It’s my fifth stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, it’s just next to the train station and next to tons of shopping malls. 90% of the goods you are looking for is here. The hotel is clean and tidy. The room is comfortable.

3.5 stars. Close proximity to train stations. Please consider having a safe deposit box. Also not to flush the international adapter next to bedside (not usable) and have to buy a smaller and international adapter from Daiso.

Great location with JR, metro and Kintetsu Railway nearby, clean room and friendly staff. The only thing made me feeling inconvenient is that most of the electrical sockets are located too close to the wall and not suitable for me to plug in my universal adapter. I could only plug in my universal adapter to the electrical socket which is located near the ground, far away from desk/bed, and it’s very inconvenient to charge my mobile devices.

All-around good and conveniently-located hotel in the middle of Tennoji's hustle and bustle area. Second stay in one year via the first experience being smooth and great. The entrance is not too easy to locate, but once you know where it is and what Midosuzi line, Tennoji station subway exit to take (#12!), it is all good from there.

The mattress was the most comfortable I have had in Japan. Still firm, but with more (appropriate) give than others -- probably what would be considered Firm in the U.S., as opposed to Extra Firm. The staff was English speaking and very helpful. The location is convenient, close to airport transportation and Tennoji Park. The room is slightly bigger than what is typical in Japanese urban centers -- economical but comfortable.

希望酒店能為客人多想想，可以牆上做點橫木，多做點掛勾，因旅客要住上幾天，真不夠地方用，唯一方法就是把物件掛起！

Central location & great amenities

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Trusty Osaka Abeno. Staff were welcoming, polite, and very helpful. We orginally booked 2 nights and then added 2 more. As our plans were not set in stone we even ended up booking 4 more nights at the end of our trip as well. The hotel was gracious enough to hold our luggage for one night when we went on a side trip with family. They also held our luggage for a few hours on our last day after checkout so we could visit family to say goodbye before having to head to the airport in late afternoon. We did pay for and enjoy breakfast at the hotel a few mornings. There were plenty of choices. The hotel was very convenient to JR Tennoji station and Osaka Metro station. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Easy transportation to Kix airport. This hotel has great amenities and is in a central location for visiting Osaka.

Decent place but age is starting to show

Mostly great staff and they cleaned the room very well each day. Most of the receptionists were helpful though one was not so much. Convenient location near 3 malls within 1 minute, near a major station to get to Nara, Kyoto, Kobe, and around Osaka. Lots of places to eat and shop.

Good service, above average rooms and a perfect location for exploring Osaka and the surrounding area. Right next to Tennoji station where you can get on the subway or catch a train. Also the limousine bus service from the airport drops you off right around the corner. You really can’t beat it

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Japan. The rooms are impressively spacious, clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were outstanding – friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. The only downside was the lack of laundry facilities, which would have been a great addition. Overall, an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The staff was neither friendly nor helpful. The smoking room was disgusting (you could not even open a window), no good ventilation and bad smell. The staff didnt do anything about it, and also refused to give Information regarding the city (e.g. where to find a sim card or where to find laundry). Drinks at the bar are very very expensive.

The hotel is kind of dirty, see spots on the chair and small sofa. It would nearly impossible to share a room with another person given its size without stepping over each other. The breakfast is so priced ($50 each day) for party of 2. It’s definitely not worth it to pay $25/person, go out and eat if you have to stay here.

Not sure how it got a rating of 8.6 out of 10. This property would be ok for a solo traveler with small luggage and spending most of day out. I would rate this 6 out of 10.

This hotel is right in the middle of Tennoji, a busy part of south Osaka areas. Not the most busiest, but can get pretty crowded. Lots of shopping and whatnot to be done, and easily accessible to the train station. The hotel room for basic is really small, but worth the price. Clean and all the basic stuff you need. No major complaints.

The room is spacious considering a business hotel at a busy location, and generally clean as well. The staff in the lobby and the cleaning staff are all very friendly. Generally a good hotel at a convenient location for a short stay for business or solol traveller.

The only thing I believe it should have done better is about the route to entrance. Despite the building itself is easily identifiable, the signage for the entrance is rather small and it took me some time circling around the building to look for the entrance. I believe a graphical instructions through email for all guests may help.

The room that we booked was far too small and made us claustrophobic. We had to upgrade to a larger room to make it tolerable.
However, the free breakfast buffet was fantastic! Expedia indicated that it wasn't included, but they offered it to us anyway.
