My stay was two nights and everything was great. The location is uber convenient and close to attractive sites. Hotel staff was friendly. You check in yourself but the staff was ready to help and the amenities are great too.

The room was comfortable and it's enough for one person (you can lay down one big luggage comfortably). Everything was clean. While there were some noises from the street they weren't bad and not frequent. The only complaint I have was there wasn't a trash can in the bathroom.

I couldn't wake up for the breakfast so no comments on that.

One tip to travelers: don't get taxi/uber from the hotel to the airport because it's pretty pricey (nothing to do with the hotel), unless you have people to split the cost with or just have way too much luggages. There's public transportation about 12 min walk away from the hotel.

Bathtub drainage was bad, shower water kept changing temperature, dining area was not organized well - getting food lines and returning plates lines were mixed up. I accidentally washed clothes with some tissue paper and made a mess in a washing machine and a dryer. Staff was kind and didn’t blame me at all.

Absolutely amazing!! Our family of 4 (2kids2adults) had such a great stay here! Parking was super convenient, it’s a 2min walk away from 7/11 and 5min walk away from don quiote, and 8min away from a 6floor mall!! Was such a great stay. Free amenities at the front desk, free robes down by the desk too, and the service was excellent! Would definitely stay here again!!
Our beds were a bit small for 2 people each, so we pushed them together and made a giant bed an slept on this. Tv could do screen share from iPhone, wifi was free, bathroom was great. Breakfast was delicious and they also encouraged takeaway on this too!!

The hotel is clean and breakfast is ok. One thing I disliked was that they nickel and dime you for every additional amenities. I booked the hotel with my 9 yr old son. I went to the front desk to pick up additional bath towel because they only provided one. They told me I have to pay a fee and I had to pay in cash. I did not have any cash on me and because the elevator takes a long time, I did not want to go up and come back up after a 10hr flight. Staff said they cannot come with me to my room as well. Other than that, it’s very basic but the room is clean. I was also in non smoking room but someone was smoking on my floor so my entire room smelled of smoke. I will probably not stay here again.

The hotel is not far from Jr loop line we are walkable. Only one stop station to Namba area. Check-in time allowed at 4 p.m. so if you arrive early you have to wait or leave the luggage at the reception area for sight seeing.

I like how it has 3 elevators to serve the guests. I like that the place for breakfast was in the second floor, one has an option not to get dressed for the day just to eat breakfast. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have jam to go with the bread and butter. I like that it has a nice view of the Osaka Tower. It is very near the zoo that if I had more time, I could have visited it.

Comfortable in Ten-noji, Osaka.

A free break first was a helpful service in the busy morning.
This hotel has a coin laundry room. A remarkable thing there was, drying machines were big! So my clothes for one day was dried entirely in 10 minutes!
Bath room was very cleaned up. Despite cyclic train noises, I could get a fine sleep.

大阪市立美術館に近くてよかった。また、朝食が思った以上に美味しかった。特に、カレーと鶏肉は味を研究していると思った。他方で、パジャマは薄着だったので持参したパジャマを着て寒さを凌いだ。寒すぎてエアコンがあまり効いていなかった。

清潔感もありコンパクトで使いやすい。京セラドームでのコンサートのための利用だったが駅も近く、伊丹空港からのバス停も近く、あべのハルカス、通天閣は歩いていける、道頓堀は動物園駅から地下鉄で5分、場所がすごく便利だった。
次京セラドームに行くときはまた泊まりたい。

女1人での宿泊でしたので、動物園前駅から近いので不安でしたが、天王寺駅からもアクセス可能で、大通りだし、ドンキも遅くても開いているので買い物できるし、治安も大丈夫でした！

朝食もメニューが豊富で、お部屋にも持って行けるのでありがたかったです。スープと弁当を持つとドアを開けるのが大変なのでトレイをお借りできたらもっといいなと思いました。

無料のロッカーも使いやすいし、ロビーはミーティングルームのような小部屋が座ったり準備したりと使えるので、時間を潰すのもおすすめです。伊丹空港との直行バスも天王寺駅前から乗車できるので、アクセスしやすくおすすめです！

また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

洗濯機に行く際に、カードキーを持っていかないと1階のエレベーターが使用できないため、子供を部屋に残すと部屋の照明が暗くなるため一緒にいかないといけない。
また、清掃は3日に一度と説明を確認したため、外出したら部屋に入られタオル交換やゴミ清掃された。入出お断りの札をドアに付けるのは3日に一度の清掃だけではなく毎日貼ってないと部屋に入ると明文化して欲しい。
