sitting by the pool or walking by the river there was and awful smell. Other than that there was a great choice of restaurants, bars and shops all within a 5 minute walk. Worth visiting this area ideal for families with young children.

Good hotel

Hotel pool is excellent, staff is outstanding and so is their willingness to help! Rooms are very clean! If you are looking for a good night's sleep, this is the place for you! The hotel is busy but quiet at night time, which was perfect for us! The points in need of improvement are: pillows are tough and very uncomfortable, shower room nowhere to place soap or shampoo and checking out, I asked for a couple of hours late check out, even tough they had the room available, they only gave us an hour extra, otherwise we would have to pay €85! Overall the experience was good! Please do change the pillows!
