We enjoyed the pier. Caught a couple of fish
Jennifer
Love it here. We come every year and stay here. We enjoy the view.
Cristina
Housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay. The hotel also offered a very poor breakfast. The hotel's facilities looked old
Lurah
The room was clean but the floors were not as clean as I expected it may be due to the entry ways being dirty with sand dirt and cigarette butts on the ground in front of the door. Area where the grass was is full of stickers and trash left behind by other people. Area where trash is dumped is open and unsightly. Due to the outside looking like the poor side of town which is poorly maintained made our stay less enjoyable that we left early and went back home didn’t even stay the last night as we felt unclean while there. Staff was friendly and ac in room was cold bathroom and bed clean. Just not a place we would stay again for the price. Disappointed with our choice in booking
MariaIsabel
We’ve stayed at the Quality Inn several times, for years now. They need to change their name. The QUALITY is not good anymore. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms is unacceptable.

The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was lacking to say the least.
Patricia
The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good
Kellie
The lady at the front desk was more interested in her phone than helping me and yelled at the people using the waffle maker instead of getting up and going over to help them very rude
samuel
Great location but dirty place. They bathroom was not cleaned at all empty shampoo, conditioner bottles and plastic cover for used soap and hair scattered all over.
Maria
Toilet was dirty like no one wants to sit in it
Floor was clean but never was completely dry I don’t know why but everything else was good.

I always choose this one during holidays it’s not too packed and the pier is my favorite.

Overall it was a great stay! Staff was super helpful and friendly! Check in and out was smooth. AC stopped working on the last day but the did their best to fix it. Would have liked more breakfast options and coffee/

Staff was very helpful with grandson's check-in beings at the last minute I couldn't make the trip. He said he loved the view and the stay was excellent. Thank you all for your help. Will be seeing you again.
Miguel
Very spacious room and was comfortable and very clean. Will definitely be coming back. Also the front decks lady both checked in and out were friendly and attentive.
Yamil
Nice and clean Motel by the water. How do you do that?
Hector
Good
Ellen
The cooling system in the room left the floors wet and our clothes damp. There was no means to lower the humidity in the room and it smelled like moldy shoes. They need a serious upgrade to the temperature control systems.
Lisa
We loved having the private pier. The staff was great and helpful. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Only complaint we had was there was a dog in the room next to us that kept barking all night. Otherwise our stay was great, will stay here again.
Rachel f.
Comfort, Clean, Great Area.!
maria
The room was very comfortable. Staff great.
Velma
The hotel was OK, but breakfast could be better.
Isis
Disappointed after staying there. Filthy floor and bathroom. We trusted the reviews before booking our room but how disappointed. Bad odor, folks standing outside smoking all directions. Expedia stated they have hot tub available but they don’t. It’s like staying at a motel super cheap and doesn’t worth the price. Will not return again. The beds were firm and comfortable to sleep on.
Aurelio
The day was good parking wasn't the best someone took our parking space in front of our room which forced us to park a ways off. Other than that their was a 25 dollar fee they put on top of the reservation total which was blindsiding since it was not talked about at any point and was not in the contract but when I asked about it they said it was refundable once the room is verified to be in good condition once we left. We will see if it's true in a couple of days.
James
Good for the price
Yvonne
The service here is so friendly and welcoming! The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. This place is a solid value. It’s no frills, but it’s great if you’re looking for a quick, budget weekend!
Aracely
The rooms were clean, the staff were courteous and helpful ,and they had nice breakfast and rooms had ice cold ac

Everything was okay. Location and price were great, otherwise everything was fine. Nothing bad....nothing incredible......I'd stay again.
Raquel
The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The guest laundry room needs some tlc. Price was good and will go there again. Thank you.

Clean room
Rebecca
Megan at the front desk was friendly and professional. View of the water and fishing pier access is great. Our room was nice, but unfortunately the floor was filthy. We brought it to their attention and they said they would address it with the cleaning staff. A/C unit needed repair as it was very loud. Breakfast was great. The Rockport area has a market that was cool.
Robin
Staff was very friendly, room was clean, pretty quiet during the week. The beds are noisy with the metal around the bottom.

Amazing people and my family will be back

This is our go to hotel when we stay in Rockport.
Rooms have always been clean. If I had a complaint, it would be the bed frames squeak every time you get in or out.

Really nice place
Jennifer
Great staff! Nice room pet friendly. This was our second time here!
Cynthia
Yes it was. Only thing was that on Sunday was a full house and there was only 1 waffle maker. I think they should have had two since it was busy and there were people in line to make waffle.
John
Great property
Linda
Good for the price.
Melissa
The room wasn’t as clean as it has been in the prior years. We go every year during Spring Break except last year we didn’t. The breakfast is great except this morning there was only breaded items and no eggs or sausage…not good for someone who is gluten intolerant. We like the convenience of the location and the fishing pier across the street is great!
James
We did not use the pool, but it looked inviting. We walked out on the fishing pier, & it was nice. The rooms were clean, & a/c worked properly. Staff was friendly & helpful.
Victoria
The hotel is located in a good spot and the environment felt very friendly and welcoming.
Philippe
Convenient clean not luxurious; simple but ok breakfast
Charles
Staff was very pleasant and helpful
Lisa
The staff was the friendliest that we've come across. The room was super clean, had solid surface floors, comfortable beds, nice linens, lots of pillows. Breakfast was well stocked with eggs, sausage, waffles and various other items. The hotel has a fishing pier and is conveniently located btwn Fulton Beach Rd and Hwy35. Great stay. Reasonable price. Will stay again.
Regina
Rooms were clean and great customer service. Price was good too
Jeremiah
Great view and easy access for fishing
Rafael
Clean rooms and great breakfasts
Natalie
Location was great, the suite was huge and plenty of space. We only had 4 of us, but it could have easily slept 5 to 6 people comfortably. Its the biggest suite I've stayed in. I didn't get a chance to make it down to breakfast unfortunately, so I can't comment on that.
Michelle
Excellent room, super clean, spacious, absolutely beautiful location, truly a gem, great staff and service. 5 stars!!
Demos
The room was very clean. The staff is very friendly and had great communication.
Karon
My first floor room with a king size bed seemed so large, lots of open space so I never felt cramped. Plenty of room for luggage and anything else. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean and in good repair. It wasn’t fancy but was well appointed with muted but matching colors. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in and check out. I enjoyed my stay & plan to stay there again.
Kandis
Friendly staff and good breakfast and nice access to pier.
Tammy
Clean room, super nice people and great fishing pier directly across the street. We'll be back!
Kerry
Found a cricket and big cockroach in my room. The door to the room let in light when fully closed and one of the locks was broken. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t stay closed.
Pam
Your front desk clerks were amazing

Vanessa
Rooms very nice. Breakfast was basic
Robert
Just a bit worn down, bathroom a bit dingy, fridge had no freezer. The only ice machine was not working properly and the staff member I told about it didn’t really seem to care. For a resort type area I was basically unimpressed with the hotel and thought it was going to be nicer.
Sherri
This place is always great!!

Although we prefer a King bed, and prefer an elevator, we took the stairs to our assigned queen bed because this Quality Inn's location is what made this place desirable. Such a good deal-- a better view than many places priced much higher. The place is naturally weathered, but is kept clean enough, and quiet. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The evening and morning on the fishing pier were a uniquely fun treat. The Breakfast room is nice, the server re-filling as needed, and pleasantly. Perhaps some Bran Flakes, please, instead of the sugary cereals that seem to predominate Texas. Just a nice relaxing spot that we wished we could stay at longer. Wish I could add pix. Definitely would stay here again.

Neighbors were too loud at 2am and i couldnt complain because phone didnt work. Room was dirty, things were broken or missing. Needs a thorough cleaning and to be remodeled to give more furniture to out belongings on.

Nice breakfast, Diana the girl that hosts the breakfast keeps it going well. Meagan the night shift girl is awesome. Mary Jo from the front desk always greets with a smile and Brooke the manager does a great job running this nice clean property. I don’t remember the names of housekeeping and other staff but they are friendly and helpful as well
