The room was very clean and tidy. A lot of amenities are available at the lobby floor. The shower and the toilet are divided in separate rooms. Light meals and free drinks (including alcohols) are available at free of charge during afternoon and late evening.

Room had 4 queen beds, massage chair, microwave private toilet, private shower with private spa bath, large bathroom and bedrock bed room a special stone room for a spa experience in our room. Hotel had so many free amenties, activities like floors with pool tables, dart boards (though new darts need to be supplied as current ones are bent). Free karaoke rooms, free air hockey, free basket ball game, free table tennis, free laundry room and facilities, free amenities to try such as high end hair products, bath salts, body scrubs. On each floor of activities free drinks including beer, whiskey, sake ect. Free curry and ramen and skewers and fairy floss and snacks during different times of tge day. Lovely buffet breakfast. Great service by all staff, helped us explore options to try and retrive a phone we left in korea. We had 2 adults and a teenager but if you have young children there are so many kid friendly activity avaiable and even their own young child buffet breakfast station. Highly recommend for families. Location 2 min walk, very close to tennoji station and 10 min walk to large shopping malls and departments. 15 mins in train to den den town to look at anime models and the 1 stop on to dontonbori. Thanks to all staff for a memorable stay !!

My family and I were spoiled silly at Anda No Mori! I’d rate 101% for the amenities provided - from sleepwear to choice of toiletries every single day the hotel covers super well. And ladies you would totally love the DHC facial sachets from make up removal to facial wash and moisturizer. The room came with a jet tub 😱. The only thing that I’d suggest they do better are the food options at breakfast but as compared what this hotel can provide in terms of comfort and entertainment - I’d highly recommend to anyone especially families with young children

P.s. they have free alcohol as well everyday 😄

This hotel definitely raised the benchmark of what I’d classify as home away from home :) thank you again!

The hotel itself is very unique, I can see the owner put a lot of thoughts into it to make it attractive to kids and adults with a lot of small activities you can do inside the hotel. The best part is that all of them are free as well as the drink. Room is clean as a standard Japanese hotel would be. Lots of convenient amenities too. However, I do need to point out that the rooms are noisy. The busy street is one reason, another reason is that there is a fridge right next to the pillow! When the fridge starts to work, it is noisy especially deep in the night. Many people would need to use earplugs (they are provided for free too).

This hotel was very fun, and while geared towards families there is still plenty to do if you're staying by yourself or with friends. The amenities were all a blast and the location was great with a lot of fun things to do within walking distance. The station is also just a short walk away with plenty of dining options along the way.

Everything about this hotel is so charming! The staff and accommodations are very welcoming with amenities that are designed to make you feel at home.

There is a little amenity station where you can pick up anything you might have forgotten plus some extra bath care products to make the in-room tubs extra relaxing!

The breakfast buffet was my go-to every morning. The selection was varied enough that by the end of my 6 night stay I was still trying something new each time. Even though my Japanese is very limited, the staff were very friendly and always looking for ways to help when asked.

There's so many corners to this hotel that I didn't get to explore but looked like fun: karaoke, a manga corner, a wellness room, and plenty of spaces for kids to play if you're coming here with family.

Every day I looked forward to coming back to the hotel so I could relax after sight seeing and every night there was something fun to discover. There's curry on the first floor lounge at night and ramen on the buffet floor. Plus there's always free drinks available no matter what time of day it is. All of it was delicious!

I really wish my stay had been longer just so I could explore more of the hotel. As a solo traveler, this was a great place to stave off loneliness because there's always something fun around the corner to explore here.

Thank you to the staff for such an incredible first time. I can't wait to come back!

Our family had a great stay at Anda no Mori. The hotel provides a lot of free amenities to make your stay easier, including a number of free rental items and some complimentary food. We really enjoyed billiards, darts, and table tennis in the game room and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

I adored the location of this hotel. Tennoji felt like a second home to me as I was travelling solo for the first time. Short walk to station. Staff not quite fluent with English. We had a medical condition and needed to get to hospital or clinic and the reception struggled to understand and support us. We could see their effort but the language barrier was evident. A lot of freebie to take at the lobby. Kids play room rather basic. Three arcade machine and table tennis table.

We took advantage of the hotels “eco clean” which is supposed to be a towel change, trash clean, and amenities refresh. When we returned to our room that evening, we noticed nothing had been done — no one had even come in.

My wife (Japanese) called the front desk and within 10 mins they sent someone with a bag of towels and amenities. He did not apologize for the error and just stated their was a mix up. He didn’t come in the room to remove the trash. When my wife asked if the waters are included in the eco, he rolled his eyes and said he’d go get it. We were forced to remove the trash bags ourselves and had them to him when he returned with the water. Again, no apology or even offering to replace the trash bags in the room.

Very surprised with the lack of apology and courtesy you would expect from a Japanese hotel. While the man still used keigo, he was very rude and appeared annoyed from the start. Don’t be mad at the guest when your staff makes the mistake!

This hotel is very close to the train station. The room was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and was decent sized. The tv had no English speaking stations, which would’ve been nice. There are a lot of items available to use in the room such as a refrigerator, phone chargers, and a very good blow dryer and flat iron.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights while in Osaka. We got a standard non-smoking double room. It was on the smaller side, but VERY functional. They put a lot of thought into the layout of the room e.g. instead of the bathroom containing toilet, shower + tub & vanity, they're in separate rooms (sink is in hallway). As a first time visitor to Japan I was shocked at how small the room was. I had a double room that was about 120 so ft. But there was no dresser to unpack clothes and also no room to keep an open carryon roller bag so had to keep it closed and only open when I needed clothes. The closet is about 12 inches wide. That said it was an efficient unit with a nice, although cramped, bath area and an enormous amount of cosmetics, toiletries, beauty products included with no fee. The bed was comfortable and as I was a single person it was cozy. Full marks otherwise although the hotel seemed a bit dated. The toilet was more sophisticated than any other hotels I stayed in including those 4 x the price. A very good value hotel, but opt for a larger room if you can.

Awesome place to visit. Really feels like you're in Indonesia. VERY intimate for lovers; had insane sex here; also good for families in that there is a free playroom with DDR, air hockey, massage chairs, racing video games downstairs. Tons of free amenities for skin care--- took a bubble bath here for the first time in a long time. Really my only complaint would be thin walls, but those did not keep us up at night as we were tired on vacation and the other guests were nice and respectful. The price is super reasonable for what you get; rooms are small like everywhere in Japan; right next to the subway station; overall a great stay.

I really enjoyed the stay at Hotel Bali Tower. The room was big. The TV in the bathroom was an interesting touch (even if the programs were all in Japanese). All the extras (bath salts, toiletries, etc.) were a great addition. The self-serve bar in the lobby was good fun. We enjoyed the Balinese pj's we could borrow. The hotel is a bit kitschy, but that adds to the charm. It was very, very clean. The staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again upon a return trip to Osaka.

The location is perfect. Only few minutes to Tennoji JR station. It is very convenient to go to Kyoto, Nara, Kobe, and Kansai airport from Tennoji JR station. There are many shopping area nearby, including Qsmall and MIO.
The overall of this hotel is pretty good. The only drawback is that the room is kind of small.

My family of 4 (2 parents, 2 kids) stayed in this hotel for a week in October. We booked a \"Royal Suite\" room which is about 42 square meetings with 2 Queen beds. The room had many great conveniences including a massage chair, a separate double vanity area, separate toilet and a separate shower which are all great with a family of 4 sharing a fairly small space. In addition, there was a separate small room connected to the bathroom with hot tiles that you could relax and warm up - quite cool and unique!

The beds were a little on the firm side and ok. Our room also featured a large flat screen TV and surround sound (A \"theater room\") which was really cool. There were some on demand movies and a DVD player that were convenient for the rainy days.

The only couple downsides to the room were that the shower/bath area had a bit of a mildewy smell that wouldn't go away, and the 2 windows in the room did not let in a lot of sunlight.

From a service standpoint, the hotel shines as there are many freebies and friendly workers. They had a free game room with ping pong, air hockey, dance revolution, racing games and more (no cost for anything). They also offered free snacks and wine every day. The snacks included Mochi, puddings and jelly/jello. They did not change during our time but were pretty tasty. They also offer a wide range of free beauty products you can take to your room and use at any time.

So I've stayed in many different hotels in Japan. And this one has the best value for money among them all. So besides the friendly staff and comfortable stay, what really stand out are the \"extra little things\". They provide complimentary drinks and food near reception, all kinds of cosmetic cream, lotion, beauty mask, can of drinks, t bags for free in the room. And I do mean \"all kinds\". They even make all the movie channel and arcade game room free of charge. There's an electric massage chair in the upgraded room! What else could you ask for?

Cool hotel, tiny room for our first night night in Japan, for westerners with large suitcases it was a shock one of us had to use the bed and the other one had to use outside hallway to unpack/pack. Room was quite cluttered and not very relaxing in that way (every surface covered in some gadget) The staff were really good, very helpful and friendly and it's a nice touch to have the free stuff (loads of travel items, cosmetics, ear plugs, drinks - this is very nice. Overall it was a good location and I like the \"Bali\" style of the hotel. Also very close to Tenoji train station so great for access to Kansai.

Convenient location near Tennoji station. Drawback is check-in at 6 PM. So many things are provided that the room becomes crowded (no space for for 2 pieces of luggage). Instructions in the room are in Japanese, such as how to flush the toilet. Everything is behind closed door including the garbage can and you have to look for it. Various types of tea are provided in the room, and additional types of shampoo are provided in the lobby. Nightly welcome wine and pudding in the lobby.

Excellent hotel and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Upon arrival I honestly thought it was a love hotel, it had all the familiar signs room rates with pictures of the room, outlandish theme. However, don't let it detour you from staying. It's a very nice hotel, the rooms are extremely nice, you give you a LOT of free stuff, including sake in the evenings. My only negative is the neighborhood, it's nice being only about two blocks from the station but the surrounding area isn't that great. Seems a bit run down.. that has nothing to do with the actual hotel itself though. That area is clean and immaculate.

First time in Japan and compared to other Asian country visits this one was easier due to the hotel being western style overall. I speak no Japanese. The only thing I could not figure outward how to adjust the thermostat. Large bed. When you open the door to the room with the tub just realize that entire area is meant to be used as the shower.

Pros: My stay here was great. I stayed in the twin deluxe room and the king deluxe room. The twin deluxe room was bigger than the king deluxe room. You can take free stuff such as bath powder, moisturiser, lip balm, etc. to your room.
Cons: Check in time is too late and check out time is too early.

I have never stayed in a hotel before that provided so many complimentary amenities. Wine and desserts in the lobby, toiletries galore, they provide store and restaurant vouchers for opting for Eco-friendly cleaning. When we checked out it was raining. The girl at the front desk gave us umbrellas to keep.

Only about 300 metres away from Tennoji Station. (Or less if the tunnel is open).

Only complaint is the rooms are tiny. Like so small we had no where to put our suitcases tiny. (We left them in the bathtub).

We would happily stay again though!

really really nice hotel

At the beginning, we got confused and lost when we tried to find the hotel because there are too many exits in the tennoji station. People should check about the exit before going to this hotel. If you do that, the hotel is quite convenient actually. Otherwise, you will waste a lot of time trying to find the hotel as the exits are quite far away from each others. For the hotel itself, it is amazing. There are a lot of free stuffs you can try out. Hotel staffs are nice. And there is a male staff who can speak Chinese.

very small room, had free red/white wine. Staffs are able to speak and understand english.It was a reliable and honest hotel,as we had left our camera in the room,after checking out and had headed for Hiroshima.After a fews days later I called the hotel to check if there was a camera found by their housekeeping. were told that they had found our camera,we went back to get back the camera,my wife were so so happy.Well done guys, Keep it up!!

Lots of extras

I would rate this more of a 4 star hotel than a 3 star hotel. They provide free wine and desserts, loads of bath amenities , and it is super clean. They also include a fridge and microwave which helps save some money. The room was just super tiny and it was bit hot ( also don't like the early check out on weekends) . I would stay here again on a week day and just pay more for a bigger room.

Great hotel

Great hotel, massage, games room, room service but really far from everything else.
Hotel has so many in room goodies (free wine as well!), no view and windows don't really open.
Train is about a 10 minute walk so are any taxi's, there really isn't anything else in the neighborhood.

We booked a junior suite for a family of three. The room space was big enough to place 3 pieces of luggage (after moving some tables away). Toiletries were provided. We love its close proximity to the major railway network, shopping malls and small eateries. It's only a few minutes walk to Tennoji JR station and another 5 minutes to Abeno Kintetsu Subway, so commuting to other parts of Kansai region was easy and convenient. Finally, it's only 30mins by Haruka express to the Kansai airport.

Awesome hotel. Don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel with so much generosity- from the free drinks and snacks in reception to all of the bathroom products and massage chair in the room.
The room was a good size with excellent bathroom. Very clean. We had breakfast included in our room rate and were pleasantly suprised with the choice on offer. The hotel staff were great and very friendly. It a few stops away from town on the loop line, but we were able to use our JR pass and the station is less than 5mins walk away. If we are ever in Osaka again we will definitely stay here.
It is definitely a quirky hotel, we loved it.

Highly recommended hotel at city centre

Very cosy and carefully designed hotel. involves user-friendly AI design. seat cover of toilet bowl automatically opens when you open the toilet door. lights switch on and off automatically. staff are very polite and helpful. we gained points in the hotel club by spending on the booking of the room solely and were able to spend them as cash immediately and bought some lovely souvenir. hotel provides loads of sample packs including hair wax, shaving gel, hair treatment oil, and even pantyliner!

Nice hotel with great amenities but very small rooms

nice place with great free toiletries / amenities (bath salts, bubble baths, lotions, face cleansers, and the regular toothbrush, toothpaste, soap etc.) and with spa services in the building. I believe there was also a free game room, which we didn't get to visit during our two day stay. The location is also very convenient, being very close to Tennoji station.
What I didn't like was that our Superior Double Room for two was tiny - it could only fit one suitcase comfortably, and we had to maneuver around our second suitcase all the time. The room also smelled a little funny, though there was febreeze available.
As an ending note, the hotel involves lots of frogs as part of the theme, so stay away if you hate frog statues / figures, they are everywhere in the hotel.
