They were very attentive from the very beginning. Forgot your toothbrush, slippers or need feminine hygiene products? They have it.

The breakfast was algo good and they offered different things every day.

The rooms are clean and comfortable.

It was my boyfriend's birthday and they surprised us with a cake, which was lovely and unexpected.

The staff is really helpful and willing to accommodate any petitions (within reason).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I actually needed to go to a hospital during my stay, and they were able to find one close that had at least one person who spoke English. They also followed up with me the following day to make sure I was fine. The room was clean. The shower was large and didn't get water everywhere. The location was nice too. A lot of good restaurants around and the park was clean and calm. I would stay again if I get the chance to head back to Yerevan.

Very nice hotel and very helpful staff

We were booked for 2 nights at the hotel, but only stayed 1 night due to a glitch with flights. The hotel was very responsive before we arrived, confirming details and acknowledging that they would hold our room, in spite of our late arrival. The staff members that we interacted with were very helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and the hotel appears to be just a couple of short blocks away from the main street. Had a very positive experience with this hotel and would absolutely consider staying here again on a future trip.

I would definitely recommend staying at Holiday Inn Express. The location is really good, not far from the main attractions facing a park with fountains and restaurants. It is also near a big surterainn supermarket. The buffet breakfast is really good. The rooms are well sized with all needs met, such as an iron board and iron in the room. The beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately it does not cater to gluten-free clients and does not have a gym. The service is good, but there is room for improvement, but I believe with the new management this will be tackled. Viktorya was really on top of things and was very efficient in providing excellent service, especially with a cab to the airport and a tourist itinerary catered to my needs as an artist.

I choose this hotel because of the staff. They are friendly, attentive and well trained! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel is always clean and it’s a joyful atmosphere. I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan with my son, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast, which was a great start to our mornings.

The staff are absolutely amazing—very friendly, helpful, and kind. As a mom traveling with a toddler, I felt especially welcomed and supported. We received so much love and attention from the team, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is unbeatable. I was born and raised in Armenia, and as someone who knows Yerevan well and visits every summer, I can confidently say this hotel is perfectly situated. It offers easy access to dining options, beautiful views, and everything the city has to offer.

We had been in a Guest House in Yerevan for a week but wanted to extend our stay a couple of days so booked this hotel. We couldn't have been happier. The staff is incredibly helpful and the neighborhood is perfect for dining, relaxing and people watching in the park across the street. Breakfast was good too.

We had a problem with check in. We were sent to another hotel. There is a parking employee sitting at the bench all the time. You can never sit in the front to smoke or drink coffee. He doesnt even bother to get up. I dont recommend.

My favorite staff!

I will always choose this particular hotel when I book a hotel in Yerevan. The staff is so friendly and helpful, well trained and their customer service is wonderful! I keep returning because of the staff. The location is also a plus. There is a beautiful park across the street and many, many places to grab a quick cup of coffee or enjoy a leisurely meal. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

All staff member are great except the lady manager (lady in red :)

Because I’m doing implants, I need to east soft food, I came down with with an express soup asking for bowl and hot water. She told me to go to my room and use the kettle to prepare for myself.

I’m regular customer and I stay in Sep. 24 nights (3 bookings), but after such behavior and they way she spoke to me. I simply erase this hotel from my monthly visit to Yerevan. And I was lucky because I found much better hotel.

Thank you dear rude manage to send me to better hotel.

I have stayed for 6 nights and I was so amazed with services privided, taking into consideration hotel with 3 stars the provided quality was above 4 stars hotel, from the friendliest staff to the quality of the breakfast amazing housekeeping. They were generous enough to provide with daily fresh water, late check out and you almost get whatever you asked for. Great job 👍

This is a lovely hotel, in a fabulous location, with an extraordinary staff that was helpful, friendly, accomodating, and really made us feel like honored guests. They also have a marvelous breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious choices that was unfailingly plentiful! The breakfasts were both delicious and healthful, with lots of veggies and fruits fresh and chopped up...incredible tomatoes! The desk staff were so wonderful, I felt like they genuinely became friends. Even the housekeeping staff were especially solicitous. I loved our stay there! We look foward to returning!

I liked the hotel. But!!!! We forgot two caps in the room (mine and my husband's) when I called the front desk and asked them to send them to me. Then they told me that come and take it. I’m already in another country, I can’t come and pick it up and I don’t have any friends in Yerevan. Then, I was told that the caps would be in the storage room... of course I am not going to fly back to Yerevan to get the caps. And I can’t believe that a hotel of this level does not have a service for sending forgotten items. Next time I will stay at another hotel...😕

Modern, clean and great service.

The service was great. Shant helped me contacting local authorities for queries I had and they really made the effort to reach out themselves. The hotel itself is modern and clean which seems to be a rarity in Yerevan if you want to spend reasonably. The airport transfer (pickup from airport) wasn’t great though and I had highlighted this and they appeared to have taken it seriously.

Great staff!

The staff at this hotel are the best anywhere I’ve stayed in the world! They are well trained, friendly and helpful and welcomed me morning and evening with smiles! They made my solo stay so much better! Unfortunately my pictures of the staff won’t post but I enjoyed them so much.
