From check in to check out the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our stay was greatly enhanced by the comfortable room which was well serviced throughout our time there. The hotel is in a fantastic location in Republic Square with all amenities and transport links nearby. Highly recommended.

The property has the perfect location for any tourist. Everything is walkable. The staff is very helpful. Everyone speaks English. The bedding was so incredibly comfy. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Yerevan

Wonderful long weekend stay in Yerevan

We had a lovely stay (once again as we keep coming back) at the Holiday Inn Republic Square in a suite. It was very comfortable and quiet. The salon and bedroom combination gave us a bit more space. All was spotlessly clean. The hotel is centrally located and it is easy to go anywhere in Yerevan.
A couple of mornings we had their breakfast and it was quite good, if pricey ($25 per person). In past stays, we had not particularly enjoyed the food the Holiday Inn served at breakfast but it has now considerably improved.
This was a really lovely long weekend stay at a hotel which is is reliably good -- again and again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The spa facilities were exceptional – the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and salt room were the perfect way to unwind and relax. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly peaceful. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices to start the day right. The staff were equally impressive – friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The front desk team made check-in and check-out a breeze. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a relaxing time in Armenia!

The best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the morning breakfast. Gohar, Anahit and Suren are the best. Location was perfect, service was great and rooms were clean. The only thing I wish the rooms had were fans in the bathrooms because the bathroom would get steamy when showering. Other than that everything was great. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Almost perfect but the gym is disturbing

A great hotel that is modern, clean, and has an incredible location. The staff is friendly and attentive. It would be almost perfect if it were not for the discomfort of the gym when you stay on the 6th floor. The dumbles thrown on the floor of the seventh floor would wake the whole of the 6th floor. I am not sure how the owners/designers would forget that the primary purpose of a hotel room is the comfort of sleep.

My family and I stayed at this Holiday Inn in Yerevan for a wedding. The hotel has a rooftop dining area with friendly and professional staff. Narine prepared our omelets with a smile and Lusine, Momikon, and Viktoria were friendly and greeted us every morning. One worker even went out of their way to help my mother.

The spa unfortunately was not as it was advertised. During our two week stay, the Hamman was closed the entire time, the steam room was closed for about four days, and the jacuzzi was closed for one day. The cleaning staff at the spa and gym were very kind and attentive and helped my mother find the locker room. The front desk staff at the spa were not as helpful or friendly.

On our first night, the room’s air-conditioning was not working properly. I notified the reception several times and the technicians were unable to resolve the issue. After I was placed in another room, the front staff sent up a bowl of fruit for the inconvenience. Also, one of the elevators was not working properly and the internet went out twice.

The hotel housekeeping was detail-oriented, friendly, and provided excellent service.

Overall, the staff at this Holiday Inn were friendly. I was impressed with the customer service from the rooftop dining area and the cleaning staff from the spa and the housekeeping.
The amenities at the hotel were not all available and was a big part of the reason why I chose to stay here. Overall, my family and I had a good stay.

Lovely 10-day stay at the Holiday Inn in Yerevan

I had a lovely relaxing stay at the Holiday Inn. Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. The central location on Republic Square makes it ideal for a Yerevan trip.
It is my second stay in that hotel within a year. This time, I was traveling on my own so a regular room was fine but I had stayed with my husband in a suite back in December and that was really pleasant for 2 guests.
I enjoyed swimming at the covered pool on the top floor.
Unlike other guests, I am not impressed at all with the breakfast (bad croissants and uninteresting food overall) so I would not recommend purchasing that option unless it comes for free with your room.

This hotel is amazing in every way. It is conveniently located next to city center attractions (The Republic Square and the dancing fountain!), all your shopping needs, and great restaurants and cafes. The hotel far exceeds what you would find in a Holiday Inn in the US, a very pleasant surprise! Incredibly generous, copious, and delicious breakfast; great food and drinks available throughout the day. The pool area is fantastic as well, and very popular with guests.
The outstanding feature of this hotel by far is its incredible staff. This was my first time in Armenia and the staff were some of the first Armenians I have ever met, and I can sincerely say that I have fallen in love with this country and its people largely due to the kindness, respect, and humanity with which the staff interacts with guests. Our stay turned out to be extensive due to unforeseen, difficult circumstances, and I am deeply grateful to everyone who works there for their above-and-beyond helpfulness, friendliness, kindness -- all the while remaining highly professional. Thank you, Holiday Inn Yerevan, for making a difficult time a bit easier on us and for serving as such brilliant ambassadors of your country and culture!

bad management & not clean

The entrance of the hotel is so bad, there is lot of stairs and it is so difficult to pull the bags and there is no one to help you. the hotel & restaurant employees & management is so so bad, but i need to say thank you to Arman. the house keeping is bad too, they did not clean the rooms very well & not every day. however they don’t change the bed sheets at all.
