They were super accommodating for early check in after a very long flight. This hotel is definitely run down and needed a make over. Cigarettes all over the place. Trash. It’s dirty. Close to the airport so that’s a plus. Pillows are super small as well. It was ok for 1 night and the price point but I would not stay here again

The Person at check in was friendly and pleasant, spoke and understood English well. Housekeeping communication skills could have been better. ( No speak English) slight problem. The room was a little damp but clean. Breakfast wasn't bad, the ending time schedule was different daily. Fresh fruit had small issues, like not enough, some bad oranges. I have stayed at better LaQuinta's so I won't give up on the chain because this one was less than what I'm used to.

Location, size and staff was great. Good option to go ig you are not looking for anything fancy or romantic. Is a standard and somehow old property that will make it work of you are not picky.

The cleanness of the room was not ideal, and if the thing it can improve the most. Hairs, bugs and dust was foundsince we arrived and everytime they cleaned, which was every other day. The soap and the toilet paper were not recharged everytime and we would need to ask for them and even buy out own soap.

Breakfast was one of the main points we went for this option, and we were disappointed since day one, as the only thing they offer is 4 types of bread with their spreads, some apples and some juices and yogurt. No protein at all (bacon, not even eggs). Would appreciate some more protein options.

It looks well maintained on the outside of the building. In side the room looks clean but the floor is dirty, the bed makes sound when you move, the mattress isn’t comfortable to sleep in. It made my back hurt in the morning. The sheet and pillow cases smell. Overall, it isn’t a pleasant for my stay.

There is no one I’d recommend this hotel to. It was terrible. There was hair everywhere, in bed on the lamp, all over the floor. There were ants in the room when we got there. The sheets had a stain on them. The hotel was outdated and in desperate need of an upgrade. Will not be returning to this hotel and probably any other LaQuinta after this experience

This is the first Laquinta I've stayed in that I had to walk all the way across the lot with my bags upstairs to get to my room. It took me a minute to find my room because the check in lady had drawn me a map that was wrong, when she could have pointed to where I needed to go, would have been more affective. I didn't eat breakfast because the office was too far for me. So, those were my only issues. My room was clean, staff was nice and helpful, air conditioning was good, and parking lot was clean, but didn't seem like a lot room for cars.

There was mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling, the lamps were rusted,, AC didn't cool the room below 73 even though it was set to 60. Shower was rusty, unclean, no bodywash and only 2 towels . There were a lot of sketchy people a few doors down from our room. A homeless man came into the lobby for breakfast. Only way to get ice was to go into the lobby then go upstairs, I was in the very back of the property in a totally different building. Their breakfast was toated items, mini muffins, hard boiled eggs, hot and cold cereal. Not the buffet they tried saying was included. Overall this has been the worst La Quinta I have ever stayed in. Hotel is located near a runway, so plane noise all day and night. Room does not keep temp, so up all night fiddling with it. It is not well lit, and situated behind a shopping outlet, so unsafe to access alone at night. The shower has no ventilation so walls were sweating. Finally, the hotel landline did not connect to front desk, just gave a constant busy signal then hung up on you.
