We stayed for 4 nights in 3 rooms. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in all rooms. We informed the front desk, and the staff said they would arrange for someone to check it, but it was never fixed during our stay.
Two of the rooms were extremely hot, while the third room was too cold due to a gap in the window that could not be properly closed.
Although the building looks new from the outside, the interior is quite outdated. The room facilities appear old, and the mattresses are very hard, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Excellent location, just a few minute walk to Metro and JR stations. Room size okay and the bathroom size is unexpected spacious. The only disappointment was leaving luggage in the hotel after check out incurred extra cost, though trivial 500 yen for 2 pieces.

Great for Families

What an incredible location—just a 5-minute walk from the train station and right next to a huge park with everything you could want: coffee, restaurants, a zoo, a beer garden, open lawns for play, and more. We especially loved the nearby restaurant “Mothers,” which was perfect for the kids and had an amazing selection of breads and soups. The hotel served coffee at 9:30am, which was a nice touch (though an earlier option would’ve been even better). They also have tasty ice cream options.

The room was perfect for our family, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the bunk beds. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location, very close to Tennoji station, is ideal for travellers taking the Haruka express train to/from KIX airport or intercity trains around the Kansai region. Two subway lines also run through the station, and tourist areas like Dotonbori are just a few stops away. There is also a large park close by.

This is a tiny little hotel, but inexpensive, convenient and perfectly good for a solo traveler. It's very close to a major train station, and a zoo, and there seem to be some unsavory people hanging around outside, but there is also a police station close by, and no sense of danger. The operators are very nice people. I would stay here again.

Room was rather small and tight, though most necessities
in place.
More of \"dog-lover\" hotel, as may guests bring their pets,
so be aware of this in case you are less \"pet-friendly\".
Close to Tennoji Station and its Shopping Centres.

I couldn’t tell from looking at the listing on Expedia, but it’s a fairly small hotel, which I liked. The staff was friendly and there is a dog named Oreo that’s kind of like the mascot for the cafe on the first floor. Seeing Oreo made my day every time I came in and out of the hotel and saw him! The room was nice and clean too. I would stay here again.

Great hotel in Osaka, wish we stayed longer.

We had an amazing stay at 3'o clock hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The owners are really welcoming and the coffee shop downstairs is a bonus. They also stored our luggage while we were on the kumano kodo for no extra storage charge. We would definitely recommend staying here to everyone.

Cute stay!

This hotel is very cute. The owner was very kind at check-in, and gives you a free cafe drink, which you can have made with a photo of your choice on it.
The location is great, as it is basically in a park, but also close to transportation, restaurants, and convenience.

Probably a former 'love hotel' converted into a pet-friendly boutique hotel. So rooms are a bit more spacious than typical business hotels in area. In a quieter area, 5-10 minute from the JR Tennojin station and easy to get to once you learn how to use the underground passageways.
Our room has a nice large spa tub - very relaxing.

地下街4番出口、または確か手前の16番出口がエスカレーター、エレベーターあります。4番出口から出れば2分ほど。ウェルカムドリンクは淹れたてもらえて嬉しいです。洗面台に棚があったら便利だな、とかなぜか広いジャグジー風呂(⁠嬉しい)とかいろんな感想ありますが、良かったです。部屋の入口はカードですが、自分でタッチでロックするタイプなので締め忘れしないように。

Location is perfect. Located near Tennoji Station is perfect to travel to anywhere in Osaka.
I appreciate to the staff on trying their best to help us, even they have no solution to our personal problem.
The main attraction to this hotel must be the pet-friendly rooms. And surely the tenchou \"Oreo\" is the best attracting idea of this hotel.

チェックインの時にウェルカムドリンクがいただけました。コーヒーメーカーを使ったドリンクは有料ですが、隣にあるウォーターサーバーは無料で使用できます。

窓から外は見えませんが1階のお部屋だったので却ってよかったです。
お部屋には電気ケトルが、3階の共有スペースに電子レンジとトースターが置いてあって自由に使えます。アメニティコーナーに無料のもの、有料のものどちらもあり、忘れ物をしても事足りそうです。
ただ、天王寺駅から歩道橋を渡ってすぐの場所なので買い物には全く困りません。

22時を過ぎるとエントランスが施錠され、宿泊者はカードキーで入る仕組みなので安心感があります。地元の人が入り口付近にたむろしがちなのか、いつも誰かいるなとは感じました。

お風呂(ここは少々年季が感じられる)が広いこと、トイレ、洗面エリアがきれいなこと、空気清浄機が置いてあるのがとてもよかったです。古い建物をリノベしたようですが、内装がシンプルで可愛らしかったです。キタエリアからは少し離れますがミナミ、天王寺も遊ぶところはたくさんあるので宿の候補にはとてもいいと思います。

すぐ近くに駅地下道入口があり、とても便利です。スーパーやコンビニ、ファミレス、動物園、通天閣、あべのハルカスまで歩いて行けるのでありがたいです。お風呂広くトイレとは別ですが施設は古いです。わんちゃんに特化したホテルみたいです。

Excellent hôtel pour passer une ou plusieurs nuits sur Osaka, idéalement situé à 3 minutes de la station Tennoji.

Terrasse offrant une très jolie vue sur les alentours, personnel très agréable, chambre très confortable, le tout pour un tarif des plus raisonnables.

駅からの利便性、お風呂の広さ共にとても良かったです。
他の方も書いてましたが湯沸かしポットがあるのでティーパックがあれば更に良かったと思います。
ただ残念だったのがチェックアウト後の荷物預かりが有料だった事です。今まで色々なとこに宿泊して来ましたが有料と言われた事は初めてで驚きました。金額から言っても大きめな駅のロッカーに預けた方が全然安価だったのでそのままチェックアウトしましが何かモヤモヤした気分になりました。

万博で遅くなってしまったが、とても真摯な対応で無事にチェックインできました。隣がビックリドンキーだったので遅くからの食事も美味しくいただけて、大変満足しました。

最寄り駅から近く、とても快適でした。
部屋も隣の部屋の声が漏れることなく静かだったし、バス・トイレが別々になっていて快適でした。
夜、前の道に不審な人達が座り込んでいてちょっとだけ怖かったけど、出歩かなければ問題ありません。

Very old room, mold in the bathroom, super hard mattresses and you have to pay 500 Yen fee for every 2 luggage pieces that you want to leave there for a few hours after checkout. Also checkout is already at 10.

駅近でコスパの良いホテルです。

ロケーションは駅近でとても便利です。公園の脇にあり、(おそらく)使われていない古いホテルの手前にあるので少し不安になりましたが、交番が目の前に見えているので安全だと思います。
窓がほとんどないのですが、その分お部屋は広く換気、空気清浄はしっかりしています。バスルームもかなり広くお風呂も豪華な作りです。
天王寺駅の周辺はデパートや駅ビルが密集しレストランだらけなので、便利さと部屋の広さを考えるとコスパは最高です。

ただ私が泊まった部屋はお風呂場に入る際30センチちょっとのステップを上り降りしなければならず危ないと感じました。かなり高い段差です。
お年寄りや小さいお子さんには不向きです。
ビジネスマンの出張や若い方の観光に向いています。
また天王寺に来る際はリピートすると思います。
