The "Areg" Hotel offers a cozy and comfortable stay in a quiet part of Yerevan, just two metro stations from the city center. With only 12 rooms, our hotel provides a warm, intimate atmosphere, allowing us to give special attention to each guest.
Designed with families in mind, we take pride in offering genuine hospitality, making every stay truly unique. The convenient location allows guests to easily reach major historical and cultural landmarks, including Republic Square and the Saint Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral, as well as nearby restaurants and shopping centers.
Each room is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: cozy beds, a work area, air conditioning, a mini-bar, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, slippers, and toiletries.
Accommodation at our hotel always includes a freshly prepared breakfast served every morning. Guests can enjoy breakfast in their room, the dining area, or on the outdoor terrace, bringing a touch of home to their morning.

Pleasant welcome from reception staff although reception area is poor. Room is very disappointing and very basic. Curtains not even wide enough to close at night. Very basic MDF furniture and tile floor. Bathroom adequate for 3 stars. Evening meal very good but waiting staff have very poor attitude towards customers like the job is beneath them. Breakfast quite good but sadly again staff attitude spoilt it for us. No competition in the rest of this small resort so I think they keep getting away with it.

Reklamation zu unserem Aufenthalt im Aregai Marina
Leider entsprach unser Erlebnis im Hotel Aregai Marina Hotels nicht unseren Erwartungen, die aufgrund Ihrer Werbung und bisherigen Standards gesetzt wurden.
Erstens funktionierte das Internet während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht, was für uns aufgrund unserer beruflichen Verpflichtungen äußerst problematisch war. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden beim Personal wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Anfangs wurden technische Störungen angegeben, später wurden wir wegen der hohen Gästezahl immer wieder mit der Begründung \"technische Störung\" vertröstet.
Unser Zimmer Zimmer wurde während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt. Trotz täglicher Anfragen blieben die grundlegenden Reinigungsdienste aus, was sowohl unhygienisch als auch enttäuschend war.
Des Weiteren wurden unangekündigte Bauarbeiten rund um das Hotel durchgeführt. Der Hotelstrand war während des gesamten Aufenthalts aufgrund dieser Arbeiten nicht nutzbar. Ein vorheriger Hinweis auf diese Bauarbeiten während der Buchung hätte uns die Möglichkeit gegeben, ein anderes Hotel zu wählen.
Schließlich war der Strand, einer der Hauptgründe für unsere Wahl dieses Hotels, durch Baggerarbeiten stark beeinträchtigt und nicht nutzbar. Dies war eine große Enttäuschung, da wir geplant hatten, dort unsere Freizeit zu verbringen.
Außerdem fühlten wir uns im Zimmer etwas unwohl, da der Rahmen des Schlosszylinders, mit dem die Tür abgeschlossen wird, ausgerissen war.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento con camera da letto. Spazioso e confortevole. Silenzioso e con ampio terrazzo. Sehr ruhig gelegen unterhalb der SS1, direkter Zugang zum Meer, sehr leicht zu erreichen, sehr guter COVID Standard. House keeping ist sehr gründlich und aufmerksam. Freundliches, geduldiges Personal. Zimmer & Balkon mit grandiosem Meerblick. Kein Schikimicky Hotel, sachlich, nüchtern & modern.

Wir (4köpfige Famile) hatten ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem sehr großen Balkon. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Anlage ist ebenso sehr gepflegt und schön. Der Strandzugang vom Hotel ist klein und sehr steinig, dennoch für einen kürzeren Verbleib mit der Beachbar in Ordnung. Der Vorteil von der Lage des Hotels sind die vielen Strände in der Nähe, wo wir ehrlich gesagt auch die meiste Zeit verbracht haben!

Pour info, la chambre affichée a 55m2 n’en fait que 35 m2. Elle est nettoyée qu’une fois dans la semaine. A noter que la plage privée est à proximité d’un port de plaisance.

Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento per una settimana: struttura sporca; servizi in spiaggia assolutamente non all’altezza dei prezzi proposti (basti pensare che bisognava aprirsi l’ombrellone da soli); spiaggia non manutenuta. Unica nota positiva, il grande parcheggio era gratuito.

Hotel molto curato e staff davvero preparato e disponibile, camere con un ottima vista mare e pontile dalla metratura generosa. Non è lontano dal paese raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata sul lungomare, davvero piacevole.
